Excelente lugar me gustó mucho, ella es muy amable. Lo recomiendo para darse una escapadita y salir de la rutina.

We enjoyed this house so much the view and the pool were amazing. We stayed with our granddaughter and she swam in the pool for hours! Our daughter was attending a biology field study in Chilamate so the location was perfect but we didn’t know that we would also love this little town so much! We went white water rafting and it was a blast! We also learned about Chocolate production and many of the local flora and fauna from a couple of excellent local guides! The pool was a dream, we swam everyday multiple times and it was so refreshing and fun. The loft bedroom with a complete wall of sliding glass doors was perfect for watching the birds at sunrise and didn’t even have to get out of bed. We loved the indoor/outdoor living of this house and the property was full of so many different fruit trees. We would love to stay here again next time we visit Chilamate!

Cozy home located in a very beautiful and peaceful area. The property is secured with an electric gate and has a large yard. Loved how clean the home was, and it had everything we needed. The internet worked great for my Zoom meetings. Also loved the hot water too! Jorge was excellent in communicating with us by always answering our phone calls and questions. This place felt like home, and we will definitely be back again for our next visit to Sarapiquí!

This home is fabulous! The perfect jungle-like setting ~ with an easy walk to the Sarapiqui river. Can not wait to return to this joyous place and relax in its peace and beauty.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely three-bedroom home near a beautiful river. The location is truly special — the river is close by, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for anyone looking to relax and recharge. This home is ideal for a sabbatical from work or a quiet break in the middle of a Costa Rican vacation, especially if you want to step away from the busy beaches and experience a slower, calmer pace of life. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and safe which made us feel right at home. The house itself is thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to comfortable spaces to relax indoors and outdoors. It’s clear Lorena has put care into making this a comfortable retreat. She was also extremely helpful and responsive, always quick to answer questions and offer great tips about local attractions, nearby dining, and information about the community. Highly recommend for anyone seeking peace, beauty, and comfort.

Nous avons trouvé la maison incroyable... vivre au milieu de la nature avec toute cette vie sauvage a été un pur bonheur. Nous avons entendu des oiseaux des grenouilles des singes et vu pour la première fois dans son lieu de vie un toucan.... nous sommes ravi. Et le petit la piscine naturelle très agréable pour se rafraîchir. La maison est toute aussi bien , aménagée comme il faut une bonne literie et des salle de bains très pratiques. Donc en résumé nous avons passé un très bon séjour et je ne manquerais pas de vous recommander. Mathilde

The stay at Wendy's place exceeded our expectations. We love wildlife photography and this place has it all. Patrick took us on a hike on their private rainforest, where we were able to see frogs, sloths, monkeys, toucans, blue morpho butterfly. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, served outside on one of their pavilions in the garden. While we were having breakfast the macaws visited the garden and we were able to count 16 of them at one time. It was truly amazing!!!! Wendy and Patrick are kind, friendly and helpful, we will definitely consider staying here again.

We’ve stayed at Michael’s home twice now. It’s perfectly situated for activities in and around the Guapiles area. The host is extremely responsive and helpful. A minor TV/internet glitch which was resolved promptly with no hassle. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable home with all the necessities you can end your search right here. This home is definitely a keeper.
