Loved our stay in this place. Very roomy and comfortable furnishings. The beds were very comfortable and the full sized kitchen provided everything you needed for cooking. The shower was large and worked well. Having the second bedroom certainly gave us more room. The location was great, with many places within walking distance. The pool was an added bonus.

Just as listed. The unit is a little dated and could use some cosmetic repairs/updates, but it had everything my daughter and I needed. Being right on the beach was perfect.

Aaron's place was lovely, not ostentatious, comfortable and with LARGE screen TV's! Loved the bracelets that afford us entry easily.

Debra was a great host and the Airbnb was in an awesome location - a quick walk across the street to the beach! We really enjoyed our stay.

Lynda was quick to respond for any needs and full of recommendations. The beach is a short walk down the cutest little street! Anna Maria Island is special and full of beauty. The condo was the perfect size for our crew! We will be back!

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce super appartement! Que dire de l'emplacement... Littéralement à 2 minutes à pied de la plage !! De nombreux restaurants et épiceries a proximité de l'appartement. Nous avons eu quelques questionnements sur le fonctionnement de l'air climatisé, Kristine a répondu a tout nos questionnement et même son conjoint c'est déplacer pour s'assurer du bon fonctionnement! TRÈS appréciée. Séjour fabuleux! Déjà hâte a notre prochaine séjour.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a bright, airy space that felt brand new and inviting. The highlight, without a doubt, was the stunning pool—absolutely perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. The fact that it’s heated made it even more enjoyable! The location is a dream! The beach is just a short walk away, and we loved being able to see the ocean from the deck. It was the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Inside, the house had all the amenities we could ask for, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The beds were plush and cozy, ensuring we got plenty of restful sleep after our beach adventures. Our host was fantastic—very responsive and accommodating. It truly felt like they went above and beyond to make our stay special! We can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to come back to this slice of paradise 🌴☀️💦

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, sehr sauber und direkt in Strand Nähe. Ein grosser Pluspunkt sind die Fahrräder in der Garage die wir jeden Tag gebraucht hatten um die Gegend zu erkunden. Ruhiges Quartier und gut gelegen. Man ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad in 2 Minuten am Redington Beach. Wir hatten eine Super Zeit und kommen gerne wieder! We stayed post-hurricane Milton. We were made aware of some damage, but we were not too concerned with that. We had just left our flooded home and needed a place to decompress and plan our next moves. We decided to brave it out on the beach, and had this been a vacation, this house would have been perfect—just steps from a public beach access path and two blocks from Johns Pass Village.

Sheryl’s responsiveness and care for us was unmatched. We had an issue with the property that she resolved immediately and even called me personally to make sure my friends and I were taken care of. Great location and outstanding customer service.

Adam's place was great - had plenty of space and great location. Adam was a very responsive host who made our stay enjoyable

Jaime’s place was fabulous! It was spacious and super-comfortable ~ plenty of indoor and outdoor space to hang out, and such a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, the wifi was fast and the street was quiet. Jaime was very responsive with any questions and easily accommodated our request for early check-in. The stay far exceeded our expectations! We didn’t want to leave the Airbnb :) though we did because it was nearby so much beauty! Thank you, Jaime!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay over this past holiday weekend. The home was very inviting, and our host was very helpful and offering suggestions and provided answers to all of our questions. The property was very well kept, organized, updated, and very spacious for our family. The beds, pillows, linens were very comfortable, which offered our family well rested evening each night. The beach was just a short walk away from the property, where we enjoyed fishing, shell hunting, and other beach related activities. The waters were very clear and offered us plenty of snorkeling activities throughout the day. The beach was very quiet, relaxing, and peaceful. The night skies were breathtaking with the many brightly shining stars visible. We can’t thank you enough for our wonderful family getaway.

One of the best homes ever. One of the best hosts ever. Everything included to please your stay. Fully loaded kitchen and barbecue, big TVs, clean bedrooms, beach chairs and umbrellas. Simple check-in/out. 15 minutes drive to Siesta Keys. Publix, Costco, bars, restaurants, etc. within 10 minutes walk. Surely stay there next time.

Beautiful location. Condo is right on the beach with quiet, peaceful surroundings. Restaurants are within easy walking distance.

The condo was nice and very well stocked. easy to find. Easy to get to all the beaches, everything is a very short drive 5-10 minutes to most beaches, restaurants, pier etc. we saw dolphins while sitting on the patio Everyone there ( locals) were very friendly. The only downfall was the bridge road noise certain times a day but it certainly did not effect our trip. Highly recommend host was very responsive and sweet. We will be back

Great property. Great value. The sunrise is right outside the door. Beautiful sunsets, grab the key fob and walk the private pier or sit on the chairs and just be. They have pickleball courts, basketball court, park, very charming neighborhood. The property is just as described. The pools are great. We felt very safe and Sunset Restaurant was awesome. If you need a place with a great price point this is the place for you. Would for sure come back!

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

For an older building the unit was well maintained and was right on the beach and close to many restaurants as well as a grocery store.

While I had a little issue finding the door to enter, due to construction underway due to the last hurricane, but once I found it the condo was lovely. It was comfortable and quiet being in the top floor (3rd floor). Construction underway on the ground floor units was a wake up call each morning but it did get our day started. I will look to book again when I need a ‘beach’ break again.

We were a group of 5 women, we had a fabulous time! Plenty of amenities for 5 people except for beach chairs which were available to rent on the beach. We had an issue with the dryer not working so we weren't able to do any laundry which was a small issue. I reported it to Franca and she replied right away that she was going to schedule someone to come look at it but never heard anything back from her after that. To get to the beach from the condo you need to go through a gate that is locked at the pool and then through another gate to get to the beach. Otherwise you have to walk around the front and down the public beach access. There were only 2 keys so that was an issue, maybe a lock with a code would be more helpful? All in all the condo was everything that was advertised. Thank you Franca for sharing your home!

Such a beautiful view with breathtaking sunsets. We truly enjoyed our stay, the view, easy walk to the Pass. Great time and great host! Would definitely recommend and am definitely coming back. Very spacious and accommodating. We loved our visit and can’t wait to come back. It’s a wonderful thing to see John’s Pass community coming back strong!
