House was just as it looked in the pictures. It was clean, had all the amenities we needed, and was a very peaceful, safe neighborhood. It was the perfect place to stay for our families when our athletes were playing at IMG Acadmey for an event-close proximity to the complex as well as Anna Maria.

Amy’s place was perfect for our visit to Bradenton. We were able to walk to Lecom field to watch the Pirates spring training games. The pool at the house was so beautiful- surrounded by palm trees and wild life. Very peaceful! The house is very clean with all of the listed amenities. Beds are super comfortable and Amy was very helpful with local recommendations. Highly recommend this home and would love to come back.

Stayed here last year… we loved it so much .. we had to come back. Jane was a wonderful host like always. A couple of hiccups this time and as always Jane and her team was there to fix it in seconds. We love the location. It’s close to everything. And 10 minutes from siesta key. Thank you again for hosting another great year for us! We will be back soon!

Our stay was great! The house was centrally located around lots of great restaurants and shopping! Our host was great with communicating from the time I booked until checkout. The house was as described and we had plenty of space for our Family of five. The pool area was great, but because of the short stay we didn’t get to take a dip. The outside area near pool was very clean and inviting; my nephew enjoyed his quiet time by the pool. I was truly grateful that the host let me check in early after a long and tedious drive from NC - thank you so much! Really loved the TVs in each room and the game room; everyone was totally satisfied! I definitely recommend this house and will definitely stay again when I visit Bradenton if it’s available! Thank you for your great hospitality! 😊

This was a great house for us. Very clean. Very open floor plan for the living areas. The kitchen was well appointed with what I needed to cook our meals. Nick was very responsive in answering or questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Donald’s house was a great safe haven for us and our two dogs. It was clean , spacious and uncluttered. He provided basic necessities like paper towels, coffee and toothpaste. He also generously provided abundant snacks and even a Publix gift card to use at the nearby store. The furnishings and beds were good quality and comfortable. We felt that the dogs were secure in the ample fenced backyard and the neighborhood was a pretty and peaceful one. We really enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend his home.

This house was very clean and well organized. The pool heater came in handy but we couldn’t adjust the temp because the setting was locked. Other than that it was a beautiful stay.

Wesley’s place was clean and spacious. Our favorite part was the pool! We spent so much time in it and it was perfect for our family to relax.

I stayed at Brent’s kind of last minute and I’m so glad I did. It was so vibrant, clean, well stocked, comfortable, and beyond cute! The bnb was probably one of the most well stocked bnb’s I’ve been in. The fridge had an amazing assortment of beverages. There were snacks galore, games, and even an arcade with even more games. Brent was one of the best hosts I’ve ever met! He was so kind, knowledgeable of the area, and so helpful. If you are considering staying at Brent’s, book now. You will not regret it. 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cozy Bay Cottage was a very satisfying experience! Clear directions for check in, extremely clean inside and out, quick replies from the Host on several questions I sent, A variety of provided Breakfast items to help me settle in, everything listed was provided and more! I have spent a month in St. Pete three times, and this was by far was my Best ARBNB experience!

We booked this last minute and the quick and consistent response and communications was awesome. He even helped since we were arriving late get us all set up with no issues. Beautiful view, great little cozy town with lots to do. We are definitely adding to our "return to" list!

Our stay here could not have been better, the accommodations were perfect, exactly as advertised. It is absolutely a hidden gem right in the middle of beautiful Pass A Grille! And the on-site Resturant did not disappoint, absolutely amazing food!

Perfect place for family of 3. Super clean and comfortable. We even had breakfast delivered to our door every morning which was very unexpected.

This is a beautiful little Airbnb. The hosts are incredible and they do a lot of little touches like homemade chocolate chip cookies and fresh cut flowers in the room. It’s very peaceful and they’ve done a great job with their gardens so you feel right at home I would highly recommend it.

I enjoyed staying at Linda’s Art and Crafts Bungalow from 02/25-03/01 2025. Everything at this AirB&B met my expectation. My room on first floor was specious and comfortable. I especially appreciated how quiet and dark was room at night for a restful sleep. I had my own bathroom with good choices of soaps, body washes , shampoo and a shower with very good pressure. I enjoyed Linda’s breakfasts: yogurt with homemade granola, plate with nice variety and beautifully arranged cut fruits, home-backed sourdough bread with butter and jams. everything was delicious and served with care. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Parking was easy. I highly recommend Arts and Crafts Bungalow with a lot of charm!

Found this wonderful place at a last minute! So wonderful! What a blessing. Place was well thought out, very accommodating for any sort of needs. Very dog friendly. Hosts (as well as other guests) were very sweet and and really enjoyed getting to chat at breakfast with all. Breakfast was always warm, delicious and wonderful. Wonderful homemade rolls every day. Great way to start your day. Very close to the beach as well.

Loved my stay here, Georgette is an amazing host and made me feel right at home. Internet worked great for working from home, comfortable bed, tv in the bedroom, good shower, and awesome being able to use the kitchen. You even get homemade biscotti! Definitely recommend this place!

Awesome as usual

Andrea and Ken are super sweet. We arrived late in the evening and they had given us instructions for entry but they were still up. They were flexible with our morning schedule and having breakfast ready for us. It was great having beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella and a beach cart for us to use. The house is conveniently located to the airport, beaches, downtown and Ed Smith stadium which was our main destination. Our rooms were very comfortable. There is no private entrance, you have to enter thru the main door of the house and go thru their living space. We were fine with that but others may like more privacy. The door to our space was not lockable, which is something to note if that's a concern to you. Staying at Andrea and Ken's is like visiting a relative's house, we felt right at home! Their dog, Slade is the cutest and so well behaved. My girls loved giving him attention. We would absolutely stay there again for our next Spring Training trip to Sarasota.
