Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

We had a great stay at Denise's plave at th Burns Court suites! The apartment style suite was ideal for what we were looking for. The location was perfect. You could walk to the waterfront in one direction and to the downtown area in another. There were lots of boutiques, restaurants and plenty to do! Highly recommend!

Aaron's place was lovely, not ostentatious, comfortable and with LARGE screen TV's! Loved the bracelets that afford us entry easily.

Suzette and John’s place was a great place to stay for our vacation. It is next to the Legacy Trail, which we used almost every day to walk, run or ride bikes. The condo complex is quiet with a nice pool. John was very responsive to any questions we had and met with us upon arrival and showed us around. This is a great unit and we would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! There is a regular coffee pot, not a Keurig. This is not a negative, just something to note as you pack so you'll be prepared! The street can be loud at times but the glassed in patio doors were perfect at keeping the noise at bay. We love Siesta Key and would 10/10 recommend this property. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and even a wagon to help us on our beach days. You'll love it here!

Gorgeous place - we definitely want to come back and stay again. Place was spotless when we arrived and looks exactly like the pictures. Amenities were great and we had everything we needed to stay comfortably. Highly recommend

I had a great visit atJeff’s place. His condo has all the essentials and was in a very good location with easy access to pool, hot tub, tennis courts, etc. I hope to come back again.

The condo was nice and very well stocked. easy to find. Easy to get to all the beaches, everything is a very short drive 5-10 minutes to most beaches, restaurants, pier etc. we saw dolphins while sitting on the patio Everyone there ( locals) were very friendly. The only downfall was the bridge road noise certain times a day but it certainly did not effect our trip. Highly recommend host was very responsive and sweet. We will be back

We have just spent a wonderful 10 days in Sarasota staying in Jennifer’s apartment at The Strand. The accommodation was perfect in every way; a real home from home with everything thoughtfully provided by our host - from toiletries and cleaning products to beachtowels and even a coolbox. The apartment was spotless and easily accessible and communication with our host was so simple. Jennifer always responded swiftly to any messages and nothing was ever too much trouble. We would not hesitate to return to this accommodation again and highly recommend both the apartment and our host, Jennifer, to anyone looking for high quality, comfortable surroundings for their holiday.

Loved our stay. Have stayed at the Yatch Club before, but loved the size of this home. The second bedroom has twin beds but also a roll away bed in the closet (even though we ended up not needing it). The rooms were very large! We had everything we needed for the beach available to us, but the beach cart does need an update (should be larger and needs replaced (if you are coming with a larger family than 2). Every other thing you could possibly use at the beach is there at your disposal. The swimming pool is directly beside the house, which was awesome! The beds were comfortable and it is quiet! Will return here! (We stayed here for 3 weeks)

Amazing location, close to everything. Wonderful pool, beach and right next to the trolley spot. Didn’t use the tennis or pickleball courts at all but looked popular too! The place itself had everything we needed, plenty of games provided and newer furniture in the bedrooms, would say the grill below was charcoal, so prepare accordingly.

BEAUTIFUL condo! Extremely impressed with how clean and well designed the condo was. We loved the stunning sunset views from the relaxing balcony over looking the water/bay. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a homey Christmas dinner! Thank you Joy and Sol, we look forward to booking again! Cody was an excellent host at our Airbnb in St. Pete Beach. Everything Cody described in the listing was spot on. Great view of the beach and the location is perfect. Didn’t get into a car for the whole week

Great Location, close to beach and pool is very nice.

This home is beautiful and was extremely clean. Kitchen had everything you need. We used the grill quite a bit and it was a really nice, clean grill. Washer and dryer looked new and so did the huge sectional couch in the living room. We really appreciated the colorful towels instead of the dingy white "hotel" towels you find in most Airbnb's. The beds were very comfortable and rooms had nice size closets. The master bedroom could use a dresser as there wasn't anywhere to set anything or put your clothes in drawers. Outside is a big lanai that you go right from the home into. The pool was great! It was so warm while we were there we only turned on the pool heater a couple of times. Backyard is very private with a tall privacy fence enclosing the entire yard. My Labrador Retriever loved it! The Peloton bike in the garage was a bonus for my friend who used it almost everyday! Neighborhood very nice and quiet. Close to groceries, Walmart, shopping and tons of restaurants. Great place!

The house was so cute! Clean, neat, bright, fresh, everything we needed. Great location. Debbie was always very responsive to any questions we had. Literally answered any messages within minutes. The only issue with the house is that the bedroom and kitchen are a step down from the the level of the rest of the house. I almost fell during the night going to the kitchen since it is a step down from the dining room next to it, and I missed the step. We would have liked the TV's to be a little bigger. Other than that, the house it great. The only reason for my rating on the cost is that there were only two of us (even though the house can hold 9) so the price was a little steep per person.

Great house and very responsive hosts. We had a wonderful stay at Tom & Jodie’s place. The neighborhood is perfect for those seeking a peaceful mature community. The property description and amenities are accurately listed. We felt right at home upon arrival. Our stay was extra special because of the community’s absolutely gorgeous Christmas decorations. We drove through the neighborhood several evenings just to enjoy all of the wonderful lights and decor. We would not hesitate to stay at Tom & Jodie's place the next time we are in the area.

Loved the house. The heated pool was wonderful!

My spouse and I absolutely loved staying here. We met Daren at check in and he was so personable and made us feel right at home. The place was completely spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Aside from everything being perfectly clean (the #1 thing I look for in a place), it was super close to downtown and the beach. Other things that I loved were that the bed was ridiculously comfortable, the AC in both the bedroom and the main area kept the place very cool when coming in from the hot outside, the patio is private and quiet, the great water pressure in the shower, and the natural light. Daren was really responsive and had a bunch of local recommendations- several of which we used and loved. This was an anniversary weekend getaway and it couldn’t have been better. We will 100% be returning when we are back in the area.

well worth what was paid! cute home with comfortable hot tub and outdoor shower. two rooms with two living areas dining are and spacious kitchen. washer and dryer was a plus. very peaceful, even with an occupied RV on property. host was super responsive, will totally book again if we ended up at ft Myers for another event!
