Tim and Karin were great hosts. They live right next door and that was a plus for when we had questions about the area. Made us feel very welcome but did not "watch over" us while we were there. Very quiet and peaceful which is exactly what we needed. Walked the neighborhood a few times. Rode the bikes. Took the beach chairs to the beach with us. Took the paddleboards out onto the canals which were nice as they had backrests so we could sit on them and lean back very comfortably. Keg and Cow in Cape Coral had GREAT burgers. Highly recommend Tim and Karin!

We had an amazing time!! It was even better than the pictures if that’s possible. Beautiful views, amazing outdoor space, tons of comfortable places for people to sleep. We had a big group and everyone was comfortable and loved it. The kayaks and paddle boards were a nice bonus too, and we loved walking to Englewood beach! Host was very responsive and helpful if we ever needed her. We would love to come back here.

We really enjoyed our stay at David's place. It was clean and comfortably furnished. The neighborhood was safe to take walks and the people are friendly. The Bluetooth stereo is really neat to use, just put XM on the phone and it linked to the stereo. The pool is not heated but we did go in and it was refreshing after golf on a warm day. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials, except for wine glasses. We've never been puzzle people but we spent hours on one of the 1,000-piece puzzles David provided. There are Kayaks, horseshoes, and cornhole games to keep you busy, but we enjoyed sitting by the pool in the afternoon the most.

Nicole’s home was very comfortable. It was well stocked with everything u could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable! The house was spotless. Nicole was an excellent communicator & took the time to check in on me. Having to enter & park in the back off the alley was not idea but it worked. The game room was really cute & a fun place to play. I highly recommend this property & host.

We loved our stay here! The house was exactly as pictured, clean and beautiful. It had everything you could need - pool toys, beach gear, and many kitchen appliances. The pool and canal were amazing. The host was very helpful and quick to reply any time we reached out. We look forward to staying here again!

We chose the “Canalfront Home with Large Pool” at Apollo Beach because we were a group of 8, including 4 children. What a great choice it was! The neighborhood seemed very safe, and we allowed our 15-year-old granddaughter to go running by herself every morning. The living area of the house was a large open area which included the living room, dining room, and kitchen, with plentiful cooking and serving equipment. There were also 7 large-screen TVs. The pool was the big draw. The water temperature was perfect even on the cool mornings. The lanai area around it was fantastic--complete with grill and firepit! The canals made a great place for the kids and adults to kayak safely. (2 kayaks were provided.) Most importantly, Michael, the host, was very responsive to our needs. If a problem arose, he quickly set about helping to resolve it. All in all, we would give the “Canalfront Home with Large Pool” at Apollo Beach our highest recommendation.

We loved our stay at 328 Morse! It was the perfect location and size for our family (visiting for a baseball tournament). Fishing from the dock was great fun, we caught a variety of fish on lures, worms and shiners. It was so nice to walk out the back door into the well maintained yard and throw a line in to see what was biting. The kayaks and tree swing were added bonuses. The kitchen is clean and well stocked and we enjoyed making meals at home when not eating out. Returning to the house after our adventures was a pleasure!

This was not our first visit to Juan’s place and we’ll certainly be back! The place continues to be perfectly kept, quiet, safe, and comfortable. Juan is responsive and easy to interact with and remains one of the best hosts!

This was a great place to stay for the week, very clean and quiet. Good location to get to either side of the island and the beach. Having the golf cart and beach gear was very helpful! Lynda was a great host.

If you are looking for a historic, old-school Florida home, this is it. The only reason it isn’t a perfect score is that the hurricane closed most of the shops that make Pass-a-Grille quaint. We were able to support a few local restaurants, and the local traffic was very light. We wouldn’t have changed our trip, but it would have been good to know. It seems like businesses are working hard to get back on their feet. Overall a good experience. I appreciate Lisa’s great responsiveness.

Awesome cozy home. Ideal location close to many activities, restaurants and shopping. Spent many lazy days just relaxing near the river watching kayakers or fisherman pass by. The Host had everything you could ask for ready for our stay. Everything was spotless with a generous supply of utensils, towels and linens made it seem like we were at home. This was our first stay in the Bradenton area and it couldn't have been better.

Loved our stay!!! The weather didn’t cooperate, so we appreciated the amazing home. The communication was great, we coordinated the water taxi & check in time. The place is perfectly simple, well stocked, and felt like home. Loved having the extras for the few things I forgot. We are looking forward to staying there again! The drop off dock & beach are a quick walk either way! If you’re looking to stay on LGI, she was the perfect hostess to walk you thru how it works from the water taxi, grocery information, and all the “need to know’s” to make your stay unforgettable!!

Tina was such an amazing help! I will be picking this Airbnb home again! The Cottage on the Bay was exactly as described. It was very inviting, clean and comfortable. Jack and Carmen were the most hospitable hosts that you could ever meet on your journey. Their communication as hosts was excellent and prompt from the beginning and throughout my stay. They explained that a welcome gift of food and drink is provided for each guest. I explained my food allergies to them. Jack thoughtfully provided substitutions for me instead. The kitchen had a generous array of utensils, pots, pans and essentials. This was an excellent plus for me since cooking was necessary due to my allergies. I considered the location excellent because it is near the airport. This made transportation convenient anywhere from there. The views of the Sarasota Bay sunset were wonderful. I loved walking around the scenic and quiet area. I enjoyed the best vacation stay at the Cottage. Jack & Carmen's hospitality and care took this trip over the top. They are the total package, 💯!

awesome place and people! super responsive and friendly - let us check in early even asking last minute. SUPER clean - like cleaner than most hotels i have been in. very comfortable and awesome place to stay. we had neighbors on the other side of the building and never heard them once, and there was construction right next door that you could not hear inside. amazing appliances that looked and worked like new. super amazing place and would definitely book here again.

Greg‘s loft is a perfect combination of unique, original design and thoughtful, conveniences with comfort. Everything has a beautiful look that is consistent throughout the space. I loved the kitchen and all of the appointments. Along with the appliances. Overall, the space was everything I needed or could possibly want.

As I indicated in the earlier part of the review, the location, grounds, and cabins were amazing. We had a large group of canoers stay in what we called the lodge - with 5 bedrooms and 2 bunk rooms. Though there are only 2 showers in the same bathroom for such a large number - we made it work. Megan and Marc left each cabin (we rented the lodge and 2 tiny cabins) with a half dozen or more organic, home raised fresh duck and chicken eggs. Nice touch! Launching from there and paddling was amazing on horse creek providing solitude and peace. They worked with us on a complicated checkout with some staying on while others left. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a country experience.

I don’t think a review would be enough to express Judy’s hospitality nor how absolutely BEAUTIFUL the scenery of this air bnb was. I had a family member pass recently unbeknownst to Judy and she just made everything so simple and amazing. It was just the getaway I needed. I will definitely be back!

Glamping at its best ! Was here for the rodeo with friends and family . We had the boathouse Cabin. Very pristine and clean with a super comfortable mattress. I loved waking up to the sunrise overlooking the river with my morning coffee. Hope to return here again,
