We had a wonderful stay at this spacious home, which had everything we needed for a great time. Sammy was incredibly responsive to any questions we had. The home was perfect for everyone - kids, teenagers and adults alike, with accommodations for little ones as well. We especially enjoyed the pool, grill, fireplace, and hot tub, making for a relaxing and fun trip. Five minute drive to IMG. Highly recommend.

We booked for my daughter’s wedding at the Veranda Club. It was super close to the venue and had a lovely waterfront view and outdoor spaces for gathering. The house is huge with well designed rooms and well picked furnishings for a comfortable stay. Paper products were stocked and plenty of towels and linens for a large group. It was perfect for what we needed. I wish we could’ve stayed longer! It’s a beautiful home with LOTS of amenities! Everything was as described and Teresa was responsive with any questions. Highly recommend and hope to be back for another family get together sometime!

House was spacious, clean & clutter free. Neighborhood was quiet and pool was clean and has lights for night swimming. WiFi worked great & living room has smart tv you can log into but downside was be aware no TVs in any of the bedrooms. The ice maker didn’t work in the freezer but we may have missed that in the description. I suggest bringing some on the way because stores are not close by. Overall 100% recommend and would stay there again.

The house was wonderfullly spacious for our group of friends. Beds were comfortable. The dining table was a great size for games. Had all the amenities we needed. Everything was clean and organized. We had a maintenance issue that was resolved promptly. Communication during our stay was easy and friendly.

We had a lovely time staying here. The house was clean, with a great, well outfitted kitchen and comfortable and roomy living room. The bedrooms are small but functional. The pool and lanai were lovely. The pool isn’t heated but we were able to have fun swimming in February. Our kids had so much fun fishing off the dock into the canal. We loved going to the beaches at Manasota Key, Gasparilla Island, Nokomis and Siesta Key! It’s a great little house if you just want to relax around the pool or if you’re looking to explore the local beaches. We found lots of beautiful options within an hour drive.

Lisa is a great host, and provided responses to my questions immediately. This is a roomy, clean apartment. The only negative is the road noise, but that's out of her control. Other than that, great location and near everything we needed.

The Cottage was the perfect place to unwind after exploring the sights of the St. Pete/Tampa Bay area. The decor was very welcoming with so many thoughtful touches. I was confused about why there was water in the flower vase at first because I couldn’t wrap my brain around the fact that THEY WERE REAL! It was so nice to have little slippers available and everyday items that make traveling so much simpler (scissors, sewing kit, ziplock bags, plastic wrap, bathroom essentials, etc.). I was also shocked about how spacious both the living room and bedroom were! I could spread out and not worry about tripping on anything. I wish I would have had the chance to poke around the area on foot more because it seemed like everywhere I needed to go was a 4/9/12 minute drive away so I’m pretty sure I could have walked more, but it was a short trip with lots to do. Gwen anticipated all my needs and answered questions before I asked them!

My girlfriend and I visited St. Petersburg and loved this little spot to stay! It was exactly what we needed and was located very conveniently from local restaurants and downtown St. Pete. If you are visiting the area, I would recommend booking especially for couples!

Great location nice & clean

We loved our stay at Charles & Dan’s place. It was cold & rainy during a good part of our stay & they apologized for the weather - 😂 They even allowed us to keep our bikes in their garage. We’ve never had better hosts in all our Airbnb stays. We think this is how Airbnb’s were intended to be from their founding. Great job guys - thank you.

These condos are so cute and clean! You don’t even need a car to stay here you are walking distance from the beach literally across the street. There’s a Walmart and a Publix a mile away and lots of shops and eating near by. The condos are clean comfortable and offer a lot of cool things. Like the extra room with all your beach needs and extra food and condiments! We’ve stayed here twice this summer and plan to continue to return back

Me encantó alojarme allí con mi esposo e hijos! El llegar impecable, la playa súper cerca, fuimos dos veces al restaurante que nos recomendaron The Salk Rock Grill , fuimos caminando en familia , nos encantó, la playa espectacular! Si desean pasar unos días tranquilos en familia este lugar es el ideal! Del aeropuerto fuimos a publix compramos los insumos necesarios luego fuimos al alojamiento! Todo tal cual como en su descripción. Fuimos a la playa pasamos un fin de semana en familia súper genial, las camas cómodas, las instalaciones impecables, las recomendaciones nos encantaron! Agradecidos estamos por un fin de semana que nos encantó! Como fuimos en avión desde Atlanta y nos movimos en Uber realmente los Uber tardan un poco en llegar.. pero estábamos relajados pues estamos acostumbrados a la vida rápida pero acá es otra cosa que necesitamos vivir! Volveremos pronto!!! Nos encantó!

We hated to leave! It was perfect for our stay. Very clean and steps away from the beach, close to everything store wise/ restaurants.

We were a group of 5 women, we had a fabulous time! Plenty of amenities for 5 people except for beach chairs which were available to rent on the beach. We had an issue with the dryer not working so we weren't able to do any laundry which was a small issue. I reported it to Franca and she replied right away that she was going to schedule someone to come look at it but never heard anything back from her after that. To get to the beach from the condo you need to go through a gate that is locked at the pool and then through another gate to get to the beach. Otherwise you have to walk around the front and down the public beach access. There were only 2 keys so that was an issue, maybe a lock with a code would be more helpful? All in all the condo was everything that was advertised. Thank you Franca for sharing your home!

Nice clean apartment. The canal in the back is great for fishing. The pool is refreshing after a hot day at the beach. Beach gear is provided. Bbq outback can be used for cooking. Laundry is right across the condo. Would definitely stay again.

Die Wohnung war für uns zwei perfekt, ebenso die Lage. Es sind keine 5 min zu Fuß zum Strand. Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung und war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter, Mel, war jederzeit sehr gut und schnell. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank Mel für alles.

Our family with small children had a brief but wonderful stay in Treasure Island. The condo was extremely nice and clean, the building felt safe, and the beach was only a very short walk away. We loved being able to see sunsets over the Gulf from the condo!
