We really enjoyed our stay at Lucky's place. The setting is in a beautiful area and you can walk to restaurants and shops. Siesta Key is just 5 mi away and downtown Sarasota a mile and a half about. The apartment was very homey and well stocked with everything we needed. the pool was beautiful and well maintained and we loved the landscaping around it. Lucky was very responsive and kind host. Overall would highly recommend this place to stay!

We had a great stay at the Funky Flamingo. There were three in our group and it is a good size for three people. The bed and sofa bed are both extremely comfortable and despite the proximity to the airport we did not hear any noise from the planes. Moreover, the appartment is on a quiet cul de sac. Denise and Dean were very friendly and provided lots of useful information for finding the place. I especially appreciated the "Birds of Florida" book. All in all this is a very convenient place to stay and is comfortable and perfect for three people.

Had a great stay at Adam's place. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the bed. Had every amenity I needed. It's close to downtown St. Pete. Trip's is just a mile or so down the road and a great place for breakfast. I highly recommend this apartment when visiting St. Pete. Don't hesitate.

Iggy was an amazing host who lived up to the expectations! The place was in a nice area to birdwatch from the patio, bathroom was very clean, and sheets were also very clean. Complimentary snacks included which was very nice! Good location close to central avenue, and about 15 mins drive from the beach. Overall, great stay!

This was our second stay at Jesse’s place and it was wonderful again. The location is great. The property was very clean and comfortable. The third floor has easy access to the gym and pool. We don’t need a car when we visit. Whole Foods is two blocks away as is the free trolley to the beach. There are plenty of shops and restaurants just a few blocks away. We highly recommend.

This was my second time staying at Michael's property, and everything about it was excellent: location, cleanliness, view, amenities, etc. And Michael's communication is great, quick and helpful. I highly recommend, even though your booking might make the property unavailable to me in the future :-)

I liked Philips place, the suite was clean, there were something’s I felt were missing from the location , there weren’t enough easy access electric port to charge phones, there wasn’t a full kitchen as I had thought which required me to consider my restaurant spending options during my stay. There were no extra garbage bags or utility stuff to keep the area clean. Because it is so adjacent to the house, which I had thought it was a completely separate suite I kind of felt like I had to be extra quiet not to disturb the host or I couldn’t not put music loud as If id have the place to myself. Initially , I thought I was going into a mother in law suite separate from the house bc of the picture which is actually the back of the house which made it look separate. But it’s a beautiful suite in one side of the house. The side gate is private entrance to a beautiful deck surrounded by bamboo really cute! The bed sinks that was my only issue it is hard to sleep on. Place was clean and pretty

Wonderful, convenient location. Pleasant and safe neighborhood, good for walking. We liked the addition of the privacy screen on the pool cage. The pool is great… sun all day! Hosts very responsive and accommodating!

fantastic place to stay. Great restaurants north and south of the house. good outdoor places to explore and easy access to the mainland. the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and usually working on their beautiful property outside. Great people to talk to wether it be for information or friendly conversation. happy they were right next door.

We had a lovely time staying here. The house was clean, with a great, well outfitted kitchen and comfortable and roomy living room. The bedrooms are small but functional. The pool and lanai were lovely. The pool isn’t heated but we were able to have fun swimming in February. Our kids had so much fun fishing off the dock into the canal. We loved going to the beaches at Manasota Key, Gasparilla Island, Nokomis and Siesta Key! It’s a great little house if you just want to relax around the pool or if you’re looking to explore the local beaches. We found lots of beautiful options within an hour drive.

Just had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The host was super friendly and provided great local tips. The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. Perfect location for exploring while still being peaceful. Highly recommend it! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

David’s place was a good fit for 4 of us The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room for us to move around. The washer and dryer were handy and the coffee bar was handy. If you’re in Arcadia it’s a great option!

We felt right at home when we walked in. The house was very clean and smelled beautiful. The lighting was great and the house, appliences and amenties were all upgraded. We had no issues and inmediately relaxed and felt right at home. We will stay here again on our next visit and highly recommend this property.

Our four night day was absolutely awesome! The rental was clean, orderly, completely furnished with everything you need, and walking distance to stores. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Finally, the owners were incredibly responsive. Well done!

Sandra’s rental was great. Easy to find and incredibly comfortable. The area isn’t big but very nice and comfortable. Location is perfect for getting to all sides and beaches in St. Pete. I only walked around the block once. I’ll bring a bike on my next visit. Personal preference. Sandra was friendly and was always available if I needed something. Great host! Great rental! Great place to visit! I’ll be back.

Had a great stay and everything was as listed. Clean and convient, quiet location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Was located right across from both pool and laundry room (quarters only) which was great. William also provided beach chairs and umbrella as well as small cooler which was exactly what I needed

Was exactly as listed. Nice and clean. Especially pleasant to sit on the balcony mornings and evenings to watch the birds and we did see dolphins one morning. One came right up underneath the balcony area. Restaurant Doc Ford's right next door was an added plus. Great food, just a walk across the parking lot. Reasonably priced and good breakfast place just a 1/2 mile away. Condo facility was well kept and all of the other residents and guests were very friendly. Host was super friendly and helpful as well. Will definitely stay here again.

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

My family and I had a wonderful time! Melinda’s place was very clean, beautiful views and close to the beach. Can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is on the first floor and within walking distance to the beach. The beach has a mobility mat which was nice since I recently had foot surgery. Karen provides just about anything you could need and she let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed her.

We had a fantastic stay! Seth and Cheryl truly thought of everything—our experience was seamless. They were incredibly responsive before, during, and after our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. The entire condo was modern, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked. The layout provided plenty of space to relax, with a variety of seating options in the living areas. The kitchen and bathrooms were especially nice, and everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. A true highlight was the screened porch overlooking the water—the views were beautiful, and it was so peaceful. It was the perfect spot to read, exercise, get some work done, or simply unwind. We would highly recommend Seth's Place and would absolutely stay here again.
