A wonderful location: close to amenities but a private setting. The house was comfortable and tastefully decorated. Everything we could have wanted to make our 5-week stay easy was available—cleaning products, grill, seasonings, and sunshine!

Real cozy and inviting place. Hard to find a home so close to everything. But josephs house was just that. Walking or riding distance to beaches. Little further to shops but trolly was nice. Pool and hottub were thr main attraction for us. Hottub takes a good hour to heat up but once it does its hot. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Kim

Daphne’s home was perfect for our family of four. The pool was clean and well maintained, and there were a plethora of pool toys available for guest use. The Master mattress was extremely comfortable and my back has never been in less pain at night. The home is extremely close to Manasota beach, and only about 20 minutes to downtown Venice. We were very comfortable and pleased with our stay. Highly recommend!

very comfortable stay, clean, lots of space. pool was perfectly heated, clean water. nice outdoor space for meals, relaxing. 2 bikes ready to go, 2 kayaks in good condition. such a quiet neighborhood, quiet neighbors. close to everything. kitchen well stocked, gas outdoor grill. will return for sure. host was easy to communicate with, quick responses. highly recommend.

This is absolutely the best place place we have ever rented. The owner and her family are awesome. Everything was better than the pictures . If you are going to stay on this Island this is the place to stay. They have thought of everything. Location is great and they have everything you need. Pool area is perfect.

Our friends got married at Baker’s Ranch and a few of us from the wedding party stayed here. It was a great spot, very modern, cute, and spacious. When there was a tiny issue with check-in, Pete was very on top of it and came to a quick resolution. I definitely recommend this spot!

This was a GREAT AirBnB experience! The water views are awesome. l kept the front window blinds open the entire time! Reading and having my morning coffee in the chair by the front window - my happy place! The RV is a well maintained older model. The bed is comfortable and we slept in almost every day. Initially we had some concerns about the toilet and Len responded literally within minutes to resolve the issue. We prepared most of our meals at the Airbnb and enjoyed the well appointed kitchen and outside grill. The weather was cool (for FL) so I'm hoping to come back sometime to enjoy the pool! PROS: Location, location, location!! The view. Comfortable bed. Len and Victoria are attentive hosts that go over and above - not hovering, just super fast response to any texts/questions. CON: Sofa was uncomfortable. Bottom Line: Would love to stay here again!

This property was perfect for our family vacation: right next to the beach, lots of food within walking distance, easy check-in and check out. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to spend some quality time at the beach!

Barb is an absolutely great host. Place was very clean & in the most perfect beach spot. Walk into town was less than 5 minutes, beach is about 2 minutes. Barb also helped accommodate us a little bit longer due to an evening flight which saved us from some chaos!

Everything was great except we weren't able to enjoy the pool. The heater was never running. We asked about it and were instructed how to turn it on but one we had it running it never heated the pool.

This was a perfect spot for a quick and affordable beach getaway! An extremely short walk to a gorgeous section of the beach, which is always the most important thing for me and this place deliverers! The apartment had all of the basics covered and was nice and tidy! Not anything fancy, so look elsewhere if that's what you're trying to find. But if you just need a place to crash between the beach and going out in St Pete, this is perfect! I didn't have a chance to use it, but the pool looked really nice as well. Vivian was also very nice and helpful, had a great experience with her!

5 Star Review! Loved the modern & clean space. The decor and vibe matched our artist personalities. Kitchen was dynamite and offered everything we needed and then some. We kept saying we could live here! Enjoyed diner at the table, nights on the sofa watching tv. Having 2 bathrooms was super helpful too! The huge balcony porch and view was gorgeous. We enjoyed walks around the condo at night and took advantage of the large pool. My only constructive critique would be to offer curtains or blinds that could be pulled down at the large windows/doors to the patio. While I loved the look and openness, at night time I felt exposed like everyone could see me walking around in my pjs. The reflection on the glass from the TV at certain times of the day was a challenge as well. Would recommend for sure, but coming and going into the condo unit was frustrating. The gated community wanted to scan our driver license and ask us questions everytime we re-entered and their speaker was broken to hear.

My family and I had a great stay. We loved the hot tub and pool area. They had just done some updates and was really fun. I have two young kiddos so I really enjoyed that they had lifevests, inflatable pool toys, and a fence around the pool so that the kids couldn’t just get in there by themselves. The house was clean and worked really well for what we needed for the trip. It was nice to have access to laundry, kayaks for the canals, and the dock was great to just go sit at in the mornings and watch dolphins and manatees. We were lucky enough to see both a few times on the trip. I would highly recommend this place and would stay there again.

We had the absolute best getaway with this beautiful home. The accommodations were incredibly comfortable and the home was spacious for our party of 6. Plenty of room inside and out. Instructions for check in and check out were timely, clear, and very easy to understand. The hosts were very accommodating and incredibly helpful. We loved this adorable pink house! Highly recommend it.

This is a lovely space, 2 huge bedrooms, a separate laundry room, well equipped kitchen, and dog park on the premises. The veranda overlooking the marina made me feel like a millionaire. The sunsets could be seen from this area, and it was such fun watching the pelicans dive for fish. Downtown and the marina are within walking distance.

Our stay at the pink peacock was amazing. We truly had a great time and loved the place. The pool was small but perfect and very inviting. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us (hubs, 1 kid and I). We will definitely be back! Great location and walkable to some shops and restaurants.

We were delighted with Poco Paradise- it had everything we needed for the perfect beach vacation, especially the amenities, which included plenty of towels (both for inside the house and beach towels), a wagon to cart stuff to the beach, and great beach chairs and umbrellas. I didn't see any photos or mentions of closets in the description, so was a little worried we would be short on space, but each room had a great-sized closet, plus there were plenty of other nice little storage spots. The location can't be beat as it's within walking distance to a terrific Tiki bar that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the beautiful Nokimos beach. Ty and Olivia were fantastic hosts who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Poco Paradise is a gem.

Khanh was very responsive and the place was perfect for our needs. It’s an old Florida neighborhood and house. House is clean. Beds are comfy.

This condo was nice and clean and the view off the balcony was absolutely spectacular. The pool and hot tub were also great although they did close at dusk which was around 6:30 pm. There was a target less than a mile away which was super convenient. The beds were firm and comfortable and the ac worked great. The “gym” was pretty much just a treadmill and a set of weights in a small room that didn’t have working ac. Overall we had a top notch stay! I highly recommend and I would stay here again. Thank you for the great stay!
