This is my second year in a row staying at Eve’s place. I would return again each year to Eve’s for my annual December weekend event. The house is spacious, spotless and well stocked. It’s our home away from home for the weekend. Eve is a super friendly host and it’s always a pleasure talking with her and renting from her.

I enjoyed my stay very much!! Super cute home with a great fenced in yard and the location was very convenient for my weekend event! I hope to stay here again in the future 😁

The house was beautiful and Rhonda was great, she was very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home and enjoyed the place more than Lake George :) , the hot tub and pool were great and i would recommend anyone coming to this area to definitely book the place if they get the chance.

Katya’s place was perfect for our large group. We relaxed on the deck, prepared meals in the kitchen, and were able to eat them together at the large dining table. Beds were comfortable. The walk to the SPAC was beautiful and manageable. Katya is a great communicator and helped us navigate several changes to our plans from the time of booking to our arrival; something we really appreciate.

This house was amazing. We were in town to celebrate my daughter’s wedding and had friends and family stay with us. It was plenty big enough for 7 adults, 2 teen agers and my 12 yr old son. It was fresh and clean and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, the basement was nice to hang out and unwind after a day of shopping. Great hosts. I would definitely book again and recommend to anyone. Price is very reasonable for families traveling together or couples. 5 Stars!

This was my first time staying at an Airbnb and I was blown away by the great experience! I was so thankful to find a house big enough to have 3 bedrooms and it was a plus that one was a king bed! Kevin was very accommodating by letting us check in a bit earlier and check out later. The house is beautiful, clean, homey, and is in a very nice nerborhood. I couldn't have asked for anything else during my stay!

Location is exactly as stated and shown. So easy to walk to everything in downtown area! Unit was clean and well stocked, and our kids loved the loft and views from all of the windows. Our family lives in the country but loved being in the city for a few nights and watching all the people and traffic. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and Casey was absolutely accommodating and amazing in every way!

This is the full-sized 1st floor apartment of a split-level house, with the entire first floor for the AirBnB. It is on a quiet street about a 5-minute walk to the main downtown area of Saratoga Springs. The area was very quiet, we never had any road noise, but used the location to walk to the downtown for coffee, walking around, etc. pretty easily. The space itself has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with everything fully stocked: linens, towels, kitchen needs, etc. There was a great selection of board games to play, a nice touch! All of the bathrooms were clearly renovated/updated and the space was extremely clean when we checked in. Overall, and excellent stay for the cleanliness, location, and amenities. Thanks!!

This was our second time staying at Craig and Deb's place ✨ it was wonderful as always! place is clean, cozy and warm. They're very attentive, and the area feels safe, convenient supermarket nearby. A must stay if going skiing at West Mountain.

Dan was a terrific host. We let him know we’d arrive late, & when we pulled up in front, he came outside to greet us and carry our bags. He stocked the kitchen with some essentials & some extras, the coffee & filters were much appreciated. He was pleasant & friendly, and we recommend his place to anyone visiting Saratoga Springs. Easy walk to Skidmore.

Juliann is an incredible host! We have stayed at her place before and will be staying again. We had a last minute change to our plans and Juliann really went above and beyond to accommodate us. I would highly recommend!

Excellent experience at Sean's place. Overall the place was cozy and clean, with ample space for two. Additionally, it was quiet and easy to find with a beautiful neighborhood. Very convenient to anything you want it need within Saratoga. I would 100% recommend booking here and I plan to in the future myself.

Ellen’s place was so lovely. Clean comfortable and cozy. The decor was very thoughtfully done and made us feel right at home. Had Good coffee, tea and left some valentines chocolate on the table. She was extremely responsive, helpful and a great communicator. We booked last minute and although they recently have snow and ice, they worked really hard to clean it up and make it safe with limited time, while also cautioning us to be careful. We will definitely stay again when we come to Saratoga.

Great location and a big place that met all our needs.

The location was perfect for our stay in the area.The kitchen was my favorite so cute and everything you'd have at home.Just perfect for 2 people and space to spread out. Generous supplies thru out.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is very peaceful, and close to many restaurants and the city center. The hosts are very responsive, and provide clear instructions prior to check in. The home is clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. We will definitely come back when we go back to Saratoga!

This is our second time staying in this building. We preferred the first floor over the second only because I'm getting too old for stairs. Other than that, they're both amazing!

This was our second stay at the Owl's Nest. The location and the uniqueness of this charming condo was very welcoming. The condo looks just like the pictures online. The space was immaculate, comfortable and very cozy. The heated bathroom floor was a definite bonus, as well as the location which is just minutes away from Broadway. Our host Gillian was quick to respond to all of our inquiries. She was friendly and extremely accommodating. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a special gem in a perfect location in Saratoga.

Great location, only a couple of blocks from the racetrack entrance and from restaurant and shopping on Broadway. We have been coming to Saratoga Springs for several years, this was one of the nicest homes we’ve had the privilege to stay at. We will stay again next year if there is availability.

Beautiful condo right in the heart of town. Perfect location for everything. Had a great time and a great stay there!
