The setup and layout of the house made for a warm welcome and stay as a family of 6. Our kids had plenty of room to play around outside and in the pool. Even very roomy inside as well. Plenty of room and even had a washer and dryer for clothes washing. Will definitely stay here again for future trips to Kuching. It was only a 5 min walk to the SamaJaya Park and also within walking distance to some family friendly parks for walking in the mornings and kids to play on swings and a playground. Will recommend for our friends to stay if they ever find themselves wanting a place to just relax and spend time as a family.

Very clean and comfy place to stay. The house is spacious with the capability to accommodate 13 people. Owner is very helpful and easy going person. Highly recommended.

Andy was a very responsive host and whilst there were a couple of teething issues when checking in with the internet he went out of his way to come cover personally and help solve it / call the supplier. Very grateful as was working remotely from the property during our stay.

Hi, spend my short staycation with friends. We did not have any complain about it. All the thing that We need is complete. It is convenience for us as there is a huge supermarket. And the most important, the owner is friendly.

Pros-1st time staying here and the place was incredible, feels like home. Clean & spacious. Seaview just perfect.. juz bit frustrated coz the weather was not on our side. Cons- bedding bit hard, hopefully can be replace with more comfortable

Joanne was very accommodating to our request and her place is so homey and comfortable. Not to forget the view from the windows. We came with the whole family and we enjoyed the place so much.

It's a very nice and comfortable place to stay. Good location, on top of Vivacity Megamall. If you bring extra car, be prepared to park at the mall and pay extra RM75++ for overnight park. I think that is the only disadvantage of staying at this building. Other than that, the rest are great.

Hosts were very responsive at short notice. They were also flexible in checkin checkout variation for the two apartments we rented.

We stayed at the same AirBnB before and found it to be the same this time. The apartment was well maintained and clean and all appliances worked well. Both, apartment and location were great and we enjoyed our stay there.
