Couldn’t fault the destination, the villa was beautiful and had everything we needed. The pool and veranda were excellent, good location to explore the local area, we would recommend this villa to everyone, would definitely recommend visit in the future. Perfect stay and the hosts were amazing. The views are incredible and the place has everything you need including comfortable beds!

We had a fantastic stay at this property, thoroughly enjoyed ourselves for 2 weeks. The grounds are expansive beautifully maintained and gives you the feeling of constantly being surrounded by nature. The two separate cottages were nicely situated with comfortable bedrooms and lovely indoor/outdoor sitting spaces. We absolutely loved relaxing by the pool and cabana area during the times that we weren't at the beach. The nearby beaches are absolutely stunning! We enjoyed most of our days there, floating in the crystal clear waters and soaking up the sun. Our hosts were extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire stay. We already miss our stay there and are looking forward to coming back!

Traumhafte Unterkunft mit spektakulärem Blick auf die Lagune von Capo Falcone. In 5 Min am Strand mit vielen möglichen Aktivitäten. Einfach fabelhaft mit ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten und einem sehr gepflegtem Terrain. Absolut einzigartig.

Very beautiful little place! A dream of peace and close to everything! We enjoyed every moment!

staying in poetto was wonderful. access to the beach was 4 minutes away and also the bus into the city could be picked up right along the beach. the house was very nice and accommodated our group very well. I would recommend bringing mosquito repellent or purchasing when arriving as we did get bit up with being outside and from opening up the doors to the house at different times. Andrea's co- host, Daniela was very helpful and welcoming and was the primary point of contact during our visit. we had a great time and would love to come back!

We were at Francesca’s place for three weeks and it was the perfect getaway in the peaceful countryside that we wanted. With a spectacular view from her garden. The space was clean and she was very helpful with anything that we wanted. She was super friendly and a great human to just get to know! She was very kind to give us a taste of her grown grapes (the best I have ever tasted), olives and honey. We will definitely be back.

Wir haben es geliebt in diesem kleinen einfachen cottage zu wohnen. morgens kann man wunderbar auf der oberen Terrasse mit bester Aussicht frühstücken und danach zu unzähligen entdeckungtouren aufbrechen. schöne Küsten, tolle Wanderwege, kleine bergdörfer, schöne Städte und gutes Essen, alles sehr gut erreichbar.

Unser 2-wöchiger Urlaub in Carlos Haus war ein absoluter Traum. Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, sauber, traditionell eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, umgeben von Olivenbäumen, und kleinere Orte und schöne Strände sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Carlo ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Seine Freundin hat sogar einmal nach unserem Hund geschaut, den wir für ein paar Stunden zu Hause gelassen hatten. Vielen Dank für alles, wir können das Haus jedem empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Paolo hat sich ab dem Tag unserer Ankunft sehr gut um uns gekümmert und praktisch jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Zahlreiche Tips für Restaurants etc. in der Umgebung. Liebevolle, individuelle Einrichtung. Betten im zweiten Schlafzimmer hätten etwas weicher sein können. Das Haus ist etwas abgelegen, Strand ist gut erreichbar, aber zu Fuß braucht man mehr als 5min..Wenn man auf Landidylle Wert legt, ist es genau richtig!

Superbe séjour chez Alessandra qui est très réactive, serviable et amicale. La petite villa est magnifique avec une vue sur la mer à couper le souffle et un accès à la plage et à la crique par des escaliers (facile à descendre...un peu plus difficile à remonter). La maison est encore mieux que sur les photos, il y a tout ce qu'il faut en équipement (même un parasol pour la plage), la literie est très confortable. Le barbecue est très pratique et le jardin (avec douches extérieures) a un charme fou avec de belles plantes et de la vieille pierre. Il est très agréable et reposant. A 1 km on retrouve un centre commercial avec une bonne boucherie et poissonnerie, un restaurant/pizzeria, un bar/tabac. La plage est superbe avec une petite plage privée ou on peut se restaurer pour pas cher. Un séjour de rêve... Je recommande à 1000%

Das Haus und die ganze Anlage ist definitiv eine 10/10!!! Die Idylle die dort herrscht kann man gar nicht beschreiben, das ganze Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich direkt wie zu Hause. Empfangen wurden wir von seinen Eltern, die sehr nett waren und uns alles gezeigt, und ganz viele Tipps für die Gegend gegeben haben. Außerdem standen Nudeln und Pesto und noch weitere Leckereien für uns bereit, was uns wirklich sehr gefreut hat und was ich so bisher auch noch nie erlebt habe. Alleine diese Unterkunft ist ein Grund nach Sardinien zu kommen, kann ich nur empfehlen!!!

Tina è stata super disponibile con gli orari di check-in e check-out, oltre a fornire indicazioni sulla zona e istruzioni chiarissime sul Cottage. La casa era pulita e attrezzata di qualsiasi cosa, noi abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la presenza di forno moderno (abbiamo fatto un’ottima pizza) e microonde-crisp. Magnifico lo spazio esterno con giardino vista mare, molto curato e pulito. Notevole pregio è il parcheggio all’interno della proprietà.

Wir haben zu viert (Familie mit zwei Kindern und einem Hund) 2 Wochen auf dem Anwesen verbracht. Wir waren alle begeistert. Das Anwesen ist in einer wunderschönen großzügigen Umgebung eingebettet. Privatsphäre ist garantiert, da sich in der näheren Umgebung niemand anderes befindet. Das Haus überzeugt mit einem einzigartigen Retro-Charme. Man fühlt sich ein wenig in die Vergangenheit zurückversetzt. Wir fanden es wunderschön. Das Bad ist auf dem neuesten Stand, wobei wir an sehr heißen Tagen die zusätzliche Außendusche gerne verwendet haben. Vom Garten aus hat man einen sensationellen Ausblick. Unterm Strich haben wir als Fazit voll ins Schwarze getroffen. Was wir noch gerne hervorheben wollen, ist die Gastgeberin Marzia. Top-Kommunikation, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Besser geht es nicht :-)

J'ai séjourné dans ce logement et je ne peux que le recommander ! L'appartement est superbe, avec une vue magnifique qui rend chaque instant encore plus spécial. De plus, il est idéalement situé à moins de 8 minutes à pied d'une petite plage très calme et sympathique. J'ai particulièrement adoré la douche extérieure, parfaite pour se rincer après une journée à la plage. Une expérience vraiment agréable. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !

Wij zijn met zeer veel plezier een weekje in dit huisje geweest. Een heerlijke tuin, een perfect huisje, dat met zorg en liefde is ingericht. Luiken voor de ramen die de slaapkamer lekker donker maken, en een fijne veranda om op te zitten. Echt een plek om nog eens terug te komen! Wij waren zo dom geweest om de sleutel (die je met een koord om je hals kunt hangen) te vergeten toen we vertrokken. Gelukkig hebben we die in goed overleg kunnen terugsturen. Andere gasten, wees gewaarschuwd voor deze vergissing. Hoe dan ook: echt een aanraden, een plek om helemaal tot rust te komen en een prima uitvalbasis naar de Costa Smeralda en de bergen in het binnenland.

We had a wonderful stay at Omar’s house. The family was super friendly and very flexible. They received us with a welcome gift and were very kind hosts. We really loved our stay at this peaceful and private house. The location is great to get to all the beaches and be in Olbia in no time. We can fully recommend it! Grazie Mille ☀️

Had a great stay over Christmas, the cottage was in a very quiet location, close to the beach, we loved the private garden and the well equipped kitchen.

This is a great place and i feel so lucky i found it. A lot of space inside and outside. Close to the beautifull beach and shops. The garden has been such a hit with our todler and Jacqueline kindly provided some toys. The apartment is perfectly equip for with all the beach gear. Perfect. We had a perfect holiday. Thank you😊
