Mauricio was an attentive host who even came to find us when had trouble finding the property. Neighborhood is gorgeous. 10 minute walk to a pristine, blue water beach.

This is a great villa with many spaces for us all to relax. It is very close to a very nice beach. The villa’s kitchen was a little small but we managed to cook great meals for the 7 of us. A truely beautiful place. Allesandro and Luca are charming hosts with gifts of wine and food.

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans la maison. Lorenza et son frère etaient toujours dizponibles, reactifs et très aimables. Le logement était très bien équipé et très propre. La plage à côté était très agréable. Nous regommandons sans hésiter !

Great place with big garden contains everything you need for wonderful vacation. Located in peaceful community with minimum traffic. Beach in walkable distance is just ok, but much better beaches just few minutes by car. They provide also old bikes free of charge. Second floor is separate and accessible only from outside.

An amazing location sitting high enough up, for 24/7 beautiful views of the sea and mountains, quite peaceful. Spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living area! The stone bbq was a plus ! Outdoor dining table & lounge chairs on both sides of the house to enjoy the sun all day. Less than 10 minutes to the city of Orosei, where even at this time of the year, we found cafes, restaurants, groceries and some retail open. This house could be your base to visit other towns, not too far away. The beach, is also a quick drive from the house, and at this time of the year, there were only a handful of locals taking a beautiful walk along the shore. Laura is the perfect host! Always caring and concerned if everything was ok, and if we needed anything extra! Our next trip to Sardinia, will definitely include Orosei and this perfect gem!

Siamo felici di essere tornati da Luca , la casa è ancora più bella di 2 mesi fa , il giardino sempre incantevole il mare fantastico. Luca sempre super gentile e disponibile ci ha fatto trovare dei bellissimi doni al nostro arrivo, la casa super pulita e ordinata grazie. ancora Luca.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Haus von Barbara. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und alles ist wie beschrieben. Wenn wir eine Frage hatten, wurde diese immer schnell und hilfreich beantwortet. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, absolut ruhig und ohne Einsicht gelegen. Auch die Supermärkte in der Umgebung sind gut zu erreichen und hatten eine gute Auswahl auch an glutenfreien Lebensmitteln. Es ist einfach traumhaft vor allem die Aussicht zu fast allen Seiten.

Barbara et sa famille habite en dessous du logement, ils ont été très gentils avec nous et ont été constemment à notre disposition pour toutes demandes. Merci pour leur accueil, la villa est très belle et très propre. Très bon séjour.

This home is a retreat from the big city bustle but also an escape from crowds and resorts. While everyone is packed at Porto Cervo or Porto Rotondo, you have a newly renovated home isolated on a beautiful mountain side! Cannot stress enough how serene it was (even with 3 kids (1,8,10). The pool provided ultimate entertainment in the morning while preparing breakfast; the lawn was ideal for stretching/yoga or paddle ball. Location: recommend a car/motorcycle as it is 10-15 min away from grocery store/restaurants (but this is not a negative). You are 15 minutes from San Pantaleo (true original Sardinian Village) which you can also reach by hiking 4 miles over Punta Cugnana. Arzachena is 15km NW from here and has the non tourist grocery store and shops. Olbia, Porto Cervo + Rotundo, Palau, etc are all within 30 minutes! Cala Gonone and Baunei coast 90 minutes. Stintino 2hrs. Location is 10/10. AC works very well in every room as do all amenities. Washing machine was great!

The villa is fabulous for a family holiday, my husband and I stayed with my son, his wife and 14 month old baby, my daughter and her partner. The accommodation was just right, with on-suite bathrooms and the additional room for the baby with a cot provided. The accommodation and outside areas were so clean and tidy we had no concerns for our small grandson crawling around. There are two supermarkets within walking distance that provided everything we needed and Palau is a short walk to great restaurants, a small beach and harbor and a short ferry trip to the nearby island. Claudia and Pier were brilliant in providing a large playpen we requested for our grandson as he had become very mobile, which was so useful when we were out around the pool. Antonella who met us on check in was amazing, and so helpful for any questions we had and she helped us so much when my daughter was unwell. There's so much more I wish we could add to this review to say how much we recommend staying here. 10+

Beautiful view from the Villa! Pool and backyard grass was great. Great location with a super beach just a 2 min walk. Rock&Beach on the beach has great Aperol spritz’s and very good foot just steps away from chairs and umbrella. Water is crystal clear. House is very comfortable and bedrooms very quiet. Kitchen had everything we needed! Wonderful morning views from the deck and patio and very peaceful. The view made the stay and the space was very comfortable for our family. We loved the Pittulongu location and relaxed and had access to Olbia in just 15 min and enjoyed a great day trip that Michaela suggested to the La Maddalena archipelago to snorkel and visit pristine beaches available only by water. Great trip! Highly recommend Sardinia and Michaela’s Villa. Try Al Volo pizza!

Cette maison est située dans un superbe environnement naturel. Niché, au milieu de la forêt rocheuse, impossible d’être plus dépaysé. Personne aux alentours . Sans parler de la magnifique vue depuis le salon et sur la terrasse. en descendant une minute, on se retrouve sur une petite plage privée, c’est tout simplement génial. On s’est baladé avec les enfants dans la forêt sur les rochers. Magnifique. L’arrivée dans la maison a été très facile, Ivan, nous y attendait. La maison en elle-même est simple et bien distribué. Il manque une grande TV pour se faire des films le soir :) Attention, la piscine est fermée à partir de fin septembre, ce n’était pas clair pour moi. À cinq minutes de la maison, la petite ville de Palau dispose de petits restaurants sympas, et d’un petit port pour louer des bateaux et faire des excursions dans les îles Madeleines. Bref, je reviendrai sûrement mais plutôt en mai ou septembre.

Wir haben 10 Nächte Anfang Oktober in Micheles Villa verbracht. Das Anwesen ist wirklich fantastisch. Das Haus ist in zwei Etagen unterteilt. Erdgeschoss: große Wohnküche mit Esstisch für 8 Personen + Sofabereich. Vordergarten mit überdachtem Tisch für 8 Personen + Couch-Landschaft. Daran grenzt eine große Rasenfläche an. Außerdem gibt es im Erdgeschoss ein Gäste-WC mit Waschmaschine/Trockner sowie zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad (1x Dusche, 1x riesige Badewanne). 1. Stock: zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad + kleine Küchenzeile. Der 1. Stock ist über einen separaten Eingang nur über draußen erreichbar. Im Hintergarten befindet sich ein großer Pool sowie der Grillbereich mit nochmals einem Tisch. Der Hintergarten kann von vorne aber auch über die Schlafzimmertüren im Erdgeschoss erreicht werden. Haus ist sehr sauber, alles da was man braucht. Michele super erreichbar. Einziger Nachteil: in Nebensaison recht wenige Restaurants offen und bei uns viele Mücken.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem besonderen Haus! Die Terrasse, der Pool, der Garten, die vielen kleinen Orte und einzigartigen Views auf den Sonnenaufgang und das Meer. Wow! Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder! Danke Guiseppe!

Wunderbare Villa mit geräumigen Outdoor Bereich. Der beheitzte Pool, die Tischtennis Platte und der Kicker sind ein Highlight für Kinder. Der Ausblick in die Berge ist grandios und man hat seine Ruhe, da die Ville etwas abgelegen ist.

Même si Stefany n’était pas présente, c’était comme si elle était avec nous 😉 Très réactive aux questions, indications et suggestions pour la location parfaites. Tout était propre et fidèle à la description de l’annonce. Nous pensons même revenir vers elle concernant une location pour partir en Angleterre prochainement (si elle veut bien de nous ☺️)

Nous avons rencontré des gens très gentil et très ouvert. L’endroit est calme paisible. Très bien proportionné. Jolie piscine très agréable. À proximité de Santa Teresa. Jolie petite ville. Plage (très belle). À proximité. Excellent. 👌 🪴😘

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir konnten schon etwas früher ins Haus, wurden sehr nett empfangen und uns wurde alles gut auf englisch erklärt, auch war eine Nummer hinterlegt, wo man sich melden kann sollte etwas fehlen. Das Haus ist tipptopp, sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt nebenan und der schöne Strand mit Strandbar, Volleyballfeld ca 200 m zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für uns war es eine sehr schöne, erholsame Zeit. Vielen lieben Dank an euch Beide.

Super lækkert hus med fantastiske udendørsarealer. Det eneste man kunne ønske sig var en grill. Ved problemer var Marco let at få fat i og var særdeles hjælpsom.

Die Villa in Palau ist sensationell und hat unsere Erwartungen sogar noch übertroffen! Sara ist ein zuvorkommender und verlässlicher Host. Die Villa ist rund 5 Gehminuten vom Strand und 10 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Zimmer sind top und schön eingerichtet, das Highlight ist aber der private Pool im eigenen Garten!
