This was a great Airbnb to stay at. Check in instructions were very clear. The condo was clean and well stocked. Underground parking was nice to have. The place is trendy and spacious. The view is awesome. Can see the river and kinsmen park etc. We felt safe with the building being secured by using the fob to get in the building and up the elevator at night. Was a great stay. I totally recommend this place to others.

Great Suite, really nice, spacious and fully stocked. I had an issue with laundry in the morning and they helped me and let me check out late. Definitely one of the nicest Airbnbs I've stayed in and hosts seem great.

We would highly recommend Jennifer's B&B. It was clean, the bed was very comfortable. the location was easy walking to many amenities. We especially appreciated the having enough coffee for our entire stay. We hope to be back.

Nice stay! They had a case of water and extras there, it had all the kitchen supplies you’d need for a stay. Beds were good just got a little bit of a sore back. Thanks for the stay!

Great stay; house was perfect for three of us. It was super clean and comfortable and close to all amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds and linens really comfortable. The Location was great for walking along and over the river to the university. Will book here again in a heartbeat.

Cozy, comfortable for 8 people, accessible area to grocery/shopping, had everything you needed to enjoy an air bnb!

This was a lovely home to stay in. There was lots of space for our family to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked for preparing food and we had plenty of towels and blankets. We would definitely stay here again.

David’s place was a great fit for our family. It’s a cozy, well-kept home that’s just one block away from a major street. There are tenants in the basement suite but we didn’t notice them (with the exception of one of us hearing their dog one morning). David was responsive and accommodating. I’d definitely stay here again.

My husband and I enjoyed our week-long stay while visiting his parents over the Christmas holidays. The high-rise corner unit allowed for lots of light (especially welcome for this North Carolinian!), the couches were a super comfortable place to hang, and the kitchen was the perfect place to prepare much of the Christmas Day meal. Will plan on staying again during future visits.

Place was beautiful as always, its not the first time I stayed here so it was easy to come back. Location is really good, and the gym downstairs is awesome!

My partner and I stayed here for a few days and loved it! We were rushing to find a last-minute spot and were gratefully surprised to find such a lovely listing to save the day. The Airbnb was clean, organised, modern and well-renovated. We were also very happy to see that laundry was free and readily available. Jennifer was simply amazing. Our trip was for a family funeral and Jennifer was so flexible for us to check in early if we arrived early. Also left us drinks and ice cream which we sadly didn’t see until our last night. Very secure building the parking spot is great if you have a big vehicle which we did. The unit was cozy and beautiful. We would definitely stay there again

Neil’s place was exactly as described and had everything we needed! He was easy to communicate with and instructions for check in/check out were very clear. The space is decorated so thoughtfully and we had a wonderful stay.
