Such a beautiful home and only a half block from the beach! We loved staying here. The decks and patio were perfect, letting us choose between sun and shade. The beds were comfortable and we loved the double vanities in the master bathroom. The place is very well stocked with paper towels, TP, dish soap, plates, glassware, etc. The sofa wasn't great (sags a bit,) but we didn't spend much time indoors, so that was ok.

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect place to meet up before going on our Disney Cruise!

What a beautiful home right on the uncrowded beach! We loved being within walking distance of restaurants in Cocoa Beach. The owners are thoughtful hosts who gave us lots of recommendations on places to eat and things to do in the area. But honestly, no one wanted to leave the house! Highly highly recommend this home for a family retreat.

Honestly Tim's place (and Tim) are great. We used the beach stuff a lot and grilled quite a bit which was super nice. We used it as a our home base as we explored the the many wonderful beaches and places close by. Special to us...restaurants: Tiki Cafe, Ichabod's, Sands; beaches: Paradise, Canova (dog beach), Ponce De Leon; other wonderful places: dog parks, Rock Harbor church (awesome!). Also don't miss the rocket launches (we saw 3 in a single week including 2 night launches (on the beach, and from Tim's fenced in back yard). Take at least one morning and catch a sunrise on the beach right across the street, its worth it. Many of these are within walking distance; Walgreens & Publix are also near. If you're adventurous, head north about 1 hour to Playalinda beach, you can get pretty close to the launch pads and catch a blast off very close-up. We didn't use the hot tub but it looked inviting. Tim took great care of us when we needed anything but also gave us our privacy.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this charming little beach getaway! From the moment I arrived, it felt like a slice of paradise. The space was beautifully decorated with cozy, coastal touches that made it feel like a true escape. The location was unbeatable—just a short stroll to the beach, where I spent hours soaking up the sun and listening to the waves. Alexander was incredibly thoughtful, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay, from beach towels to local recommendations that made my trip extra special. If you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing retreat with all the charm and comfort you could hope for, this is the place. I’ll definitely be back! Five stars!

Ein herrlich gelegenes Strandhaus. Der Ausblick vom Schlafzimmerfenster, sowie der Terrasse ist atemberaubend. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Binnur ist jeder Zeit gut zu erreichen und unterstützt einen wo es nur geht. Danke für einen wundervollen Aufenthalt!

Nari was a great host with perfect communication. The house & surrounding areas were exactly as described. No issues with steps (as some have noted). The sleeping area is well separated from the living quarters and the deck outside along with the reading loft gave plenty of space for all of us. Laundry on the 2nd floor is a great value add! Satellite Beach itself is perfect with the beach directly outside of the home and not too busy. We were able to see a space launch from Cape Canaveral (Blue Origins - New Glenn). Highly recommended! We loved our stay at White Paddle. The house was great, the location was perfect-walkable to the beach and many great restaurants, Cocoa Beach has so much to offer for those of all ages looking to stay. The area felt safe and the town had a lot to do without being overcrowded. The best part of our stay was checking out and not having the mile long list of things to do that some places leave guests. As a family, it really helps to make the trip so much more relaxing to not have all those extra cleaning tasks that some hosts ask for. 10/10 recommend this place & would stay again!

The house and outdoor space were wonderful. We enjoyed hosting a family getaway here to celebrate a birthday. Sonia was lovely and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful place to stay. We hoped to see the rocket launch but it didn't happen. We were a group of 7, grandparents, parents, and grandchildren. We only stayed one night but the screen room and pool was the family gathering area and enjoyed by all.

A truly magical stay on the water. The house has everything you could ask for in a vacation. We saw many manatees. The house was incredibly clean and had everything we needed for the vacation. We loved sitting by the pool, watching the sunrise and feeling the breeze from the river. Very close to coffee, restaurants and the beach; though we rarely wanted to leave the beautiful house.

Drake was a great host! We stayed after a cruise and he was very flexible and accommodating. Our family loved getting out on the bikes and relaxing by the pool!

Little things made the big difference, kitchen full stocked with spices and useful items, towels ready to go by the pool, heated pool actually on and warm, wagon and amenities for the beach was amazing.

This was the best AirBnB experience we have ever had. The house was exactly as described and perfect for our two families (4 adults, 3 kids) with the adult rooms at each end of the house, so we each had some space and privacy. Edmund was an incredible host, sending us helpful info and recommendations in advance, checking in, and at one point replacing a window blind in the space of just a few hours when the mechanism jammed. The house is really well stocked, with all the cooking equipment you might need and great beach toys for the kids. The beach is a very short walk from the house and really clean, unspoiled and charming. Easy drive from Orlando airport and quick access to Kennedy Space Center. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. I couldn’t recommend this highly enough. Thank you Edmund and Anna!!

Ken was a fantastic host, we loved our time at the house. Equipt with everything you could need. pool was lovely and the putting green was a nice bonus activity!

Great private Beach location. Obed was very helpful and communicated so well! One thing to note is that there are no really close restaurants. You will have to drive at least 10 minutes for a restaurant. other wise it was a perfect location!

1000 characters are not enough to say about this property. What you see is what you get! The pictures are EXACTLY what you see in the home. The Host took the time to make a detailed welcome booklet. There is nothing to be desired. Everything from how to turn on the shower to local eateries and and things to do in the area are listed in this booklet. The neighborhood the home is located in is full of friendly people people and beautiful peacocks. Yes I said peacocks! There were board games,outdoor games and beach supplies. Being a person who has never frequented a beach I had no idea what items we should take. Everything we needed and then some was located in the home! Never been to Florida let alone Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach but I (we) will be back. WE look forward to our next visit we will definitely be staying here again. The experience was like no other. Clean linens/ clean bathroom/clean kitchen, beautiful backyard and front yard.

Jaquie reached out a few days before our stay to coordinate our arrival time so we could get in their home right away. She had a coffee bar set up for us to enjoy as soon we arrived, the bathroom had toiletries available for us to use and had detergent available for us to do laundry. The house was comfortable and perfect for relaxing in between busy travel days. Close to delicious restaurants (recommended by Jaquie) and across the street from the beach. We would love to come back and stay in this home. Thank you for your hospitality!

Linn’s place was exactly as described in the listing! The home has plenty of space and is very inviting! The grounds and pool area are exquisitely maintained offering a very private and pristine setting despite being surrounded by other properties. We only had a couple minor suggestions which were privately messaged to the host as possible improvements to make future stays even more exceptional 😁 We have already booked for next year and can’t wait!

backyard paradise! literally! tiki hut has a TV and a fan for late night or rainy day outside activities! Had corn hole boards that the kids loved and played with! The pool is Awesome also with a basketball goal! Only possible downfall for the pool would be it was about 4-5ish feet deep at the shallow end. Great for jumping in off the side, plenty deep for that! Inside the house has plenty of room and was very clean! The air conditioner worked great so was very cool even on 97° days. It does have plenty of beach stuff (chairs, toys, sand toys, balls, coolers, pull behind beach wagon) and two bicycles that the kids loved!You may need more bikes if you have a bigger family! The beach is about 3 blocks away so it is walkable but is a good "little" walk away. They do have parking at the beach for about 9-10 cars so if you go early you can get parking for the car. If you want the beach without all the people, hustle and bustle of all the major beaches, this is your spot! Pro Tip E-Bikes!

We had a wonderful week at Lisa’s beautiful home. From the start, the hosts were communicative and answered all questions promptly. The house is spacious and impeccably furnished and decorated. The beds are super comfortable, and we enjoyed cooking in the large and well-stocked kitchen. We spent time outside on the lovely patio and in the pool/hot tub. Yard is large, private and well maintained. Private beach a short walk away and we appreciated the wagon and chairs. Lots of thoughtful touches that made vacation a breeze. Proximity to coffee shops, Publix, and dining a plus. Hosts responsive and helpful during our stay. We hope to come back sometime! 10/10 recommend

Such a beautiful home. The perfect size for our young family of 5. The backyard and amenities were amazing. Very private. Felt like our own little paradise. The beds were comfy. Town was about a 25 minute walk/5 minute drive, which was a perfect distance to not hear city sounds. The beach entrances are right across the street and there is a beach cart, umbrella, sand toys, etc at the house to use. We would love to come back!

Super cute place and close to the beach! The workout area in back was nice along with the beach bikes and beach stuff! We had our own bikes with us but next time maybe we won’t bring our own bikes. Would love to stay again!
