Tabitha and her husband were such gracious hosts. Friendly, quick to respond and helpful with any questions we had. Their home was beautiful, very spacious, and the backyard was fenced in, which is a huge benefit as we travel with our two dogs! The backyard wad a nice retreat for us too. Although we didn't find time to use the hot tub or fire pit, they were available. The neighborhood is lovely and we felt safe while walking our dogs. The house is close to Laura Walker Park and a hour+ drive to Jekyll Island. We had a great time and cannot thank Tabitha enough for allowing us to stay at their beautiful home. I forgot to mention, beds and pillows very comfortable too.

Fabulous location and views. Lots of space for a large group with interesting nautical decor. Kitchen is very well supplied. We'll be back!

Great little house in a quiet location. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. John, the host, was quick to communicate and check in to make sure everything was as we expected. Would definitely stay there again if available on my next trip to the area.

The location is so small town and charming! We didn’t have to go far to find an eclectic shop or unique dining spot. The home is so lovely and comfortable. While it’s obviously an older home, there is a modern kitchen and all of the amenities of home (touchscreen AC control, gas stove, comfortable furniture, etc.). We were easily able to make and have dinner for 8 people and 3 dogs each night of our stay. There was plenty of space and it was well stocked with towels, linens, kitchen appliances, dishes - really anything we needed. Our beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were clean and mirrored the charm of the plantation style architecture. We enjoyed the courtyard and sitting on the porch swing. We really were able to walk where we needed to go each day. The neighborhood is quiet and has multiple town squares to explore. The host is very responsive, professional and friendly in their correspondence. Definitely recommend this place!

Wonderful house in the heart of St Simon’s! Very clean, nice layout, 5 minute walk to the beach. We loved it!

We really enjoyed staying here! Beautiful home that we all loved. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub and game room. The only thing we were bummed about was that the pool was not heated (We assumed it was since it was available all year long) but after looking at the listing again it did not indicate that it was heated. Alvin was a great host and was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Janet’s place because it was close and easy access to a wedding we were attending on Jekyll Island. It was a short and convenient drive only ~10-15 mins. The space itself was lovely. Comfortable furniture and nice beds. The house was very clean and our guest was responsive whenever we had questions :)

Cute place and great location ! Walking distance to a few fantastic restaurants and also close to the beach! We enjoyed it and will be back!

Sonny's place was great. Host was super responsive and friendly. We went to a friend's wedding on Jekyll Island, and this spot made it easy for us to get off/on the island easily over the weekend. Sonny's stay is just as pictured. Comfortable and clean. This part is about the neighborhood. Just an FYI this area does not have Uber drivers or rideshare options available. We tried a couple of times before and after the wedding, and found zero drivers (even at different times of the day, and over the weekend). So we drove the whole weekend. That part wasn't great. We have stayed in different size towns and never had an issue finding an Uber. So, if you do plan to stay here, plan to have a car for getting around and you'll be fine! :)

Randi’s condo is amazing! The place was spotless and there was plenty of room for the four of us. The views were amazing and you can’t beat the location. Easy 40 min drive from JAX airport and a quick 7-10 min uber to all the bars and shops in downtown Fernandina (a great hidden gem of a town with plenty to do). The beach was secluded and the locals are all super friendly! There are even a few restaurants within walking distance, right on the beach. Randi was super easy to communicate with and the place has everything you need incouding beach chairs. Thanks Randi for the hospitality and making sure we had everything we needed for a great friends trip. Cant wait to come back!

Great location, steps from the beach and easily walkable to the village. The view of the beach from the third floor balcony is very nice too. The place is nice but well used. The host was proactive on working to get some maintenance items fixed, but not all were fixed before we left.

Great place to feel tucked away yet still convenient for exploring beautiful St. Simons Island. Jill's condo is one of the cleanest and most comfortable rentals we've stayed in. We also appreciated how easy it made travelling with our pup. We had a lovely stay and everything we needed for a last minute getaway!

I normally do not take the time to write reviews. However, this condo exceeded expectations. The condo was very nicely updated and extremely clean. The bed was super comfortable and the location was great. I will definitely be staying here again. Five star all the way.
