I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay again. The place was just like the pictures and we felt right at home, my kids loved it . The complex was clean and the views were amazing. The host was super responsive and cared to all my needs in swift timeframe. The only minor thing that I would say there wasn’t much pots for cooking . So if you are looking to cook while you stay that might be a minor issue. but on the other hand I’m sure if you reach out ahead of time to let the host know you’ll be fine. I say that because she was very accommodating!

We loved staying at Jodie's! It was tranquil, but a short walk to restaurants and shopping. The apartment was clean and had every amenity we wanted, we felt at home instantly. It is right beside the pool and the complex is very clean and quiet. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful place and very close to the airport! I would definitely stay here again. however, It would have been nice to already have a listing of places to eat and things to do in the area. Finding the apt was a bit confusing, but we figured it out. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Renovated condo was nice. Location in comparison to the pier and shops was ideal! We accidentally left some items in a drawer in the bathroom and Covenant quickly helped to locate it and start the process of mailing it to us. So thankful!!

This condo was perfect for my mom’s 61st birthday trip! Location is great, easily walkable to the pier and the restaurants, bars, and shops there. The condo looked exactly like the photos, kitchen was stocked, and it had enough room for 5 adults to comfortably hang out. Rachel was a great host, providing dinner recommendations and flexibility with check in and check out. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

My Husband and I loved our stay at Monica’s place! He’s not even one for “aesthetics” but kept mentioning how it looked “even cuter than the pictures!” It was just what we needed for the night! We will definitely be back if we’re in the area again!

This apartment was a great place to stay! The welcome basket was a nice surprise to see. The whole unit was very clean, and the kitchen had all the supplies we needed! There were several air freshener plug-ins, so for those with asthma/sensitive lungs, be aware :)

Lovely stay in a beautiful condo. The hosts were responsive and helpful offering local recommendations and tips. The condo was quiet, had beautiful views and was comfortable and clean.

This condo was perfect for our stay! There was plenty of room for our 9 month old to play and everything we could’ve needed for a week stay. The location was great too— it was about a 20 min walk to the pier. We’d definitely stay again!

Jeff’s place was a great spot for our weekend in Fernandina Beach. It was clean and just as described. Perfect location for easy access to the beach and a short drive to everything else we wanted to do in town. Our kids loved the Pac-Man and watching birds and turtles in the pond from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at the Beach Club previously and this was the most attractive unit we have rented. We love tennis and walking so having the tennis court and restaurants within walking distance was a great benefit. The walk to the beach is easy and the pool and hot tubs very convenient. Also, the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable! We had a wonderful week!

This was our second time staying at Turtles Nest. Super clean. Well equipped. Wonderful amenities. Conveniently located to great restaurants , shopping and grocery stores. Looking forward to next year!

We had a great stay on StSimons. Biked and walked to the beach. Tennis court and the pool were also great. Beautiful grounds on a wonderful island. Many great restaurants and grocery store nearby. The condo meet all our needs and we plan to return.

Property exactly as described and Laurel was very responsive. Plenty of beach toys and inside games. It was just perfect for our family of five, and we hope to book again!

This was one the best stays we had, we had a large group so it made it challenging to find a play that would accommodate 6. When we first spoke to Host they were very inviting and courteous.. Even better they were very responsive when we arrived and the code was not working. After riding for 4hrs that's the last thing that you won't to have happen. But I must say with a couple minutes of sending the host a text we had access via the garage code and front door... This was one of the better stays that we have had Two thumbs 👍🏾👍🏾

Wonderful house in the heart of St Simon’s! Very clean, nice layout, 5 minute walk to the beach. We loved it!

This was our first trip to Amelia Island and we were so happy to be close to the dog -friendly beach. The fenced backyard was especially great. After 2 long travel days, our dog was happy to run and play frisbee. The apartment was great. Clean and comfortable and location was ideal. It was handy to just walk down to the Surf Club for dinner rather than driving / parking going out.

This was our second stay for our family of 4 and we were so happy to be back in one of our favorite spots. There’s plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and enjoy themselves. We enjoy all the amenities and activities that Robbie provides. The area is nice and quiet, away from the main highway that leads to the beach, but not too far that it’s an inconvenience. Robbie is a generous, responsive, and friendly host. We had a great time and will definitely make plans to return! Highly recommended!!

This place was PERFECT. They’ve really gone above and beyond on stocking the home with things you need. It felt just like home. Love the big bathtub. The privacy backyard with screened patio was such a huge plus to let the dog run around. Normally pet friendly homes are so full of dog hair (my dog doesn’t shed and it’s awful on my allergies), but this place was actually super clean for a pet friendly home. Although we stayed when it snowed, it was still very cool how much beach stuff they had for use in the garage too, including bikes and beach wagon with all the beach things. The king bed was actually really comfy too. It checked all of our boxes!

I definitely enjoyed my stay, and I would recommend this location for anyone visiting the area. Hosts are reliable, cooperative, friendly, and welcoming. Thank you.

We loved our stay at St. Simon's! The condo is in a perfect location to be able to walk to town and the nice park area - so convenient and felt super safe. Inside was super clean and beds were really comfy. Courtlyn went above and beyond to help on my own package delivery issue, and the communication was so quick. Thanks for a great stay!
