Host was friendly and helpful. Accommodatiin was top notch, just like the photos. Cleaning staff were thorough. Plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen, aircon great. The location was ideal as we rented mopeds and so easy ride into jomtien etc. Walking distance to local beach and plenty if restaurants. We stayed a month and loved every minute. Getting a taxi pick was sometimes challenging but usually turned up. Would highly recommend. Our family and friends loved the villa. Great tv too.

dominik place is in perfect location, 10mn access via highway to jomtien beach and its restaurants, no traffic like in the center, and 10 golf courses within 20mn. we enjoy cozy open living room, very quiet area and the jacuzzi to relax! appreciate a lot the daily cleaning and the security of the area! will definetelly come back..and also a big thank for being pet friendly!

It was a very good place to stay and enjoy pattaya. The host is very kind and full of responsibility. House rules are clear and very understandable. Worth it and extremely close to jomtieng beach which is calm and chill location.

Die Unterkunft entsprach zu 100% den Bildern, das Bett war sehr bequem und die Aussicht war der Wahnsinn! Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat, war bereitgestelltes Toilettenpapier. Ansonsten war alles super!

Very nice villa, Victor and Tatiana were super helpful, they can even rent a car to you at a very good price, I highly recommend this property, very relaxing and great pool, 5 stars ⭐️ from me!!

ich war alleine für 20 Tage im Bungalow. Alles hat gepasst, prima Pool, super großes Haus, alles sauber, alles vorhanden . Johannes war sehr hilfsbereit in allen Dingen.

Excellent séjour de réveillon en famille dans le logement de Danai, nous cherchions de la place et de la tranquillité malgré la proximité de pattaya. Le lieu du séjour a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes.

Great location if you have a vehicle. Non-walkable as there are many stray dogs outside the village. Very quiet and stylish. Furniture is good, pool is nice.

Johannes was so helpful since the beginning and we really enjoyed staying at this villa. It is a bitr far from Pattaya which we really like but very easy to get uber and so on. Pool was so nice either and house was super clean. There was a water issue in our last day and Johannes was really sorry about it and he didn't charge us for electricity because of water issue. If you are looking privacy this pool villa is for you we loved the place. Pool is not visible from outside but if someone look inside above the wall they can see you, but still the neighborhood is so calm and there was barely people around. Thanks for Johannes and this villa, we will definitely coming back there!

Sutira was a great host! if you wanted anything from the store she had someone get it for you. you could order food from the neighbor across the street as well! this was such a great experience! you never have to leave if you don't want to!

Мы, туристы из России, отдыхали с 20 декабря 2015г. по 20 января 2016 г. и остались очень довольны. Хозяин этого дома по телефону прямо с аэропорта сопровождал нас. Помог взять такси, приобрести сим карту на телефон. Встретил доброжелбно нас в новом жилье. Объяснил что и где находится. Бассейн с чистой водой. Интернет в наличии. Телевидение. Пляж действительно оказался вблизи дома. Чистый пляж. Немного народа. Район очень хороший. Магазины и кафе с ресторанами рядом. В километре от дома находится аквапарк. Очень удобное расположение дома. Наша семья осталась очень довольна проживанием в данном месте.

1.숙소 위치는 바다를 접해있지만 한적한 곳에 위치하고 있고 주변 식당 및 편의점 등과 거리가 멀었고 바이크 및 자동차를 운행할 경우 불편함이 없습니다. 2.숙소에 직원들은 항상 친절했으며 건물을 항상 청결하게 유지하려고 신경 스는 듯 했습니다 3.룸 은 큰 편이고 어린이 동반 가족 단위 이용객에도 지내기 불편함이 없고 대형 침대가 있고 그와 별도로 소파가 침대로 변신합니다. 4.수영장은 바다뷰에 탁월한 위치에 있고 수영장 베드 침대 에 누어 해가 지는 모습을 보면 환상적입니다. 5.헬스장은 규모는 작지만 도로 뷰 보면서 런링머신 을 달리수있는 깨끗한 환경을 유지하고 있어요 6.건물에 출입 보안은 잘 가추어져 있어 안전하였고 경비는 24시간 근무하고 있어 습니다. 7. 건물 옆 대형 호텔이 있는데 간혹 밤에 관광버스들이실어나르는 페캐지 여행객 들이 책크인 하려고 이동하는 소음은 잠시 들리기도 합니다. *조용한 휴식이 필요하신 분들이라면 이곳에 머무른 걸 강력히 추천합니다 감사합니다.

We had a really pleasurable stay. The accommodation was very clean with all utilities we needed. It was in a quiet closed community and a short ride to Pattaya city. The pool was lovely and i would easily visit again.
