Yuri 'space was fantastic. Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. In a great location, right near heaps of great places to eat! Yuri was very accommodating and helpful letting us drop our bags off early and checking in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. High speed wifi, 250 mb/s , many attraction around, kids play ground , and fitness room, Restaurants there I could say excellent. Furthermore, they clearly explained the area, and also arranged a taxi for me from the apartment to the airport after I checked out. For (Price), I honestly think this is a bargain. I am looking forward to staying here again one day.

房間大且有廚房設備、冰箱有獨立冷凍、衛浴乾濕分離，出發前與房東詢問附近是否有洗衣店，沒想到房東直接準備了一台洗衣機與曬衣架在陽台，超級感謝！ 社區內設施很多，雖不在市區，但是社區內游泳池、spa、辦公室、遊戲室等等設施一應俱全，打車約150泰銖可以到lotus，附近也有很多餐廳、小攤販、便利店、7-11，B棟後方有路可直達海灘！ 社區內垃圾管理、泳池維護都非常好，我一定會再來的~

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing apartment near the beach, and I can't recommend it enough! The location is unbeatable—just a few steps and you're already on the sandy shores. The pool was a fantastic bonus, perfect for relaxing in the sun. I spent many afternoons lounging by the water, soaking up the beautiful surroundings. The balcony offered spectacular views, making it the ideal spot for morning coffee or evening sunsets. I could have stayed out there all day! Inside, the bed was incredibly soft and spacious, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day full of activities. The kitchen was fully equipped with great appliances, making it easy to prepare meals when I wanted a night in. Overall, my stay was a solid 10 out of 10. I can't wait to return!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Yujia ist sehr freundlich und ein netter Gastgeber. Das Appartement ist wie beschrieben und sehr sauber!

we really enjoyed our stay, the olace was cozy and had everything you need. we worked from there, so having two desks in two separate rooms was great.

Мы с мужем прожили в этой квартире три месяца. При заселении мы обнаружили пятна на кресле, но хозяин быстро их устранил. Далее по мере проживания мы также обнаружили пятна на диване, но они показались нам некритичными. В целом проживание в этой квартире было комфортным, хозяин отзывчивый и приятный. У нас был свой балкон и вид на закат. До ближайшего сонгтео идти 5-10 минут, до центра ехать час на сонгтео или 20 минут на такси. До пляжа также 5 минут пешком. В нашем районе было несколько кафе, также в здании нашего дома есть два 7/11, что очень удобно. Район очень тихий и спокойный, мы ни разу не сталкивались с тараканами в квартире или гекконами и это хорошо, тут их травят каждые полгода
