I would like to say that Bualai's condo was awesome. I had a very relaxed stay. The place was extremely clean. Very spacious, the furniture was in really good condition, and I was surprised she even had an air fryer in the condo if I wanted to cook. I loved the view and the balcony that over saw the pool area. The condo also had two large TV's which was a huge plus for me. The one part that made the check in and out process of Bualai's place cool, Bualai met me both times. She walked through the condo with me, conversated with me, and ensured everything was good to go. Then before I checked out, she came back and asked about my stay and wished me safe travel back home which was the first time a host has done for me. She is awesome, funny, and very delightful. I highly recommend Bualai's place.

This was my second stay in one of Jonathan's accommodation and just like the first time, everything was perfect from the start. Jonathan is a great host, his accommodation is great and I lacked nothing. I am my favorite place in Pattaya and 100% recommended .

Pairine's place is beautiful and I think anyone who books this place will be happy. You need to get a motorbike or some type of transportation to get around or you will be stuck in this little community. One last thing get ready to sleep on a brick hard mattress. The mattress is brutal and made for many nights of uncomfortable sleep. The pool was deserted and a bungie cord attached to the door kind of an abandoned area I only went up there once. Other than that it's a great place to stay. Great sunsets from the balcony.

I’ve stayed in many rooms In Pattaya this was probably my favorite, the location is great the apartment is big and has ever been essential you might need, Peter was great at communicating to. Would definitely recommend to anyone

I definitely will book with Jason again. He has a great unit close to everything. It is a fairly new refurbed unit, which tasteful furnishings. The added safety, non-slip tiles were a standout throughout the unit. Don’t often get these in Thailand that i have had in a unit. He was very helpful with arrival and departure. And contacted me to make sure i was settled in :) Again; I would not hesitate to recommend him and his unit, and will definitely book again on my return :)

Had a wonderful stay at this place in Pattaya! The location was perfect, close to the beach and main attractions. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The pool area was relaxing. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Beautiful and Spacious property with breathtaking seaview from balcony and the rooms. The bathtub was like cherry on the cake which we usually don’t get to see in most of the condos of Pattaya. The building is in peaceful location and yet only 2 minutes from Central Pattaya restaurants. Have lot of sea facing cafés around which we really liked. Responsive host too. Loved it!

I had a great stay, places is a little dated and in need of remodel. But it’s very big and cozy and I had a wonderful time here. Especially for the price it was well worth it, I extended my stay and the host was very accommodating. 5 stars

Great Value for this Airbnb. It had all the amenities I needed, full kitchen, washer, gym, swimming pool, and sauna with security guards around the complex. A lot of stores near by which is very convenient. Nan was an awesome super host. He is very responsive on all my questions and gave clear instructions for check-in/out. Thank you so much Nan!

I am writing this review in fear that I will not be able to book this place again in the future as everyone will want to stay here. The room matched the photos exactly and more. The parking was easy and everything in the compound was great. Will be back again for sure.

I’ve stayed in a few units at the edge and this was the best so far. The apartment was perfect and the only thing that can be annoying is how busy the elevators can get at peak times

This 28th floor is a good place for sure. It has ocean views and at the downtown of the city, it’s rare to find such a spot with both. Host communities fairly quick.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Pattaya. It's very centrally located and easy to find. The building has great security, which made me feel safe throughout my stay. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable – I felt right at home. One of the highlights was enjoying my morning coffee while looking out over the sea – the view is truly amazing! Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. I can definitely recommend this place and would love to come back. Thanks!

Das Zimmer war klasse. Es war schön groß ein kleine Sitzgelegenheit am fester sowie ein kleiner Tisch mit Stuhl standen im Küchenbereich. Der Schlafbereich kann mithilfe von Schiebetüren von der Küche getrennt werden. Die Toilette ist getrennt vom Badezimmer. Dies wiederum ist etwas offen gestaltet was für mich absolut kein Problem war. Das Bett ist ausreichend groß und auch für 2 Personen geeignet. Wenn das Fenster geschlossen war, habe ich nichts von draußen mitbekommen. Die Dusche hat eine Handbrause und einen Regenwald-Duschkopf. Wenn ich wieder nach Pattaya Reise werde ich das Zimmer wieder buchen wenn verfügbar.
