The Saunna works well. If you have a pet with you the small fenced yard is great. But if you pet is small, beware of gaps at the gate and by house. Escape artist dogs should stay on a leash. The enclosed porch is very cosy. Over all a very nice space.

This is the most fully equipped kitchen we have seen in all our Airbnb's so far. We were able to cook the basics with simple seasonings and commonly used sauces on hand. Everything I needed to do some home baking for our son while we visited him at college. Very clean, beds were comfortable, instructions were well laid out and easy to follow. This place was exactly what we needed as a home base to spend time with our very busy aviation student between his classes and flights.

Felt like we fit right into the location. Very safe location. No issues with neighbors - never bothered us.

My kids and I felt right at home at this location. It was clean and comfy with everything needed. The washer and dryer was a huge plus!!!

The cabin is in a beautiful setting on the river . Eagles flew by every day . Very peaceful.

Spent a few days snowmobiling out of this place. Was a great place to stay.

My colleague and I were in town for a few days for a conference and were super comfortable at Deven’s place! It was nice to have the separation/ privacy of the two units. The place was really nice- comfy furniture, super clean bathroom, and great hosts who were super communicative and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Sarah and Walter are excellent hosts!!! We loved all the treats from local shops. They supplied us with more than enough extras and made us feel very special. We had a wonderful stay in the winter wonderland of Trout Lake. Sarah and Walter even came out to snow blow the driveway and check in on us during our extended stay. We never lost power during a once in a lifetime ice/snow storm. Thank you so much for a memorable stay!!

We had an incredible stay at Rusting Maples! We stayed for 3 months while building our home. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to be! Very cozy and relaxing, we had everything we ever needed and more! I can’t say enough about it!!! We loved it!

Overall great stay. Pet friendly and there is an enclosed backyard. Gregory had hired someone to shovel/plow snow, but they came quite early in the morning, which was unavoidable, but something to consider in the winter and you have young children or have brought along a dog.

Our stay at the Balsams Resort was truly a once in a lifetime kind of magic. We truly were mystified by the creative power & lore of artist Orr Greenlees in every inch of the cabin + property. Look into the history if you can, such a gem of a time capsule to take part in. Thank you for letting us stay & feel welcomed.

We stayed at Deven’s place for 5 nights and were very happy with the accommodations. Both my husband and I loved the firm Endy mattress as well as the cotton sheets. The location was perfect for our needs being only 3 minute drive away from family and work. The grocery store is a 5 minute walk away. The full kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated access to laundry in the basement. We didn’t need anything during our stay but found our host very responsive and friendly when communicating. Sadly they are booked for our next trip to the Sault in June. We have already recommended it to family and friends.

Had a great relaxing girls weekend. Would definitely come back in the future!

Comfy home, lovely hosts were friendly and helpful, great dog walking area in neighbourhood near house, have stayed quite a few times and would stay again ! Highly recommend the host and home

Great place, has all you need. Super clean and comfortable. Easy parking, easy access, nice deck and yard. Bright and nicely decorated with clear instructions and supplies needed for stay included

This place was something for sure. Very well done with tons of thought put in everywhere you look. You have to see it to truly appreciate that the hosts definitely did everything they could to make a stay there over the top enjoyable!!!!!

We loved staying at Sunset Den. It was just what we wanted, relaxing and peaceful. We stayed in the fall and all of the colors changing was beautiful. I can see this also being a great place to stay in the summer to enjoy the water more. Would definitely consider going back.

Breathtaking views for a lovely winter getaway! Plentiful surroundings for snowshoeing along the lake, through the wooded yard and enjoying deer sightings. Hugh was always responsive and friendly.

Very friendly and welcoming. Had a problem with the water but they were very quick to get on fixing it. Even though they weren't able to fix the no water issue while i was there, they had offered to make up for it on another visit. They were even willing to extend my stay, sadly i was unable to do so.

This place was amazing! Our group had a wonderful time. We were lucky that the resort was able to offer us a late checkout. We didn't want to leave!!
