Sundrop Community is secluded and peaceful. Met the neighbors, everybody was super nice. Townhouse was perfect for what I needed. I was there to fly fish Caney Fork and the access to 2000’ of riverfront property was great. Two wood burning fireplaces were awesome (bring your own wood). Sundog were amazing and very helpful. The only negative I would say (it is not really negative), the listing indicates it is good for up to 6 people-I would disagree. Although there were 2 mobile air mattresses this place IMO is suitable for 4 people. Would definitely stay again.

Had a lovely stay with my mother and family. Plenty of space and had everything we needed and then some! Would absolutely stay again and recommend. We walked with our 4 year old to town and back and really enjoyed the town of Helen. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!

We stayed for 3 nights and it was such a peaceful place with beautiful surroundings. The cabin itself is not luxury, but has the essentials and is exactly how it is described. The first 2 nights we stayed it was only 3 of us, but is was 5 of us on our last night until we continued our next leg of the trip. I will say we felt a little cramped as the living room is small, but the sleeping space is fine. So if you are a larger party, keep this in mind. Also, there is only one bathroom and it is downstairs...so if you need to use it in the middle of the night, you have to trek downstairs and potentially disturb anyone sleeping in the sofabed. One Having said that, the natural surroundings make up for the lack of indoor space. There is also a grill for each unit (the cabin is 3 attached units), and a few sitting areas with a fire place through out. It is very peaceful and I would stay there again.

Great place to stay in Franklin. It is not supreme luxury but it is very livable without the stress of being in a showplace. Convenient to all local attractions and necessities. Well stocked kitchen (plates, utensils, etc). Ample clean linens. Clean comfortable bed. Host was very responsive.

Was definitely way better than we could have imagined, everything was amazing definitely will book again.

We had alot of fun here also brought our dog. It is a great location right in the middle of beautiful mountains. great getaway to feel off the grid from all the crazyniess. Not to mention the amazing hiking trails very nearby! loved this area and cabin!

We had an amazing time ! The property has amazing views of the golf course very close to everything great gated community . Valhalla resort is right there behind you offering amazing food in 3 locations amazing service great public golf course as well . Definitely planning to return soon

You can’t get closer to the center of Blue Ridge! Penthouse room had a great view of the town.

A must stay!!!! The beds were absolutely amazing! Comfy furniture is hard to find in an air bnb. Not here! The couch was comfy and the beds were absolutely amazing! Great water pressure! Super clean! Stocked kitchen! Beautiful quiet view of the river! With this being a townhouse you will hear noise but if you bring a fan it’ll help! The neighbors are a little loud lots of banging and loud talking night and day BUT that’s what happens in a townhome! That is NOT A Deal breaker at all! If you are in Helen you must stay here!!!!!!! I can’t get over how comfy the home was! Honestly I didn’t want to leave the home lol

This was a great house. We were comfortable and had plenty of room. It was awesome how every bedroom had its own bathroom and balcony/patio. The next door neighbor is a permanent resident, and he was very nice. I loved how the location was extremely close to town, yet felt secluded from it.

We had a wonderful experience visiting Porch B in Helen Georgia. It was so nicely put together and so clean and well thought of. the forgot basket was definitely a plus because we did forget our tooth paste. The Hot Tub was so nice and clean. We could smell the chlorine in the water a lot of time when we have visited places in the past we usually never get into the Hot-tube because it’s not inviting. but here we knew it was clean . The fireplace was so cozy and warm after getting out of the Hot tub. We can’t express enough that The Porch is Definitely a Gem nestled in the heart of Helen Georgia. Thank you we will return again!

Our stay was amazing. The hot tub over looking the mountain was perfect, fire pit was cozy, home was very clean, and the beds were comfy. Perfect for 6 people. the kids and adults enjoyed the pool table and PacMan game. We would definitely recommend Stephen's home.

We absolutely loved staying here and highly recommend it! It was easy to access, which is not always the case in the mountains, and it is a beautiful, spacious home. Everything was clean and comfortable. The view of the golf course is gorgeous, and we loved walking around Trillium. The patio is so peaceful! Loved having dinner out there. Of course Cashiers itself is wonderful, and we found it very easy to go to and from our Airbnb. Derek is so friendly and responsive and was a great host. Thank you so much, Derek!

Pictures do not do this place justice! It was perfect for our family. We wish we would have booked another day or two. It was such a peaceful area. The kids loved going in the creek and my son even tried fly fishing. We loved the games that were provided and played a nightly game while we were there. There was plenty of room and everyone had their own space. Would and will definitely book again!

Stephen was a great host! Contacted us before our arrival to be sure we knew how to contact him if there were any issues with the place. The unit suited our needs perfectly - clean, comfortable, spacious, modern with plenty of amenities. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. It exceeded expectations! We are grateful for the opportunity to stay there. Highly recommend!

This place is awesome!!! Beds were amazing & views were spectacular!!! Instructions were easy and tips were spot on. Parking is tight. This unit has two spots in front. There is enough space on the right side down the hill for two huge trucks to park and another under the deck. We ended up renting a golf cart and it made the trips back and forth worth it. We loved our time there. Thank you so much!!
