This place was great for our multifamily spring break gathering. The house is extremely well stocked with all the things to make your stay great. Josh was very responsive with the few questions that we had. Excellent location with a short walk to the beach and also a short walk to a great park with sports fields, a playground, and basketball courts. Highly recommended.

House is located a few blocks from the beach. Easy walk to beach access. Quaint town with restaurants and shops. Drive into Downtown Savannah is about 25 minutes but a straight shot. Host was commutative as needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chu Cottage. The house is beautifully decorated along with plenty of clean linen. The Chu Cottage is walking distance to places to eat good food, Bars, and the beach. Terese is a empeccable 10⭐ host.

47 Steps was phenomenal. My wife and I visited for our honeymoon, and we are ready to come back! Tracy was a wonderful hostess, and we highly recommend her. The area was beautiful and there is so much to do.

Very enjoyable stay. The house is in a great location, walkable to the piggly wiggly grocery store, and we also enjoyed the private beach access just across the street. Our group really enjoyed the deck that they built over the roof of the house. It offered a fantastic view of the ocean and was in great condition. Lin was a great host. She was very responsive and hospitable. I would totally stay at this house again!

My family and I have stayed at multiple properties along Tybee Island and this is by far the nicest of them all! This was a perfect beach cottage with lovely appointments and a well stocked kitchen and bathroom. The location was ideal with close proximity to the beach, as well as area, restaurants, bars, and shops. We will absolutely return and can’t wait to do so!

I never leave reviews however my family was so impressed with this property and host I feel like it needs to be know. We arrived around 4p & settled in. I noticed the upstairs was significantly warmer than the main level. I checked the thermostat and the breaker panel & found nothing blatant so I reached out to our host Renee. She instantly responded & told me she had contacted the contractor they use. She showed up and waited until the problem was resolved by the technician. She even blessed us with a gift card to a local restaurant to get supper & allow them space to work on the AC. Renee represents this owner and property with absolute class. She was such a joy. Midweek of our stay, the grill ran out of propane. Within 10 min, Renee had changed out the tank while also offering to bring us coffees. We have stayed at many nice places, however, we have never been treated as an honored guests. The house is amazing & you will love your stay. Hopefully you also get a chance to meet Renee.

Our entire group thought this was the possibly the nicest airbnb we've ever rented. The house was beautiful, clean and in a great location with easy access. We had another unit rented thru this same host but the AC went out a few days before check-in but they were proactive and switched us to an equally great unit that I think our group was even more excited to stay in after they saw the photos. All around great experience and we plan on coming back next year

The location can't be beat! We LOVED the easy access to the beach and the short walk to dining, shopping, coffee and ice cream! Michelle was a great host and very responsive. We had a great long weekend away on the island and look forward to returning!

It is rare that the description and pics exceed the expectation. But this time it totally did! We found Mark’s place to be extremely comfortable and not lacking for much of anything. The location was perfect for day outings to the beach or a round of golf. Mark is a fantastic host! We had some minor issues due to a tropical storm and minor maintenance issues. Mark took the time to make a lengthy drive to make sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely return on our next trip to HH!

We so enjoyed our time in Hilton Head, Marty's place is beautiful and just as described, had everything and then some for a perfect beach vacation. Really loved the location and proximity to the beach. Our visit was in late September and we did request to have the pool heated which I would recommend if traveling with kids. Would absolutely recommend Marty's place and we will book again when traveling to HH. Thanks for a perfect stay!

Nicole's house is absolutely perfect. We were in town for a family wedding and it was so nice to stay together but with plenty of room for privacy also. Everything was exactly as described and there is not a single negative! All amenities are so helpful especially since most of us came by plane with limited luggage. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks again Nicole!

Our stay at this Airbnb in Hilton Head was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect—close to the beach and with easy access to everything on the island. The home itself was spacious, offering plenty of bedrooms for our family, and the living spaces were spotless and well-maintained. The private pool was a nice bonus, making for relaxing afternoons after a day at the beach. Our hosts were fantastic—very descriptive in their listing and provided excellent communication throughout our stay. They were always responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable trip! It was a fantastic experience, and we can't wait to come back!

We loved our stay here! It had the best views of any beach house we’ve stayed in. You could see both the sunrise and sunset across the water in one awesome house. The inside was beautiful and clean. The kitchen had plenty of cooking gear. It was just steps from the beach. We loved having a garage to put all our beach chairs and gear we brought at the end of the day. We spent some time star gazing on the balcony and roof. It was really nice each bedroom had blackout curtains so we could sleep in when we wanted. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We stayed for almost 1 month and had a fabulous time!!! House is clean and is located in a wonderful quiet location with amazing access to beach with gorgeous sunsets. Very comfortable with bedrooms and bathrooms at both ends of the house so works well for multiple guests with different sleeping schedules. Had a lovely desk in masterbedroom overlooking the beach…perfect for working remotely with excellent WiFi. For road cyclists is very close to several roads recently repaved with impressive views. House is apx 20 minutes to Beaufort with a huge selection of stores/restaurants but equally close to Hunting Island Beach…not to be missed! Also, not too far from Savannah or Charleston for day exploration. Easy drive from Savannah airport to house. Host, Kristi was super responsive with any questions we had! We loved exploring the areas, cooking at home with delicious low country ingredients & making new friends. Can’t wait to come back again! Thank you for a truly relaxing vacation!

Great home and worked great for us! We had 9 people for a wedding and the place had plenty of room. They responded to all requests quickly and would highly recommend.

We had an unfortunate issue that left the pool unusable for our trip but Halen was so helpful in getting us multiple back up plans in place to make sure we still had an amazing trip. An added bonus she had it all arranged on the first day for us! We were traveling with 4 kiddos all 4 & under and had no trouble with the space and were so impressed with the location. Everything was super walkable and we loved going to the pier every day which is right by the house. We cooked many meals in the kitchen and were impressed with how well it was stocked with equipment. I was worried the kids would be loud but we never had any problems and the couple downstairs was always so kind and sweet to our family every time we ran into them. Our stay was perfect and we are already planning on booking another trip back to tybee and will stay in this property again!

We are family if five and a dog. We had a great time staying in this house. The place is clean and neat with a fenced backyard. Great location- less than five minutes walking distance to the beach; bike/walking path right outside the house; close to a shopping plaza and many cafes and restaurants. Most importantly the house is pet friendly and doesn’t cost extra to bring my dog. The beach is very dog friendly as well and everyone had s fantastic time here.

This is the second time we have stayed at Melissa's house. We love the space, the kitchen, the screened in porch, and really everything about it!! It is a short walk to the beach with all the necessities available for the beach - beach chairs, umbrella, kids toys, etc. We also love this area of Tybee Island! We would definitely stay here again!

A wonderful beach cottage. The place is perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. The home is clean and tidy. And perfectly unpretentious so you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. We loved the porch, the backyard with fire pit and hot tub and the roof deck for morning coffee, looking at the ocean and star gazing. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was set up to do just enough cooking while on vacation. The home was stocked with bikes, beach chairs and gear. It was excellent. The best part was the walk to the beach. It's a two minute stroll over the sand dune. We enjoyed walking to get ice cream, beach stores and the lighthouse. One dinner was great and laid back at Sea Wolf. North Beach is where it's at on Tybee and this place is perfect for it. We also spent time in Savannah, loved the Savannah For Moron's bus tour. So funny. Simply put we would gladly stay here again.

Really beautiful home in Sea Pines, an easy walk to the beach and right alongside the bike paths. The house was even bigger than shown in the pictures, and super clean. I was amazed that even the inside of the oven was pristine! The beach is huge and uncrowded, the beds in the house are comfy, and the 3rd bedroom has 4 single beds which are perfect for kids. Plus, our dog was welcome (and very happy) in the home. We'd definitely recommend this home!
