Small, but beautiful home in walking distance to Helen. Very clean and well maintained. It was perfect for myself, my husband, and my daughter. We are at the Alpine Cafe for breakfast and it was great! Thankful for the menu in the room. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay in this home for our trip to the 2024 Masters. The house was clean and cozy, with a very nice backyard. The host was proactive and the instructions were clear and helpful. Great experience.

Beautiful home. My kids and I loved it. Plenty of space for everyone. Very clean, beautiful neighborhood, peaceful and close to everything you need. We would definitely stay again and again.

We had a fantastic stay! The little extras, like the s’mores, were such a thoughtful touch. Our kids loved the loft sleeping area, and we had a great time playing the games outside on the picnic bench. Even with other homes nearby and being on the main road, the space felt very private and created a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our time here!

The house was very comfortable, clean and fully equipped for a pleasant stay. Our group ranged from a two-year-old to a 74-year-old and there was something for everyone of them. We walked, rode bikes and traveled by golf cart all over the island and to the beach. Joan was an excellent and very prompt communicator from beginning to end. All in all our visit to Fripp was delightful.

We stayed here for St. Patrick's Day weekend and it was perfect! We were able to take short Ubers to both downtown Savannah and Tybee Island for very affordable prices. Leanne provided clear instructions of what to do and was welcoming and responsive when I had a question. I would definitely stay here again!

2nd time staying here and feels very comfortable. Issue with heating was immediately resolved, so very responsive owner. Will be coming back soon to keep checking on our home being built!

We were in town for High Water Festival and this place was perfect. The location was great. We were able to get everywhere we wanted to go really easily. We had a little trouble with the lock, but that was just because I wasn't sure how it worked at first, once we got that figured out everything was perfect. We would absolutely recommend this place and have already discussed booking again if we come back for the festival next year.

Perfect location for the beach strip and the beach itself!

Jeff and Elizabeth are great hosts! They made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we walked through the door. They made fresh bread and had it waiting for us, along with an invite to a community event. Elizabeth and Jeff are lovely people and made us feel right at home. My teenage son told me to definitely book with them again next time I’m in town.

Cameron and Kayla were very accommodating and on-the-spot with responsiveness. We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to renting from them again next time we are in Tybee Island, GA

My husband and I spent 5 weeks at Janet's condo and had a wonderful time . Pictures and descriptions were accurate. Bathrooms were recently remodeled . Condo was very clean and comfortable. There were 6 of us for a week and had plenty of room. Pool and tennis/pickleball courts a few steps away. Short walk to the beach and Coligny plaza. Janet was quick to respond to questions and easy to get in touch with. She truly is concerned about you having a good time. Highly recommend. We would definitely stay again. Geri and Clay

Fantastic location, with beach access directly across the street. Saw a small herd of deer prancing through the woods, as we walked back from the beach. The Salty Dog being right next door was a nice bonus (they made hot chocolate for the wife, even tho it wasn't on the menu).

We have stayed at The Breakers many times! This was the first time in #311. It was perfect for my husband and me! GREAT view of the ocean, recently updated, easy walk to great restaurants, shopping, the beach, and Piggley Wiggley! We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

The place has everything we can ask for: it has plenty of space for party of 3 plus a pup; it’s very well kept; kitchen supplies abound; the coffee station is a dream; it has everything you need to make the trip to the beach comfortable - beach umbrella, chairs, wagon, surf/boogie boards, and best of all..bikes. The unit is close enough to the beach and the path is pretty much shaded all the way through. The host, Robin was very easy to reach. She responded to all our questions speedily no mater what time of the day ( and night).

My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay, being right on the course was wonderful. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Communication was great. Looking forward to our next visit.

What a beautiful place! It fit our group of eight wonderfully. We didn’t have chance to make much use of the kitchen but it was very nice and well stocked with everything you could need for an extended stay. I serene location right on the 17th green but with plenty of nature to observe.

The property was clean and Chuck was a great host! Timely communication and all the instructions were clear. Location was a little far (~30 mins walk) but was doable.

I stayed here for four nights with my husband and 2 young kids. This Airbnb was perfect for what we needed. It offered a full kitchen, dining and living area, 2 bedrooms (3 beds), 2 full baths and a washer and dryer. It is on the second floor, so just be aware that your items have to be carried up a flight of stairs (wasn’t an issue for us personally). It had a balcony and the beach chairs and wagon were a nice little touch. There were so many amenities, including a heated pool (visited in late March, so weather was still a little on the cooler side) right across the parking lot. It was driving distance to so many places to eat and things to do. Walking distance to the beach (10 minute walk or so - we did it with a 6 and 3 year old and it was totally fine). Check in and check out process was very easy and smooth.
