I hope we can return to Cat’s place-it’s charming, warm, unique, fun, well appointed, funky, and the perfect backdrop for a weekend away with our kids for my oldest son’s Parents’ Weekend. Cat is an amazing host-so kind and welcoming, with games and books and notes all over to make sure everyone is comfortable! Beds are super cozy and the linens are soft and cozy. Located on a quiet street about a mile from Athens, it’s a straight shot into town. Highly recommend this cool farmhouse!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. My wife liked the accessories in the kitchen. She felt like she was in her kitchen. We will be back again.

Everything was so clean and organized, the space was well equipped with everything we could possibly need, and the space was really nice overall! Deborah is also very responsive — she was quick to answer any messages, proactive about sending instructions, and even provided local recommendations. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay for an Athens trip. Walkable to UGA campus and downtown Athens.

Do not hesitate for a second to stay at this place if it’s available! The house is so well designed and decorated, and it was incredibly clean. We had three couples staying there, and it was very comfortable - each bedroom (with very comfortable beds!) has its own bathroom. Additionally, Ashley was so great to work with and even had fresh flowers and some welcome treats for our arrival. I highly recommend this place … very convenient to downtown and campus too.

A wonderful place for family to stay and spread out while we were in Gainesville for FRC Robotics competition. The beds were very comfortable, great mattresses and pillows. We didn't use the kitchen except for breakfast since we were on the go a lot. the refrigerator is not a full size which didn't bother us ; it was perfect for keeping sodas chilled and milk ready for breakfast. The bathrooms were very nice. One bathroom is rather small if you are a large man like my husband but the other shower was roomy. We even saw deer in the backyard. it was only 9 minutes from the venue and close to stores and gas stations as well. The neighborhood felt very safe.

This was the cleanest Airbnb in which we have ever stayed. From the big backyard, to the home gym, to the towel warmer in the master bathroom, everything was well thought out and organized. The hosts were very responsive and took time to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I cannot wait to book again!

Cute, clean place! Perfect spot for 4 adults as we were visiting for a wedding in the area. Great hosts that were very responsive and accommodating. Would Definitely recommend this stay!

This apt was perfect for myself and teen daughter while we visited family. There is one bedroom and a futon bed in the living room, a nice sized bathroom, small kitchennette (not for cooking meals, but warming food is fine). The futon in the living area did not feel awkward or detract from the ability to use it as a living room. New carpet, nicely painted walls, lots of windows, private entrance in the fenced back yard, super nice neighborhood - just an all around comfy place. Quite a gem.

This place was awesome and very affordable. Joseph was a great host and always very responsive. Everything matched the description and the pictures.

Perfect stay for our family of 3! More affordable than staying in downtown Charleston and only a 15-20 minute drive away. Convenient that we could use the standard Graco pack n play in the closet for our baby; he slept just as good in it as he does in his crib at home. (Remember to bring your own sheets if you use it, and a mattress pad if you prefer extra cushion for them.) Bed was super comfy. Water pressure in the shower was great, just felt a little uncomfortable that the top of the window had no curtain/covering on it, but that could be an easy fix. Appreciated the brita filter/pitcher in the fridge for filtered water. Overall very happy with our stay!

Zora was great from the time we checked in and met her . She was sweet and very easy to get to know . Gave easy to follow instructions and answered any and all questions we had .

This is the best equipped house I’ve ever stayed at, from laundry detergent, shampoo, cotton balls… to salt, olive oil, 10 different kinds of coffee, 10 towels… the list is endless. We had everything we need, really close to town and in a very peaceful area. Spacious rooms with lots of kid’s amenities as well. Would recommend to everybody and would most definitely stay here again!

Carmen’s Tomlinson house apartment was so cozy and well appointed. Her attention to detail made it feel like home away from home, right down to the fresh eggs and breakfast casserole in the fridge. We especially enjoyed the location as it was so convenient to fantastic food, bakery and coffee. We are already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend Carmen’s place and the sweet little town of Demorest, Ga.

I can’t say enough about this amazing property. Just book it! You will not be disappointed. The house is decorated with eclectic art. There is something to see around every corner. We loved the vibe. Our housemates were awesome and it was a pleasure sharing the space with them. The outdoor area is a dream; the plants, antiques, and lighting make it a perfect place to hang out in the evening. The tree house is amazing and Prince Mars is lovely! 10/10 would stay again!

This magnificent old house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable “feels like home” feel about it. Lots of nice smaller touches as well. Ling is a great and responsive host who leaves you to your privacy, but available if needed. Area is nice, easy safe walk to Forsyth Park and then downtown from there.

my daughter will be attending college at Southern Wesleyan University so this is a perfect location for us to be close by and visit her. The property was beautiful and very clean. I would highly recommend.

Catherine’s place was very well stocked and she was so sweet to us! She gave us good recommendations and provided coffee and snacks in the morning, as well as snacks and toiletries in the room! It was a great stay and she is a wonderful host.

Sandra knew the reason for our visit, "Boot Camp graduation," and made every effort to not only accommodate us, but give us needed tips. Although she offered breakfast ideas and gave us instructions on how to "help ourselves" in the morning, there was also a Waffle House nearby and "on our way" to the graduation. First cup at Sandra's and refill at the Waffle house. I LOVED her little screened in plant porch on the back. She was very much available and friendly, but didn't overwhelm us. I would easily stay there again.

Bob and Kathy made us feel like home! We felt very comfortable and they made us feel like we were like their grandchild or children! We enjoyed our stay!

Such a relaxing place to stay! My boyfriend and I decided to do a “staycation” and this was the perfect choice. My favorite part is that it was pet free, I couldn’t find any other bed & breakfast in the area that was pet free as I have allergies:) The host is amazing and so sweet…we felt right at home❤️

If you’re on the fence, get in with The Chick Inns! 🐔🏠💖 Monica (host) was wonderful to spend time with. She’s kind, considerate, funny, a great conversationalist, down-to-earth, & very accommodating. Breakfasts were delicious, creative, & kept me energized throughout the day. On St. Patrick’s Day, we had adorable 4 leaf clover cinnamon rolls!🍀 The whole family is wonderful, and not only makes you comfortable to be around them, but really look forward to their company throughout the day. The animals are well-behaved sweethearts, clearly well-loved & taken care of. Wonderful kids with awesome personalities. For my husband’s birthday, they surprised us with the coolest rainbow cake I’d ever seen! The host’s son made it himself; it was beyond thoughtful! 🎂 The home is beautifully decorated, the bed so cozy you’ll want to hibernate. When you leave a hotel, you feel a bit relieved, but that’s not the case with The Chick Inn. You’ll miss being here, it feels like home & family. 10/10
