The Present is such a unique find. Quiet spot within walking distance of wonderful restaurants. Modern and unique touches to the room and such easy entry. We spent a couple hours enjoying coffee with a book on the patio and then walked to breakfast at Mirabelle’s (peach cobbler waffle!). The next day we walked to Savannah Bike Tours and had the most fun afternoon with “Nonfiction Steve.” Scott was quick to answer questions and the space was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely flat. Very walkable to a lot of Savannah attractions. We stayed with our four young children & felt like there was ample space. Especially enjoyed the courtyard with basketball court & gorgeous trees right outside the door.

Lovely old building with well appointed room. Enjoyed the 2nd floor balcony with comfortable porch swing as well as the ground floor patio area. Beautiful park nearby and shopping, cafes etc are walkable.

Great location and wonderful accommodation. The room, the interior and all the outdoor spaces were immaculate. The espresso machine was a wonderful bonus. We were in a 4th floor room and it was so peaceful and quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location for a trip to Savannah! Within 15 minute walk to all of the major must sees of Savannah! Fantastic amenities etc. I would book this room again in the future

Scott’s place was so great! Walkable to lots of things and it was wonderful waking up to the sunlight shining through and seeing all of the big oak trees through the windows. Wish we could have stayed longer but we will definitely be back!

Check in was easy. There are a lot of amenities. We were very pleased with all there was to do on site even when it was cold and dreary. Great place and would definitely stay again.

Very nice stay overall! Situated in the heart of Savannah’s Historic District, we could not have hoped for a better location in a lovely home. So much to see and do, and all within walking distance, including restaurants, coffee shops, book stores, shopping, tours and more. The square right outside the front door was so charming, and a great place to sip on your morning cup of coffee. While parking doesn’t come with the stay, we didn’t find it to be a problem to be able to find spots close to the place. We only had a couple small issues arise during our stay. Our flat was on the top floor and the elevator stopped working following our first day, so it made moving our stuff out a little more challenging. Also, the wifi could use a big upgrade. Using the Smart TV’s in the place was next to impossible as they couldn’t connect to the internet most of the time and when they did, it was only for a couple minutes at a time. Small complaints in an otherwise great stay!

i enjoyed my stay. the hosts were very responsive. home was gorgeous. kept extending my stay because i didn’t want to leave. definitely would book again!

we enjoyed our short stay. The location is short distance from great restaurants, multiple hiking trails, shops, parks, waterfalls. The resort is very quiet , well organized and the host had many recommendations with the detailed descriptions and directions where to go for all of the surrounding area. Saved us a lot of time! We would stay here again, hopefully in the spring

We loved staying at John’s place and Savannah was awesome! Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone interested in visiting the city.
