Stayed at Brendan’s for a quick weekend getaway with my fiancé. It was the perfect size and location for us. Steps from the beach, big comfy bed, and nice little deck connected to the bedroom. Brendan also allowed us to check in early due to a very minor issue with the TV- very thoughtful!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. It was a nice relaxing trip. The house was clean and well stocked. Would definitely come back.

Austin was a great host reaching out before we arrived and so friendly. We arrived an hour early and he accommodated the early arrival and was very gracious. We went to play tennis at Roy Barth and the location can not be beat if going for tennis. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the courts. It’s the nicest tennis facility with clinics from 9-12 everyday and outstanding pros. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach. You can also walk to eat at the hotel right there. Very convenient. Loved our time on Kiawah.

We had such a good time on vacation at this Air BnB. We will definitely be back! Everything was as described and the Westin amenities were great.

We had a really great stay. The home is beautiful, spacious, updated, and centrally located. Our host was extremely communicative from booking to check out. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay in Kathy’s villa. Prior to our stay, Kathy provided a detailed manual with an answer to every question we could possible have. My son and his friend enjoyed biking throughout the resort. The beach was a short, enjoyable walk or bike ride away. The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds were very comfortable. I will definitely recommend this property to others and will consider renting it again on a future trip to Hilton Head.

Very well stocked and beautifully decorated home. All you need to bring is your suitcase! Great location, close to everything. Would definitely return when in Hilton Head.

Check-in was a breeze. The residence was well-kept and as described. Location was very central. Loved our stay in HHI and would return!

Akash’s house was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and clean! Everyone was able to sleep comfortably in a bed and there were tons of bathrooms which was great for a big party of girls! The area the house is in was super walkable to shops and the beach, and the pool was super warm and a great bonus! Akash was a great host too. Highly recommend!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was right across from pool and beach making the whole trip super easy. We loved the porch for meals and reading and the house was well stocked for everything we needed. The hosts are great as well with timely and thorough instructions and welcoming treats for all. I’d highly recommend this place overall.

We love the location. Super close and easy access to the beach and pool. We love the quiet lagoon view and extra windows on the end unit.

Our stay was great and very fun! The property is very large and private. It was very comfortable for a large group and there were lots of water activates as well as lots to do inside. Everyone enjoyed themselves and we had a wonderful weekend.

Our stay at this home was perfect! We had a large number of family members coming in for a funeral, unfortunately and Jorge accommodated our stay in every way possible.

We were looking for a quiet get away. Your property provided just that. The unit was clean and comfortable and the beach was amazing! We came at a unique time as the complex was undergoing some renovations. You shared that up front to avoid surprises, we appreciated that very much. And, while there was work being done, we didn’t really feel that. Kudos to the crew performing the work. The unit itself was very much as advertised and we cannot point to any specific areas where we were let down. The team who prepares and cares for your complex should be complimented. Finally, from reservation to checkout, your team provided everything we needed. Happy to say, we have starred your property for a future visit.

Rob's townhouse and hospitality are top notch! My husband, 3 kids and I had amazing time. The townhouse was perfect for a family of 5. From lots of seating downstairs to the washer and dryer upstairs with the bedrooms, the home has a great layout and wonderful amenities. Rob provided all kinds of perks like beach chairs, bikes, beach towels, beach toys, a treasure chest with games & things in the living room, and much more! He texted every other day with entertainment/meal suggestions. The Sonesta resort itself was fabulous. We loved the pool, golf course and private beach access. The list of great things can go on forever! As a couple or a family you'll love staying at Rob's Sonesta Resort Townhouse!

We loved our stay in Fripp Island, and will definitely be back to this same condo in the future! Everything was so clean and comfortable, beautiful location and close enough to Beaufort for meals and activities. We brought our daughter for her 2nd birthday getaway, her favorite place is the beach! She was not at all disappointed that she basically had the whole beach to herself, and despite it being a little chilly, we had a blast. Can’t wait to come back!

I brought my 2 sons and father to stay at Sara's place for a long weekend. It was a great location - about a 5-10 minute walk from the beach. Sara provides 4 beach chairs, a wagon, and some previous guests have left some boogie boards and a few other beach odds and ends. It's a great part of the beach - a little less crowded than Coligny beach. Coligny plaza and the "downtown" area is about 1 mile away - a quick bike ride if you bring or rent bikes. In the "downtown" area, there's a Piggly Wiggly, some restaurants and other shops. There's a brewery and beergarden not far from there as well. It's a short drive to other retail, mini golf, etc. The place itself is nice - as described. The kitchen is well stocked with very modern appliances. All went very well. As a heads up, it's a rather late check in (4pm) and an early check out (10am). They offer early check in and late check out (if available) for a fee...

Remarkable! Heather’s instructions were so helpful and made our stay with 2 kiddos extremely convenient and simple. They thought of everything in this newly remodeled, adorable condo! So easy and quick to get to the beach and the heated pool was amazing. Our stay couldn’t have been better and we will certainly rent from Heather and Mark again!

The updated unit is perfect. Fanatic location next to the tennis facility. Covered parking is a nice plus . The unit is a perfect size and has everything you would need for a lovely, comfortable stay. Cynthia is a wonderful host , we highly recommend!

Booked a last minute trip to Hilton Head with family and could not have been happier we booked here. The unit itself is really nice and is very close to the beach/restaurants/shops at Coligny Park. It was super easy to check-in and communication was great. Will definitely look to rent from here on future trips!
