Jill was a fantastic host and really made our stay perfect. I had a number of questions before arriving at the cottage which she answered promptly! The cottage is lovely inside, super clean and kitted out with everything we needed. There’s a lovely window seat and table that overlooks the quarry - the perfect reading and writing nook! As the island has no cars on it we made sure to bring what we needed (groceries) with us, but after realising we left an essential item behind (and the last ferry of the day had gone) Jill was incredible, going out her way to help - along with Allan who lives on the island. It saved our trip and also just made us feeling very looked after to know there were people around who could help! We wandered round the islands, went for a quick dip in the swimming quarry, had hot chocolate in the puffer and overall had a wonderful weekend winding down. Would highly recommend!

Wir haben uns bei typisch schottischem Wetter wunderbar geborgen gefühlt. Sonnenschein läßt sich auf der Terrasse genießen. Die Hunde waren durch die Umzäunung gut gesichert und konnten das Grundstück erkunden.

Sally’s place is an absolute haven in a beautiful setting. The chalet is cosy, comfortable, well equipped and beautifully decorated to a very high standard. View of the beach was like looking at a painting and it is very quiet. There are only a few other chalets nearby but it felt very private and peaceful and when we did see people they were very friendly. So much wildlife in Sally’s garden and nearby. Our daughter loved the rabbits and birds. We even saw red deer and lots of pheasants in the garden too. Sally was excellent for providing information and recommendations and she put up some lovely Halloween decorations and left some delicious provisions for us. The local shop is excellent - friendly patrons and well stocked and the food at the Tigh an Truish pub is excellent. So many lovely walks and places to explore and most of the time we didn’t see any other people. Really gorgeous place to stay and location. Amazing sky and we even saw the Milky Way. Loved the beach metres away.

we had a fantastic time staying at Kelly's place in Tobermory. It's perfectly located right behind the iconic colourful houses on the seafront and has everything you could wish for. Kelly was incredibly helpful and proactive, especially when it came to ferries etc!

Our visit to Ella's place on Mull exceeded expectations! The Blue House instantly felt like home, with all the amenities we needed. Located in a quiet area just a short distance from Tobermory, it’s the perfect spot for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat with easy access to the town. The 10 minute walk into Tobermory was very pleasant. Ella was an excellent host, providing clear instructions and great recommendations for the area. The Blue House, part of a vibrant row of homes, felt like a beautiful homage to Tobermory's iconic colorful houses along the harbor. We highly recommend this charming house to anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning in the future!

The coziest of lodges in the most beautiful setting. Elizabeth was the best host we've had so far, and the lodge was immaculate. She met us on arrival and showed us around, she also left a few treats that were much appreciated. If you're looking for peace and quiet this is the lodge for you. Ideally located for an off beat adventure. We loved ever minute.

We had a beautiful stay at Garramor cottage. This was our first break away with our baby and well worth the 5 hour drive! The home is beautifully decorated with everything you need. The only slight issue we had was the bed, which is two singles pushed together to make a king size. Unfortunately one was dipped lower than the other and kept coming away from each other in the night so we had to stay decidedly on our own sides! And the shower door didn’t close properly which left water on the floor in the bathroom floor when in use requiring a mop each time. Minor issues for an otherwise lovely stay.

such a lovely place to stay, we didn't want to leave! property is clean and well equipped and the views are amazing. communication was clear and quick. it is very remote, however it is within easy reach of Mull and the Nc'Nean distillery is just up the road. highly recommend!

A gorgeous little place with spectacular views, privacy and the best shower that has ever existed. Elaine and family were great hosts. I'd definitely stay again.
