Situata in una posizione molto tranquilla, la villa presenta tutti i confort necessari. Ogni camera è dotata di bagno appena ristrutturato. Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole e la Signora Margherita una padrona di casa attenta e disponibile.

L'immobile corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione e alle foto. L'host è sempre stato pronto nelle risposte e puntuale, oltre che accurato e disponibile. La casa è molto bella e accogliente.

We had a great stay. The house and garden is bigger in reality than the pictures. It’s a traditional house and interior but very clean. The pool is really big and well maintained. Beautiful and quiet neighboorhood near siena. You do need a car to get around. As a small downside, the bed , pillow and sheets could have been a little more comfortable. Overall we loved our stay there. Thanks patrizia

Villa Ottagonale fa parte di un progetto di inizio degli anni 60 che avrebbe dovuto portare alla realizzazione di una decina di ville commissionate al famoso architetto Gio Ponti. In realtà ne furono realizzate solo due: la Villa Ottagonale e l'adiacente Villa Allungata. Passare una settimana in ambienti che emanavano il fascino di un grande dell'architettura italiana ha contribuito molto alla piacevolezza della nostra vacanza. Gli ambienti della villa sono peraltro molto ampi e confortevoli con la sola eccezione dei bagni che risentono della costruzione anni 60: funzionanti e puliti, ma con docce spartane e rubinetterie separate senza i miscelatori ai quali siamo ormai abituati tutti (si potrebbe forse migliorare la qualità delle aggiunte - tipo box e pareti mobili - con materiali di migliore fattura e qualità che rispettino lo stile di eccellenza progettuale della casa). Gli esterni sono di grandissimo livello per superficie, attrezzatura e confort con piscina TOP e ampi tavoli.

We loved our stay at Sabrina’s. The apartment has wraparound patios that offer shade and a breeze, even on the hottest days. We loved being able to walk to the beach and fantastic meals at Il Faro. Sabrina gave so many excellent recommendations and I have never had such easy communication as we did using the group chat feature she sets up for each guest. I highly recommend this apartment and host for anyone looking for a restful, comfortable accommodation.

Vue absolument extraordinaire. Certainement la plus belle que l’on puisse trouver sur l’île d’Elbe. On pourrait passer la journée sur un transat tellement c’est sublime. Et c’est à dix minute de Portoferraio, qui est également magnifique, et donc hyper facile d’accès. Seul détail : très peu d’équipements pour la cuisine et la maison semble un peu vide, les propriétaires ont fait le minimum pour rendre la maison chaleureuse. Mais l’extérieur compense !

An absolutely stunning property in beautiful surroundings. Somewhere to unwind and relax with easy taxi and bus links into Sienna. Stefano was extremely helpful with everything we required during the stay. I couldn’t recommend enough staying here if you want to explore the area around Sienna or just relax in a beautiful place.

War sehr toll, wir hatten zwischendrin mal etwas Probleme mit dem Strom, aber Raffaele war sofort erreichbar und hat uns bei der Lösung des Problems geholfen. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht und die Wohnung und der Garten sind toll. Danke!

Florence was an amazing host and her home is spectacular. My family and I had the best time . It is centrally located on the island to drive where ever you want to go. My 2 year old son was with us and there were all sorts of toys for him and things to explore. She even helped us book activities on the island and was always available to help. Grazie Mille Florence!!

Casa molto bella e posizione super... la vista dalla casa e' bellissima, fare colazione ammirando l'Elba non ha eguali. Carola e sua mamma sono state molto disponibili. Da ritornare!!

Barbara’s place was above and beyond our expectations in every way! If you are looking for a place to stay in this general area, don’t hesitate! Barbara was a wonderful host and all the instructions were very clear. The kitchen is very well stocked and we cooked all of our dinners there as we were traveling with a baby. We spent a lot of time hanging out as a family and there was more than enough room for us and both sets of grandparents. The home is very well situated and we loved exploring. There are so many great restaurants in the area. I can’t over state the beauty of the area and the house itself…my family is already dreaming about coming back!

It was such wonderful place! Very quiet and secluded. Yet easy to reach places. The garden was huge and had a nice pool. The kids has so much fun. We walked every morning in a beautiful setting. Dinesh was so helpful and always reachable. One evening he cooked for us and it was so very delicious! He is a very pleasant, nice and supportive guy. We always felt like we could get any support at any time. The place is like the pictures, even more beautiful. The house has a very nice energy. Would always recommend this place and will definitely come back and use the pool for once 😉

Die Villa San Giuseppe ist eine wahres Schmuckstück, wo man sich sehr gut erholen und entspannen kann. In der Villa hat es fast alles was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und das ganze Areal um die Villa herum ist sehr grossflächig und sehr schön. Der Pool ist gigantisch gross und sehr schön mit einer Weitsicht gelegen. Es dürfte noch mehr Sonnenschirme und Liegematten für die Liegestühle haben. Das WIFI müsste noch besser ausgebaut werden und das Wasser beim Duschen ist nicht wirklich warm sondern eher kalt. Der Grillplatz ist auch sehr gut gelegen und es hat genügend Holz um sich jeden Tag etwas feines zu grillieren. Im äusseren Essbereich würde sich noch eine Lounge sehr gut als Ergänzung machen, da sich die meisten Personen draussen befinden. Die Anfahrt durch die vielen Zypressenbäume ist auch jedes mal ein Highlight und die Strasse ist aus Schotter aber gut befahrbar. Im grossen und ganzen jedoch sehr weiterzuempfehlen, der Ruhe und doch die Nähe zur Stadt Follonica ca. 15 Fahrminuten schätzt.

Haus, Lage: direkt am Meer, traumhafte Aussicht, spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge, grosses Haus mit besonderer Architektur bietet viel Raum und Privatsphäre, ideal für eine grosse Familie. Verschiedene Garten- Terrassenzonen. Alles sehr gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet. Camilla ist eine sehr herzliche und kompetente Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ilaria’s villa is a comfortable and stylish base from which to explore all the wonders that Maremma has to offer. We are a family of four, and after a couple of weeks in Italy, the kids were craving home-cooked meals, so we spent several hours in the kitchen and dining areas. It was delightful to cook while listening to the kids having fun in the pool. The beds were very comfortable and inviting. The villa is conveniently located near the old town center and several supermarkets. Since we were keen to visit Porto Ercole, Alberese, and Saturnia, we didn’t dedicate as much time to Grosseto as we should have. The old center has a very mellow vibe, and everyone we met was very friendly and welcoming. We wished we could have stayed longer. Finally, I want to say a big thank you to Ilaria for being so accommodating and kind. We are already looking forward to returning to your place.

Il Pollaio is an amazing villa... close enough to nice restaurants in Volterra and other villages, but so private. the space was perfect for 3 couples. The kitchen, terrace, and pool were all top notch!

Very nice and spacious accommodation with beautiful surroundings. We spent one week there during late fall. The accommodation was comfortable and peaceful, with a pleasant temperature inside. The kitchen was quite well-equipped. Although there are more apartments in this complex, we felt very private. There is a very good restaurant nearby (reachable by car). Siena is an extremely beautiful city, accessible from the accommodation in a few minutes by car. I highly recommend it!

Et perfekt sted for en lille eller større familie. Der er masser af plads i huset som er flot og nyindrettet. Aircondition i alle rum, hvilket vi dog ikke benyttede. Kun lidt i soveværelset. Huset hører en slægtsgård hvor alt omkring bliver passer og plejet af ejeren. Han kommer selv hver dag og arbejder på gården og har den søde hund Lina med. Vi fik flere hvor hyggelige samtaler og fremvisning af gårdens dyr. Katte, hund, kaniner, høns og gæs samt fremvisning af de smukke avlsmarker med vin og oliven. Vi gik flere aftenture igennem markerne og nød den toscanske idyl. Poolen er virkelig lækker! Stedet kan varmt anbefales.

Fantastic, 5 stars, you must stay here! Stayed for 2 weeks with with my husband, parents & 3-year-old. The villa is set on a hillside in a small group of holiday homes overlooking fabulous Tuscan scenery. It's extremely private with a large garden only 1 minute walk from the pool. The pool area is heaven with views of cypresses and the surrounding countryside. The house is cool & bedrooms have excellent, very quiet, air conditioning. We self-catered and found everything we needed in the kitchen. 2 supermarkets on the south side of beautiful Colle di Val d’Elsa just 15 mins drive away. Casole d’Elsa is a stunning hilltop village only 10 mins drive with a bakery and well-stocked village shop. We also loved Volterra, Certaldo, Radicondoli, Monteriggioni as well as wonderful San Gimignano, Siena and and Florence. For Siena we parked at Parcheggio Fortezza (20 min walk to centre)and Florence has an excellent park and tram-ride from Villa Constanza. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Tenuta La Campana is the most wonderful and beautiful place in Tuscany. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. It totally exceeded all our expectations. Simonetta and Sonia were amazing. Very quick to respond to any communication and extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed in the villa for a special family holiday including two elderly grandmothers. The villa was wonderful. It was extremely well maintained and had been modernised but still managed to maintain lots of original features. The beds were extremely comfortable and the billiard table was a big favourite.The Gardner deserves a special mention as the gardens were magnificent and so well tended. I have never seen such amazing hydrangeas!The small restaurant on the estate was fantastic and an added bonus meaning we did not have to drive at night. Again with staff were lovely and excellent food. We were a family of eight and the general consensus was that Tenuta La Campana was fabulous! We will definitely be back.

ca. 10 Autominuten ab dem Städtchen Castagneto Carducci über einen recht ruppigen und ausgeschwemmten Kiesweg. Dann aber: WOW! Perfekt eingerichtetes Haus, riesiger Garten mit gepflegter Wiese, Swimming-Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Sehr gut eingerichtete Küche. Die Villa liegt mitten im schönen Eichenwald auf einer grossen Lichtung; die Aussicht ist mindestens so schön wie auf den Fotos. Das (eher neue) Haus bietet wirklich viel Platz und ist in tadellosem Zustand. Das Cheminée im Wohnzimmer und der grosse Grill im Garten stehen den Gästen zur Verfügung. Die drei Terrassen rund ums Haus bieten rund um die Uhr Sonne oder Schatten - je nach Wunsch. Caterina hat jeweils innert weniger Minuten geantwortet und stand uns bei Bedarf mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ausgesprochen freundliche Gastgeberin, die auf demselben Gelände lebt (aber völlig diskret bleibt). Wir haben die Woche bei Caterina sehr genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!!
