Maria was so welcoming and happy to host us. The view is great- you can see across Long Lake and to the ocean. We got fresh lemons and oranges from their green houses. We didn’t have enough time and the weather wasn’t good enough for bikes but she would have let us borrow some. The bed was comfortable and apartment spacious!

Absolutely gorgeous property with large outdoor spaces! A direct access to the sea from the garden and beach very close by! Tranquil way to spend vacation and relax.

La casa di Elisabetta è deliziosa, più carina di come appare nelle foto. È fornita di tutto, ha un bel patio dove mangiare e rilassarsi, ma soprattutto è a pochi passi dal mare! Io e le mie amiche siamo state molto bene e la consigliamo

excellent séjour fin octobre ! le temps était magnifique et la vue depuis la terrasse est encore plus belle que sur les photos ! La maison a 2 chambres spacieuses avec des rangements. La salle de bain est assez grande également. Il y a de nombreuses serviettes de toilette à notre disposition et tout est très propre. Il y a également une machine à laver avec de la lessive, ce qui est très pratique ! La cuisine donne sur la terrasse avec une grande baie vitrée, c'est très beau. En octobre, la plage qui se trouve à 5 minutes à pieds est très agréable car elle est calme mais pas morte: trois restaurants de plage était ouverts, il était possible de louer des transats et parasols sur une partie de la plage. L'eau est transparente et encore assez chaude pour se baigner et nager! La ville de Sperlonga est jolie et il y a plusieurs bar et restaurants, de très jolies vues. La gare de Sperlonga se trouve à 20 minutes en voiture Les parents de Giulia nous ont accueillis très gentiment. Merci !

I loved to stay at Maya's apartment. As I said to Maya, I felt as I was in a movie. The location can't be more perfect, and the apartment is cozy, cute and very comfortable! It has everything that you need, I'm looking forward to come back! ah... and Maya is lovely!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Costantino’s villa. He is an exceptional host. He responded immediately and clearly to all our needs. The villa is charming and well equipped. Ideal for summer stays and preferably with own transport as it’s 5km outside of Terricina town, it didn’t affect our stay as we enjoyed the walks along the promenade to the town and back. We highly recommend Costantina and his charming villa.

This is the most beautiful place we have stayed in Italy. The view is breathtaking and the host was lovely. The stars at night were our favourite part. We stayed up till late to see the stars and woke up early to watch the sunrise. It is absolutely stunning! Highly recommend staying here!

È stato un piacere soggiornare nuovamente da Marco. La casa è stata ristrutturata da poco (pavimenti, infissi, bagni), pulita, ha ogni comfort, molto funzionale, è pensata per ogni esigenza. Perfetta per la nostra famiglia con bambini e nonni, ognuno ha il proprio spazio. Molto vicina al mare (pulito e con uno stabilimento attrezzato ed efficiente), offre la piscina nel residence, comoda per i bambini. Wifi perfettamente funzionante per lavorare in smartworking. Marco è sempre disponibile e accogliente, pronto per ogni piccola esigenza che abbiamo avuto. Una bellissima vacanza!

Silvano’s place was just as discribed and pictured. The view of the sea from the apartment is amazing. Silvano clearly communicated the situation with the construction and was proactive and responsive with all questions I had during my stay. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed.

The place was as shown in the pictures. Private courtyard for our car, and private gateway to the beach-street. Only remarks as an avid home cook, the pans&kithenware could have been updated, and the barbeque outside could maybe be replaced. There were lots and lots of toys our 3-year old enjoyed and loved so much. I can highly recommend Salvatores place for families. The walk to formia centre was doable.

A brilliant apartment with stunning views on the quiet side of the town near a wonderful beach. Plenty space, comfortable beds, well equipped, fantastic outside space, we loved our time here. Better curtains would be an improvement.

Apartment and it’s terracw were very nice and convenient, in quiet neighborhood. During the week it was very quiet, weekends were busier. Location is great, walking distance to beach and supermarket. The pool was also very nice, our 9-Year-old enjoyed it very much. Host Constantino was very friendly and helpful. Communications with him was super easy.

Ciò che si apprezza di più di questa location è la pace e la tranquillità del luogo, proprio sulle rive del lago, aprendo la finestra, si ha vista diretta sul tramonto e sulle acque tranquille del Lago di Paola e potersi rilassare a fine giornata nel proprio giardino a ridosso della riva è un’esperienza rara. È inoltre a 5 min di macchina dal centro città e dalla spiaggia, permettendo di godere di mare e lago in una stessa vacanza. È stato un piacere conoscere Michele e Clarissa, premurosi e gentili, che abitano lì in zona e presenti per ogni evenienza, hanno la capacità di farti sentire non un semplice ospite ma parte della famiglia, pur garantendo totale autonomia, indipendenza e privacy, mix ideale tra consapevolezza di avere supporto per consigli su luoghi, ristoranti e attrazioni e sensazione di libertà e ritrovo con se stessi. Perfetto per un soggiorno di coppia o di famiglia. Noi siamo stati lì in coppia con due bimbi piccoli che hanno goduto dello spazio esterno del giardino. Ci siamo trovati talmente bene che alla fine abbiamo deciso di rimanere addirittura una notte in più! Torneremo sicuramente.

Vi var två familjer med små barn som hyrde och hade en jättebra upplevelse. Doriana och medvärdar var mycket hjälpsamma. Det var svårt att hitta boendet genom adressen men vi fick en exakt pin till boendet som vi kunde lägga in i gps:en. Det vore bra om det fanns instruktioner för hur sopsorteringen fungerar i huset så slipper alla fråga. Vi förväntade oss att det skulle finnas mer förbrukningsartiklar så som salt, diskmedel, toapapper vilket det inte gjorde men värden ordnade de till oss när vi frågade. Det var väldigt mycket flugor överallt längs kusten där vi vistades vilket gjorde att vi inte utnyttjade uteplatsen lika mycket som vi trodde vi skulle göra. Enligt uppgifter så var det pga det blötare vädret som varit under hösten (vi var där i oktober) och inget som andra som vistas där under sommaren upplevt. Allt som allt hade vi en mycket bra vistelse!

Perfecte villa voor maximaal 4 personen. Wij waren met zijn tweetjes en hadden volop ruimte. Prachtige tuin, tuintafel + stoelen, ligstoelen en ligbedden, zon/schaduw: geweldig! Goed uitgeruste keuken. Badkamer is wat klein en beetje gedateerd, maar àlles functioneert prima. Geweldige host die snel reageert en direct helpt bij alle vragen. Kortom: uitstekende accommodatie voor bezoek aan Gaeta, Sperlonga en strand!!

Donatella’s house was a beautiful & serene place to spend several days while visiting Gaeta & its nearby beaches. It has comfortable sunny sitting areas, one with picture postcard views of the sea, the other in a lush garden. The house is comfortable & nicely laid out with bedrooms away from the kitchen/sitting area. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking though we mostly walked into town & brought food in to dine on the lovely terrace. We did not have a car, but it was a quick (10 min.) & easy walk to a beautiful beach (but for a small stretch of highway that is not for the faint of heart – or children). Also relatively easy walking into the town of Gaeta once you clear a small stretch of busy highway (which I would not walk after dark due to cars and visibility on the winding stretch of road). If you are unable to walk hills and some distance, we would recommend renting a car for the most flexibility. We enjoyed a thoroughly pleasant and relaxing experience and would return.

Einmalige Lage am Fuße des Circeo. Trotz hoher Besucherzahlen des Strandes an schönen Wochenenden ist dieser Strandabschnitt durch die privaten Häuser nie überlaufen denn von der Straße gibt es keinen öffentlichen Zugang in diesem Abschnitt. Das Haus ist idealer Ausgangsort für viele Ausflüge und sportliche Aktivitäten. Fazit: im Vergleich zum Monte Argentario in der Toskana reihe ich den Circeo auf Platz 1.

Plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, everything was clean, and the place was very close to local beaches, shopping and restaurants (just a few minutes drive to the nearest beach). The owners were very friendly and responsive to our questions.

Ciao. Io e mia moglie siamo stati ospiti di Robbi per 10 giorni ad Agosto 24. L'alloggio è al piano terra di una villetta quadrifamiliare con posto auto privato e un giardino veramente ben tenuto proprio sulla spiaggia, non bisogna neanche attraversare la strada. La villetta è all'interno di un residence privato fuori dal centro di Terracina; se durante il giorno la spiaggia è parecchio affollata, la sera la zona è molto tranquilla. L'appartamento l'abbiamo trovato, sia come locali che come servizi, esattamente come descritto nell'annuncio; unico neo qualche problema con la connessione WiFi e quindi con i programmi TV in streaming (non c'è antenna). Ci spiace non aver conosciuto di persona il nostro host Robbi, anche se telefonicamente si è costantemente interessato di come andasse il nostro soggiorno; a proposito devo ringraziarlo per la disponibilità nel preparare, al nostro arrivo, un sorpresa per mia moglie. Buona vita a tutti!

Piacevolissimo soggiorno, tutto come da descrizione. Posto ideale per passare dei giorni in totale relax, pace e a pochi passi dal mare, la cui vista è godibile anche dallo splendido e curatissimo giardino.
