Very nice place, had everything we needed - very comfortable, lots of light and practical interior - we also appreciated the private parking space (in garage). Location: petrol station, bakery, deli, supermarket and fitness studio close by (walking distance). Driving time from / to the airport: 15 min -- same time to central Brussels. Host: Anne-Cecile has been a very friendly and efficient host -- clear instructions, prompt answers to all of our questions, very helpful suggestions and recommendations. We would be happy to return in the future!

Nous avons été très bien accueillies, le logement est très bien placé et très chaleureux. Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir profiter de la terrasse ensoleillée. Estelle a été très sympathique et arrangeante. Je recommande vivement :)

Très bel appartement et emplacement . Nous avions l’espace qu’il nous fallait. L’accueil a été aisé et tout nous a été bien expliqué. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement élégant, propre, agréable et accueillant. Si c’était à refaire, nous y reviendrions !

I loved the place! Very cute with the signature Brussels views from the window as it is the last floor. If it's cold you can turn the heater on and it gets warm quite fast as it is a small and cute apartment. The owner had it all super clean and it was really easy to communicate with him. Last but not least it is conveniently located and the neighborhood is so cute!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement d'Antonio. L'appartement est idéalement situé, proche de l'atomium à pied et proche des transports en commun pour rejoindre le centre de Bruxelles. L'appartement est situé dans une zone calme, il est facile d'accès et très lumineux. Gros plus pour la réactivité et la gentillesse d'Antonio.

De ruimte is ruim en ziet er uit zoals geadverteerd. We waren met 7 personen en hadden genoeg ruimte om ieder ons eigen ding te kunnen doen zonder elkaar in de weg te zitten, maar ook om gezellig samen te eten. Op loop afstand zitten allerlei winkel waar Laurent je precies de route naar de leukste kan wijzen. Laurent is een erg vriendelijke en goedlachse man, hij vind het leuk om je tips te geven over de omgeving. Verder reageert hij snel en is erg flexibel in aankomst en vertrek tijden. Al met all een hele fijn tijd gehad in zijn airbnb.

De locatie is erg fijn, midden in Zuid en dichtbij horeca en ov. De ruimte zelf is prima, alle basisvoorzieningen zijn aanwezig (hoewel iets meer glaswerk fijn was geweest). Let op dat de trap erg steil is met smalle treden, dus wellicht lastig toegankelijk voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn.

Todo tal como se ve en el anuncio. Muy buena relación precio/calidad considerando la zona donde se encuentra (en general es una zona cara pero el departamento es amplio y a buen precio, con todo lo que se necesita para una estancia agradable)

J'ai réservé ce logement deux jours avec un ami pour être dans les environs d'Uccle, et c'est sans aucun doute la meilleure décision que nous aurions pu prendre ! - Le logement est très bien, assez grand pour 2, propre, rien à redire ; - La cuisine avait tout ce que nous avions besoin ; - L'endroit est calme, surtout pour un RDC ; - Nous sommes infiniment reconnaissant des indications ET de la rapidité de réponse de Kaoutar, qui était contactable à tout moment par message. Si je cherche un appartement dans le coin à l'occasion, je n'hésiterai pas à la recontacter.

Super appartement! Aan alles is gedacht, tot in detail verzorgd. We voelden ons erg welkom en alles was heel duidelijk uitgelegd. Wout is een goeie host.

I booked last minute and am glad that Andrew was able to accommodate me night of. The place is very well equipped and comfortable. It's a large space that is rare to find in the part of the city. Right next to the main station it was super easy to arrive to. I found the additional forms required and city tax that wasn't included upfront as part of the booking to be a bit intrusive. I wish there weren't additional procedures that deviate from the normal stay process.

A circa un'ora a piedi dal centro ma a 10 minuti a piedi dalle linee della metro 4 e 10 che portano direttamente in centro. Essendo ad un incrocio la sera c'era rumore ma ci sono stati forniti tappi e mascherina per dormire, quindi si dormiva bene! L'appartamento si trova sopra il Carrefour Express.

If I could give it 6 stars, I would. Everything was great. The place is 5 minutes from the metro, the room and furniture are quite comfortable and Michel is an excellent host. If I were to return to Brussels, I would choose this. I highly recommend it.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem gemütlichen Zimmer von Julien. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut in Ixelles gelegen, in der Nähe vieler guter Restaurants und Cafés. Julien gab uns auch ein paar Tipps. Das Zimmer war ruhig und das Bett sehr bequem! Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir das nächste Mal in Brüssel sind!

We and the pleasure of staying in this stunning house with ten people, 5 adults and 6 children. It’s a meticulously furnished and decorated place and very cozy and inviting. We enjoyed cooking at home and having meals together, and venturing out in the day. Close to the metro, grocery shops, delicatessen and bars. The kitchen is equipped well for cooking and has all the glass wear you need for a large group. The host has been attentive and helpful constantly. I absolutely rec this place. You will walk away feeling you have stayed in something unique and in style with the local architecture. Thanks for making our stay wonderful.

We had a lovely stay at the house, it is beautifully furnished and appointed with great taste. There was everything we could possibly need for our stay. It is conveniently located, not too close to the city centre but only a very short walk from Abbaye tram stop which goes straight to the centre, or to change trams and go to the European quarter. There is a supermarket close by as well, and park areas to walk around. The house is quiet and comfortable, and provides plenty for space for a family or group, provided you don't mind stairs! It would have been fascinating to have had some information provided on the history of the building and neighbouring properties, as I am sure it has quite a story to tell. Many thanks, Alexandra!

Monica l'hôte, très sympathique et souriante est aux petits soins, soucieuse de mon bien être entant que client, n'hésitant pas à conseiller...en tout cas un accueil parfait! La chambre est très agréable avec une literie au top, une propreté irréprochable. Une cuisine bien équipée et bien propre , du café gratuit et a volonté . A quiet and clean place. With all necessary amenities. There are all kinds of shops for everyday needs in the close vicinity. And a serene forest for walks. The host is very welcoming, extremely understanding, generous, kind and responsive to all needs. She is available at all times to answer any questions or for any help that is needed. The stay was 28 days and the host makes you feel very welcoming. A highly recommended property for long and short stay.
