This is a great house to stay for a family or two couples. Out of several ABNBs, this one gets the award for most clean. There is a fairly new Italian restaurant, Il Girasole Trattoria, that is walk-able and delicious. You will not be disappointed with your stay.

BART is a great host. My friends who travel from overseas is not aware of the check in time, BART responded right away and let them into the house. Really appreciated what he has done for us. House is super clean. Location is great, restaurants nearby. I will recommend this place to other people!

Alex is a great host! Dog friendly places are hard to find and his place made my dog feel super comfortable. Love this place and definitely will be back.

Home was very nice I loved my stay.

Cathy was a great host, very responsive! House was great, it accommodated our family size perfect. The only thing in my opinion that was missing was washer and dryer access in the home. We were traveling with toddlers and couldn’t wash a load of clothes. But aside from that everything else was great.

There is easy access to public transportation and downtown is also within walking distance. Check in and checkout were very simple/easy. El apartmento es cómodo, muy limpió y amplio para 4 personas. La zona nos pareció agradable y tranquila. Además está bien conectada, la estación de metro está cerquísima. Lo único que no nos gustó es no poder regular nosotros el termostato de la calefacción.

This place was beautiful! The furniture and decor were so pretty and very clean as well! Nothing was dirty, it felt very homey as well! Craig was an amazing host, our designated spot was being taken up by another vehicle but Craig informed us very quickly about the unmetered parking on the street! Will definitely have to stay with him again!

This was a beautiful place with an excellent view of Lake Michigan. Both rooms had comfortable beds and setup with everything you need. Kitchen is well stocked, but we mostly ordered Grub Hub, lol. Loved spending time here and great place to hangout and chat with friends. It is right on the water and we really enjoyed watching the waves crash against the barrier. It is on the 2nd floor, but the stairs are not bad at all. Felt very safe and having the parking space is a great perk. Very commutative and checked in with us to make sure everything was fine. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a beautiful place! it had everything we needed. Oak Park downtown is walkable and has everything you could want. It is an upstairs unit so be prepared for some steps. Parking was easy. Michelle was great! Downtown Chicago is only 15m (if there's no traffic.). We would definitely come back!

Beautiful boho, whimsical space, firm mattresses, all the comforts of home: extra blankets, pillows, towels, books and magazines. Took pictures of how pretty everything was, thinking I want my home to look like this. Toilet flush was tricky in the way of older homes. Super convenient, in a fun neighborhood and easy walk to public transportation, parking available. We had a great time.

Wonderful stay! From sitting on the front stool as weather was great for a couple of days to being able to walk everywhere we needed. Lara even left us some milk when we inquired about a market to visit. Close to shops, food and all of Roscoe Village- would highly recommend

Great stay at Luke’s place. Walkable to campus, is as described in the listing, snacks saved me after a long evening of travel and the fact there was coffee already there for the morning was lovely. John’s place was clean and cozy. The kitchen was immaculate and we appreciated the nespresso machine and pods. The location was excellent, many food and drink choices right outside the door. It was amazing to have our own parking spot! There are a lot of stairs but that is expected in the city. I would definitely recommend this spot to my friends.

If the first rule of real estate is location, this place is perfect. In view of Wrigley and walking distance to all of Wrigleyville. We loved the decor and found the place very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again anytime.

This is my favorite place to stay in all of Chicago! I try to come up 1-2 times a year and checking to make sure this spot is available is the first thing I do when planning out my trip(s). The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and clean; central to a lot of fun neighborhoods, and right above (and across) from some of the best nightlife in the city. Allan is an awesome host, always available if something’s needed, and super communicative. I’m already looking forward to my next visit so I can stay here again!
