The location was great, walking distance to trains and trams to get to the heart of Amsterdam. Far enough away to be quiet for nights in. Nancy was very communicative even though she was on holiday. Easy parking if you drive in and plenty of space for 5, especially if someone doesn’t mind the couch. Would be great for 3 couples. Amazing showers 😁

we had a great weekend at Carolien's apartment. clean, and had everything we needed. local transport really close but easy walk to Jordan and surroundings. thank you

We hebben een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad en het was van alle gemakken voorzien. Perfecte ligging en alles op loopafstand zodat je zo op het terras kunt zitten of even kunt shoppen. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door Diwa en gaf een goede rondleiding en wat tips. Als er vragen waren werd er snel en duidelijk gereageerd. Een echte aanrader en komen graag nog eens terug! Vincent is a fantastic host, so helpful and quick to respond and provided clear instructions and great local recommendations. We loved our stay in Amsterdam, so much to see and experience. Lots close by and walkable. The apartment is a lovely and restful space with everything you need to rest after a full day of sight seeing. The only challenge of course is the stairs but when you know what you are getting into it is fine.

Très bel appartement, situé dans un quartier calme près de l'Oosterpark. Une grande terrasse très appréciable pour les soirées. Le tout à 15 min en vélo de la gare, des musées... Merci Petra pour votre accueil et votre confiance.

Johnson’s place is super stylish and located in such a cute location by the canals. It had everything we could need and more. Great host, fast communication and would highly recommend!

Super Wohnung! Wir waren vier Mädels und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Wenn wir abends nett essen gehen wollten oder am Strand etwas trinken, brauchten wir nur aus der Wohnung fallen. Wenn wir es uns gemütlich machen wollten, brauchen wir nur in den ca. 200 m entfernten Supermarkt gehen und haben in einer voll ausgestatteten Küche kochen können. Es war alles so wie beschrieben und wir haben eine tolle Zeit gehabt!

We spent 10 long days in Zaandam while preparing and working in a fair. Margot has been absolutely great in taking care of us, and it's the space was good although smaller than expected (and quite cold even with heating..). Note: you are in Zaandam, not Amsterdam.. but it's a lovely area and very well connected with trains which gets you everywhere but will take around half an hour to get to Amsterdam Central. Quite honestly Zaandam was such a cute town! very pleasant and with everything you need. In case you don't have to go to Amsterdam, you got everything there.. If I'd have to give a feedback, I would personally need a stove in an apartment, even if small (2 stoves are enough) people have to be able to cook for themselves if needed. I missed an home cooked meal! All considered, good stay and great hosts you will be in good hands.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Hermann empfangen! Es war leicht die Unterkunft zu finden. Ringsrum wird im Park noch gebaut- davon bekommt man aber am Haus nichts mit!! Es ist sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Genau das was wir gesucht haben. Für unsere Tochter war das größte Erlebnis, die Kühe hinten auf der Weide grasen zu sehen! Man hatte direkten Blick aus dem Fenster bzw. Man konnte sich auf die Bank setzen und saß 5m entfernt :) Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt- vielen Dank für alles!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the accommodation was perfect, spacious, clean, well presented, comfortable. The games room and bikes were a nice bonus. The location was great for Amsterdam central, Leon and his family were happy to help with taxi service and it made it a super easy experience. It was also nice to come to a much quieter area to stay and escape the busy city. Leon answered all of our questions, explained everything well, you couldnt ask for more from an air BnB stay.

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij de Airbnb van Hannie en Peter bij manege Noot in Callantsoog. De communicatie verliep soepel en bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen. Het huisje was compleet ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien, wat het extra comfortabel maakte. De landelijke omgeving is prachtig en het strand ligt op korte afstand – ideaal voor ontspannen uitjes. We voelden ons echt welkom. Extra tip: voor liefhebbers van vis is de gerookte zalm die bij de manege verkocht wordt een echte aanrader! We komen graag nog een keer terug.

Sheila ist eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Die Kommunikation erfolgte immer sehr zeitnah und sie war sehr hilfsbereit bei Rückfragen. Im Winter empfehle ich warme Socken und/oder Hausschuhe mitzunehmen. Die Wohnung ist angenehm warm und sehr gemütlich aber der Fliessenboden im EG eher kühl. Die Lage ist top und alles sehr gut erreichbar. Für 4 Erwachsene gut geeignet wenn man sich mit dem einen Bad incl. WC gut arrangiert. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und auch tägliche Verbrauchsmaterialien und Gewürze etc. sind vor Ort vorhanden und können genutzt werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder in den SeaLion Sheila 😊

Casa spaziosa, pulita e ben equipaggiata. Si trova in un paesino tranquillo e molto suggestivo (la piccola Gieethorn). Micaela molto gentile e accogliente durante il check-in. Abbiamo trascorso 6 giorni in serenità e comfort e abbiamo visitato in auto vari siti dell'Olanda (Amsterdam, Keukenhof, Leiden, Haarlem, Volendam e Marken, Zaanse Schan, Gieethorn) sapendo di tornare la sera in una casetta perfetta per riposarsi. Consigliatissimo.

Die Unterkunft war ruhig gelegen. Das Häuschen war sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Man hat sich somit gleich wohlgefühlt. Victor und seine Frau waren sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Die Unterkunft kann man uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es gibt unweit vieles schönes zu erkunden, wie z. B. den Ortskern von Edam oder die Promenade von Volendam. Nach Amsterdam unbedingt mit dem Bus fahren. Super einfach und man ist ganz schnell im Stadtzentrum.

Mein Freund, unser Vierbeiner und ich haben knappe 5 Tage in Berrie's Haus gewohnt. Es ist ein sehr schönes kleines Häuschen mit einem, größtenteils gepflasterten Garten. Die Sonne scheint richtig schön auf die Sitzecke im Garten und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Wohnzimmer ist heller und freundlicher als es auf den Fotos aussieht :) Der Strand ist in etwa einer Stunde zu Fuß erreichbar.. mit dem Auto dauert es nur knappe 20min. Die öffentliche Anbindung nach Amsterdam beinhaltet 15 Minuten Gehzeit zum Bahnhof und ca 40 Minuten mit der Bahn die einen direkt zum Hauptbahnhof bringt. Wer also eine ruhige schöne Gegend zwischen Amsterdam und Strand sucht ist hier genau richtig :) Wir können Berrie's Haus wärmstens empfehlen!

We loved Helen’s unit. It was what we imagined, clean, quiet, close to many, many restaurants and cafes. We especially liked the cafe within a few steps from the unit. Helena was very helpful with suggestions on where to go and what to see. What a wonderful view of the canal when you walk to and from the unit. Communication was excellent as well. We recommend booking this unit before anyone else does. A hidden gem. We’ll be rebooking on our next trip to Amsterdam.

We loved our stay at Jan-Bas’s apartment. The location was ideal with so many cafés and restaurants so close by as well as having the most picturesque and scenic views of the canal. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting an authentic and cosy stay in Amsterdam.

Gemütliche Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Zentrum zu Fuß, mit dem Bus oder Uber gut erreichbar. Cafés,Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe. Wir waren immer sehr froh, nach den Menschenmassen in der City in „ unsere“ ruhige Umgebung & Wohnung zurückzukehren!

The house was very comfortable and well situated! We enjoyed all of natural light in the dining area and really liked the neighborhood. Lots of stuff to do right outside, including a very nice park which our dog enjoyed! Manja kindly left us some nice treats.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! ☺️

The flat is lovely and in excellent location with walking distance to all attractions within Amsterdam as well as really close to metro if you fancy any further trips. Flat had all essential needed for our stay and appreciated extra touch of fresh flowers, coffee/tea and biscuits. Donna kept in touch with us during the stay and provided link of recommended food places which was quite handy.

This place was amazing! So clean and cute, and the host was SO friendly. The only thing I would say is that the apartment is on the floor level, right on a walking path, so there is a lot of foot traffic right outside. But if you’re a heavy sleeper you should be just fine :)
