Мне очень понравилось пребывание в квартире Bianca&Paul! Жильё очень чистое и красивое, великолепная эргономика пространства и уютная атмосфера . Квартира оснащена абсолютно всем необходимым, как для краткосрочного, так и для длительного проживания. Всё сделано профессионально и со вкусом! В пешей доступности станция метро и все необходимые магазины. Заселение очень комфортное. Понравилось абсолютно всё, поэтому с удовольствием вернёмся сюда же! ❤️

To begin with, I want to express how wonderful Helga and her husband are as hosts. Communication with them was excellent. The house itself is truly unique, instantly making you feel welcomed and at ease. The garden is like something out of a dream while hearing the birds singing in the morning while the city of Vienna awakes. The house has a wonderful character and energy that you can only experience here. And yes, as an artist... this cute house with a garden has been truly inspirational.

Siamo stati in casa di Lilly per un weekend a Vienna. Appartamento pulito e ordinato, dotato di tutto il necessario per cucinare. Letti comodi, ambiente spazioso. Supermercato a 50 metri dal portone di casa. Il centro si raggiunge in circa 15 minuti di tram, la fermata è proprio sotto casa. Lilly risponde velocemente se hai bisogno. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati benissimo e il prezzo è adeguato per essere a Vienna sotto Natale. Nota: la scala del soppalco è ripida, gli scalini alti e il parapetto basso, per noi non è stato un problema (con una bambina di 6 e una di 9 anni), ma forse non consigliato a chi ha problemi motori o bambini piccoli.

Wir verbrachten ein paar Tage rund um Silvester in Leitzersdorf und waren begeistert. Die Lage – in der Nähe von Wien und dennoch herrlich ruhig – war perfekt. Das Haus bot ausreichend Platz für acht Personen, eine großzügige Küche und ein riesiges Wohnzimmer, plus oben drei Schlafzimmer und unten nochmal Platz für ca. vier Personen. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Sauna: Nach einem Spaziergang in der Kälte konnten wir uns dort abends wunderbar aufwärmen. Der große Garten ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt und im Sommer sicherlich noch schöner, wenn auch der Pool genutzt werden kann. Der Gastgeber war stets erreichbar, antwortete schnell und hatte hilfreiche Tipps für uns parat. Besonders genossen haben wir die selbstgemachte Marmelade 😃 Wir können das Haus und die Gastgeber uneingeschränkt empfehlen – vielleicht kommen wir ja mal wieder!

The apartment is wonderful, warm and clean. The shower was amazing (I miss it now I'm home), the kitchen, though missing a few essentials like oil, salt and pepper, was great for preparing meals in. Enough coffee and toilet paper were greatly appreciated and the bed comfy. The trash area is also on the ground floor of the building in a separate room, so that's super convenient, too! The location is fantastic! 6 minutes from tram 26 and 2 minutes from bus 34A. Both are great options for getting to a train or subway. it's about 30-45 minutes into town, but so easy to navigate. There are loads of supermarkets nearby as well. Johannes was easy to communicate with and we will stay there for sure next time we visit Vienna.

Περάσαμε τέλεια. Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ καθαρό ευρύχωρο με καινούργια έπιπλα . Ιδανικό για πέντε άτομα. Επίσης υπάρχει χώρος ιδιωτικός για αυτοκίνητο. Η ιδιοκτήτρια πολύ ευγενική και φιλική. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα

My husband, my father and I had a 1 night stay at Michael's place, for us it was exactly what we needed - a comfy place to rest for the night on our relocation-moving-house road trip in our way to Rotterdam, with rapid connection to the highway. The place is big enough to host an entire family comfortably, it is super clean and it also provides a safe parking space, within the house yard, big enough to fit an entire van (which was super important for us). Moreover, our little cat travelling with us, felt right at home instantly. Michael was super responsive, provided all the necessary details for our check in and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this place.
