We enjoyed our stay very much.

Reiko er utrolig serviceminded og har en fantastisk bolig til 4 personer. Der manglede ikke noget, og Reiko var hurtig til at svare, hvis vi spurgte om noget. Det eneste, vi savnede, var aircondition på det ene af værelserne, da der blev utrolig varmt. Vi vil helt klart anbefale hans bolig til andre.

Very easy and smooth stay. Peaceful and spacious house with everything we needed.. clean and located in a very convenient spot, close to Munich Messe. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Small town, but big enough to find everything needed. I would definitely recommend this place especially if you’re in the area for a tradeshow and you have a vehicle.

We had an amazing stay! The space was immaculately clean, and the location was both peaceful and breathtakingly beautiful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book again in the future!

Es hat alles super geklappt und es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Sollte es sich nochmal ergeben, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Wir waren zu viert und hatten die Unterkunft für eine Workation gebucht. Auch super mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat wirklich alles, was man braucht. Der Pool und der gemütliche Außenbereich sind das absolute Highlight. Thomas war immer gut zu erreichen und hatte hilfreiche Tipps für uns! Wir kommen gerne wieder. (:

Sabeeka and her husband made us extremely welcome and helped out enormously by driving us to and from a lakeside restaurant as well as to and from the train station. Even helped out by buying us supplies for breakfast.

Einfach unbeschreiblich toll und ein sehr netter und sympathischer Gastgeber, hat auf jeden Fall Wiederholungsbedarf!

We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

We felt like VIP’s in this lovely home- we were greeted with pairs of slippers and German cookies for everyone! It is a spacious and pleasing environment, with luxury touches everywhere, providing ample gathering areas for our family of six adults, but also affording guest privacy. Even in wintertime, the garden was beautiful, and in warmer months, the balconies and patio would expand the living space even more! Hohenbrunn is a quiet, quaint community with a great Bavarian restaurant, and the train to anywhere you want to go in Munich or surrounding areas is just a block away. Chris and Birgit are thoughtful hosts.

Such a beautiful home! We had our family reunion here and everything was so perfect. The home was clean and spotless. It had everything that we needed. It had beautiful furniture and decor , and felt very spacious! There was a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and heated floors for the cold weather. Our kids loved the fenced in front and backyard and spent a lot of time playing outdoors. It was very safe. It was a nice and quiet area, but had plenty of restaurants, grocery stores , and the train station within walking distance. Sabine was so nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back again the next time we go to Germany. Thank you for the hospitality!

Die Unterkunft ist nur zu Empfehlen für den Einzugsbereich der Messe München. Viele Schlafzimmer, eingerichtete Küche und großes Badezimmer. Auch eine Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Tür vorhanden! Würde sie jederzeit wieder buchen bei Bedarf

When you look at the pictures of a place, you always assume and prepare yourself for worse. Because, you know, pictures could be deceptive. But, this place, the pictures are not enough to show how cozy, comfortable and useful it is! And me and my family are so grateful for such a nice and helpful hospitality to our host Steffi.

Unterkunft wie beschrieben, sehr modern und stilsicher eingerichtet, wie auf den Fotos. Für ein paar Tage mit Kindern problemlos buchbar. Sehr freundlicher und netter Kontakt.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit, die Unterkunft liegt klasse, Kommunikation lief problemlos! Die Unterkunft ist zudem super ausgestattet. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen :)

Es war eine super Unterkunft für ein Wochenende. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit Dagmar war super! Man kann wunderbar in dem nahegelegenen Park joggen und der Bahnhof und einige Restaurants in Pasing sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Wir haben auf der Durchfahrt bei Stefanie übernachtet. Sie war eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat sich sehr bemüht, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern und war für die Übernachtung völlig ausreichend. Kinder haben hier auf jeden Fall auch ihren Spaß.

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. Wir haben mit der Familie eine sehr schöne Woche in der tollen Villa verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Von der Anreise bis zur Abreise war alles perfekt. Das Haus ist sehr idyllisch vom Außenbereich bis zur Einrichtung und es ist ruhig gelegen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Von Alex und seiner Mutter wurden wir herzlich empfangen und wir konnten uns auch jederzeit an sie wenden. Das Haus liegt nah am Ammersee, den wir gut zu Fuß erreichen konnten. Wir können mindestens 5 Sterne geben und wünschen den weiteren Gästen auch eine so schöne Zeit in der Villa Matilda und gute Erholung. Herzlichen Dank an Angela, Alex und seine Mutter!

Recently stayed at this Viletta and it was a great experience. The Villetta is very well equipped with almost everything you'll need during the stay. Also Richard provides awesome welcome gifts and a few beverages for you to enjoy. The location is also close to the train and a local bakery. Both are walkable. Everything went great for our Christmas celebration. No issues during our stay. There were also games and phone chargers convenient in the living area. The kitchen is fantastic! Would definitely stay there again.

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) waren für eine Woche in der Unterkunft. Die Räume sind definitiv größer als sie auf den Bildern aussehen. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und oft in der Sauna entspannt. Mit dem Auto waren wir flexibel und schnell an unseren Ausflugszielen. Wir können die Ferientenne absolut zum erholen empfehlen.

Das Haus von Hannah und Julian war einfach genial. Soviel Liebe zum Detail und so viel Herzblut in die Unterkunft gesteckt. Wahnsinn. Vor allem die ganze Ausstattung war sensationell. Ein riesiger Weber Grill, PS5, riesen TV, Spiele bis zum abwinken und ne suer ausgestattete Küche! Vielen Dank - es hat wirklich sehr viel Spaß gemacht!

We had a wonderful stay at Achim and Elena’s beautiful home in Eching, Munich—not just once, but twice during our trip! We loved the property so much that we stayed from December 17-23 and returned again from January 6-11. Both Achim and his wife Elena were fantastic hosts. Elena greeted us during our first stay, which made us feel very welcomed right from the start. During our second stay, their thoughtfulness truly stood out—they graciously left meat in the fridge for us, knowing it was a holiday in Munich and supermarkets would be closed. This kind gesture went above and beyond and made us feel very cared for. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We highly recommend this beautiful property and would love to stay here again during a future visit to Munich!
