Es war alles in einem tadellosen Zustand sehr sauber und schön man hat sich wie zu Hause gefühlt immer wieder gerne

Wirklich sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber und ein tolles Haus, liebevoll und mit einem ganz eigenen Stil eingerichtet. Etwas befremdlich für den ein oder anderen mag es ggf. sein, dass das Haus auch noch aktiv bewohnt ist und dadurch voller persönlicher Gegenstände ist, man gewöhnt sich aber sehr schnell dran und fühlt sich dann direkt wie Zuhause. Wir können die Unterkunft von Astrid und ihrem Mann jedem nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. 😊

Es war wie bei Freunden zu Besuch zu sein. Wundervoller Garten, Platz zum spielen für die Kids, verschiedene Ecken zum Entdecken und Entspannen. Und die Hühner waren für mich ein Highlight. Jeden Nachmittag schauen was sie wieder für uns gelegt hatten. Alles da was wir brauchten. Gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dem Haus gefühlt, wurden herzlich empfangen. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig viele Möglichkeiten spazieren zu gehen. Wir bedanken uns sehr für schöne ruhige 4 Tage . Mit freundlichen Grüßen Susanne

I never write reviews despite the fact that I’ve stayed at dozens of rental properties around the world. This one stood out. As did the owner. I felt compelled to write something this time around. The place is absolutely beautiful with an amazing view, wonderful terraces, and every imaginable convenience, amenity and comfort. Tim was so great that I wound up inviting him over for dinner next time he’s in my city! This was fantastic place to stay. Tranquil, scenic and comfortable.

The house was great. Plenty of room with lots of amenities. It’s located near the train stop and university. Perfect if you have business at the university. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had. They really wanted to ensure we had a great stay.

Man befindet sich in mitten der wunderschönen Landschaft und kann wenn aber auch in die Städte. Der Erholungsfaktor ist enorm. Für Hundebesitzer und Natur Liebende Menschen sehr empfehlenswert

My family and I had an amazing stay at Christine's place. Brand new, beautiful house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Plenty of nature within walking distance, as well as super markets and good restaurants. The layout of the house is open, bright and modern, with high quality furniture, bathrooms and kitchen. My personal highlight was the massive sliding glass door, which when opened, made the dining and living room feel like an outdoor space. This is on top of the already generous outdoor space with BBQ grill. Christine and Patric have been nothing short of perfect hosts. Super helpful, friendly, always available. I can't recommend this listing enough. Our family has made some of our fondest memories here.

Super Unterkunft für mehrere Familien, Aufteilung der Räume super, gemütliche Küche und zwei Parkplätze direkt vor der Haustür- top! Alles gepflegt und sauber. Küche war gut ausgestattet. Zusammenfassend: Klare Empfehlung!

Es hat uns super gefallen! Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet und gerade als Familie super zum Entspannen nach einem Ausflugreichen Tag :) Die Gastgeberin war sehr sehr nett und hat uns immer Gerne weitergeholfen und rasch geantwortet! Gerne wieder!

L’alloggio si trova in mezzo alla natura e alla tranquillità. Si deve percorrere qualche metro in mezzo all’erba per raggiungere il bagno con doccia. Siamo stati fortunati perché c’è sempre stato bello durante la nostra permanenza

Schöne Unterkünfte, zentrumsnahe und sauber. Check In und Check Out problemlos. So macht es Spaß.

Danke für die Wohnung, alles war perfekt. Auch die Heizung war TOP. Wohnung ist schön warm. Die Küche war ausreichend, Fernseher, großes Bad. Ein super Bett. Wir können uns nicht beklagen. Und Schwäbisch Hall ist eine wirklich schöne Stadt. Die Schlüsselübergabe war auch sehr professionell.

Axel was a super host and his property was great for our stay in Gunzburg. The accommodation is great, right in the centre of Gunzburg and with a number of restaurants within walking distance. The property was clean and free from clutter. Axel supplies some information on local interesting things to do and see. This property is really great for a stay in Gunzburg. One minor negative is that the house doesn't have a parking space at the property, as advertised, but there is parking very nearby. Axel was very helpful in sending information to show where we could park for free nearby. Would thoroughly recommend this property for a stay in Gunzburg

很棒的體驗,房子雖然老舊但整理得整潔乾淨,一共有4個房間8張床,客廳很棒,廚房設備齊全,地下室有洗衣機。如果還能提供拖鞋就更棒了。

Es war ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt in Silvias Villa. Das Haus und die Gastgeber lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit, die wir auch im Kreis unserer Familie, in der Villa genießen konnten. Der Treppenlift war ein toller Helfer für unsere gehbehinderte Mama.

Martin ist ein freundlicher und kommunikativer Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war sehr ordentlich und gepflegt. Die Lage ist super. Sehr gern wieder.
