Gaby is a phenomenal hostess. She lives close by and made sure that we were comfortable. She noticed that there was no steam from our outside exhaust vent and contacted us that the heat may be out. It was and our hot water was also affected. She fixed the problem before there was any discomfort and we didn’t even realize that there was an issue. She was also nice enough to bring her dogs by so we could visit with them and love on them. The home is charming and quiet. We visited in the winter so we didn’t use the pool but my wife and I loved the jacuzzi tub and used it nightly! There were many board games to choose from and a smart TV if we just wanted to relax at night. We didn’t see a bahnhof (train stop) in town and the nearest grocery store is in Rothenburg, about 5KM away. So you’ll need a car. I think there is a guesthaus down the road with a restaurant but your choices are very limited in the village. There are also many stairs so the house is not ADA compliant.

This a great large place. It has a great view of the nice rolling hills. I like the setup and it is easy to live for a bit

That everything was very clean and thoughtful. They welcomed me with chocolates and a bottle of wine. Possibly because I was celebrating my birthday at their FerienWohnung. Alcoholic beverages stocked in fridge that are available to the guest. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Any time again!

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Kitzlein war alles wie auf dem Bildern zu sehen und beschrieben. Es gab genug Utensilien in der Küche um leckere Speisen zuzubereiten und der Hottub, Sauna und Eisbad war einfach grandios. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung. :)

Wir waren mit einer wirklich großen Gruppe für ein Wochenende in Stuttgart. Mit Sebastians Wohnung und noch einem Teil der Wohnung darüber (Danke Dominik), hatten wir eine ideale Bleibe. Sebastian war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns den Aufenthalt angenehm gestaltet. Nur zu empfehlen!

wir waren sehr zufrieden. Ich habe die Unterkunft für ein Familien-Wochenende gebucht. Wir haben einen Einjährigen dabei. Es war viel Spielzeug in der Wohnung, hinter dem Haus ein großer Garten mit einem Fuhrpark für die Kleinen, Rutsche, Bälle, Tore, Schaufeln - alles, was ein Kinderherz begehrt. Die Wohnung ist groß, die Schlafzimmer sind im Obergeschoss. Alles bestens. Küche ist schön groß, ein schöner Kaminofen ist auch vorhanden, der für wohlige Wärme sorgt. Die Eigentümer wohnen unten und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr ruhig dort. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. 25km nach Rothenburg ob der Tauber und 16km ins Freilandmuseum Bad Windsheim. Unterkunft ist für Familien sehr zu empfehlen.

Spontan für eine "kleine Auszeit" gebucht und genau das bekommen. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war auch super. Empfehlen wir gerne weiter!

We had a nice and quite stay

Tout s'est très bien déroulé durant notre séjour chez Petra. C'est une personne très accueillante et solaire, disponible et respectueuse, que nous recommandons aux autres voyageurs. L'arrivée s'est bien déroulée (Petra a été très flexible). L'appartement est confortable, propre, lumineux, calme et donne sur une agréable terrasse et un joli jardin. Il y a tous les ustensils utiles pour cuisiner. La connexion wifi était par moments défaillante, mais la connexion avec la nature est bien présente :) En quelques minutes vous êtes dans la forêt. A proximité aussi il y a un supermarché et les commerces du centre-ville. Nous recommandons chaleureusement le logement de Petra et y reviendrons certainement.

Sehr sauber, gemütlich, ruhig gelegen. Wenn man die Straße hochläuft, ist man direkt in den Weinbergen.

È stata davvero una bella esperienza, la casa è ben arredata e c’è davvero tutto. Le istruzioni per qualsiasi cosa sono ovunque nella casa, è impossibile non trovarsi bene poiché c’è davvero tutto. Abbiamo soggiornato con la nostra bimba di 17 mesi e ci è sembrato di essere a casa, era presente la culla e tutto ciò che serve per una bimba piccola, persino la vaschetta per fare il bagnetto. È raro trovare una casa ben arredata in questo modo, Monika è super reattiva a rispondere alle vostre domande, è stata una esperienza fantastica! La casa dell’artista è unica nel suo genere e vi farà sentire a casa, tutti e tre porteremo questa esperienza nel nostro cuore per sempre! Grazie!

Un departamento en el lugar icónico de Rothembourg, hermosa ciudad. Carmennos facilitó la estadía en forma excelente. De volver a Rothembourg volveríamos a este departamento.

Elvira en haar man zijn hele vriendelijke eb behulpzame mensen. Het appartement is mooi en ruim, en hartstikke schoon. Daarnaast ligt het in een mooie, rustige omgeving.

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und das Loft war bereits mit dem Holzofen eingeheizt - klasse bei den frostigen Temperaturen. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Loft ist äussert gemütlich und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es passt alles zusammen und es fehlt an nichts. Über den kleine Willkommens-Kuchen haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Die Umgebung ist ideal um zu entspannen und dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Direkt vom Loft aus kann in der Natur spazieren gehen - ideal mit unseren Hunden. Wir wollten einfach mal ein paar Tage Ruhe geniessen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Das Loft ist der ideale Ort dafür. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Very cozy beautiful apartment. Rooms were very spacious, clean and modern.Especially I loved the scenic view from the balcony. Very calm and beautiful place surrounded by vineyards and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Bus stop is located in front of apartment and the apartment is located just 1km away from rauthaus(town hall). Need to tell about Renate and Fritz, they were very friendly with us. It’s our first time visit to Germany they gave us warm welcome and was very helpful. With no other second thought I would recommend this stay … :-)

Vom Buchen bis zur Abreise war alles super! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wird. Man kann sich prima entspannen. Der Weiher ist ein Paradies für Angler, ebenso der Angellladen im Gebäude. Das hauseigene Schwimmbad mit Liegen ausgestattet. Ich kann einfach nur schwärmen von der Thomas mühle.

Die vom Hotel unabhängige Wohnung war sehr sauber un gut eingerichtet. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hat uns gut beraten.

Melanie was a great host! She was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and other requests. Her response time was very quick. She is wonderful!

Very quiet and clean. A perfect place to stay a couple nights while we explored Stuttgart and surrounding areas. The bed was very comfortable and the darkening blinds were lovely.

Sehr tolle und liebevoll geführte und durchdachte Anlage: wir hatten zu viert die AC Wohnung ( ausreichend Platz mit Balkon, alles vorhanden was man braucht und sehr sauber). Die Außenanlage ist toll für Kinder und Erwachsene: Naturpool ( schön groß) , Spielplatz und Möglichkeit zum Grillen und die Lage am kleinen See ist echt schön. Familie Ballheim ist super nett und man fühlt sich sofort willkommen Danke an Melanie!!

Stets freundlich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der sehr gemütlichen, sauberen Wohnung, bei Lagerfeuer und Kohlegrill! Ideal für bis zu 10 Leute!

The house was great. Plenty of room with lots of amenities. It’s located near the train stop and university. Perfect if you have business at the university. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had. They really wanted to ensure we had a great stay.
