This Airbnb made me feel at home, and my dog Cheeky Chops and I really enjoyed our time. Not only was it conveniently located with responsive and accommodating hosts, but also it was a great representation of Ann Arbor and the warm spirit of Michigan! Would definitely stay again.

This was one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. Everything as advertised. Plus tons of towels, throw blankets provided, good plugs and light. Good no frills coffee maker. We didn’t walk anywhere from the house, but may have had it been warmer. Just starting 4 years of visiting AA and will def look to book this again. Go Blue!

We had a great stay. Cozy and clean! Good communication from the hosts. Easy entry and exit.

Great place: very clean, comfortable (firm and new) mattress, nice linens. Convenient to free streetcar and lots of busses. Neighborhood is on the up-and-up, with nice restaurants and cafes/bars. Shower water takes awhile to heat up--I solved this by running the tap in the sink for several minutes, then showering.

Robert is an excellent host. This apartment was perfect for our last minute trip. It was clean, newly renovated, comfy & cozy, felt right at home. Quiet neighborhood & felt safe. Robert went an extra mile for us during our stay, I messaged him about being a little cold in the apartment, within 30 mins we had an electric heater at our door. After we figured out how to use the thermostat, we didn’t even need it. My fiancé had an accident on the interstate while I was at the apartment and it was coming time for checkout, Robert allowed me to stay in the apartment until 3pm past checkout until we figured things out. We ended up having to stay another night, he changed the booking for us to be able to only stay one night instead of the original minimum of 2 nights. Also, he refunded us the cleaning fee. I would absolutely recommend this place if you’re visiting the area. Best host I’ve came across by far. And the apartment is perfect. If I could give Robert 10 stars I would.

This is an awesome place. Two story apartment in an historic home with a super-charming coffee shop/cafe on the ground floor. Surrounded by fun stuff to do in Midtown Detroit (DIA, interesting shops, markets) and major transportation corridors like the Q line on Woodward Avenue. Wonderful way to experience Detroit.

Clean, cozy and perfect for the few nights I stayed. Well stocked and cozy, comfortable. Easy walk to bars, market and entertainment district.

The house is roomy, clean, and located in a quiet safe neighborhood. The backyard is lovely for sitting and observing the birds, squirrels, deer. We had lots of local activities so didn’t get to spend as much time in the house as usual. Our host was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. Thank you

Very cute place, perfect for a group of friends or a family. The kitchen had just about every utensil you could ask for, and we enjoyed playing some of the games left out in the living room!

I spent about 3 months here for work, this place is awesome. It's extremely close to anything and everything you would need. Walking distance from the gym and many restaurants.

This was our second stay at Samba and Brandi's place. It is comfortable and a great place when visiting the Lansing area. Comfy beds, excellent communication with the hosts, roomy and spacious.

Stanley’s place is very cozy and comfortable. The location is ideal. Just keep in mind that the stairs down to the basement master are steep, but that is a great room.

I really enjoyed my stay at Rachel's place. I was there for a wedding at the Nova Room and it was such an excellent location - very walkable; not only are there shops and restaurants right when you step out the door, but it was also great to be able to walk to the wedding. There were some issues with my personal travel plans that arose & Rachel was very quick to respond to my messages regarding these changes and to accommodate my needs. The place was clean, well designed and comfortable. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area!

We loved our stay we felt right at home. The host was great with communication and made sure we didn’t have any questions. The property was lovely and clean. We only found long pet hair around the house from a booker before us but besides that every thing was great. We dom recommend booking with this property it was worth every dollar.

My husband, daughter, grandson and myself had a fabulous time at the Lucien. We were in town for a Wings game, which was right down the road. We walked to coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. It’s a quick Lyft ride to Belle Isle aquarium, the science center, and also the DIA which unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to check out, but we will definitely do so the next time we’re in town and stay at Christopher‘s place which hopefully will be sooner than later! I think the best thing was that we didn’t have to clean before leaving or take out the garbage like most places require on top of paying a cleaning fee. Nice perk! Thanks for a Great Stay!

Jeff was an amazing host! I had a short but wonderful stay while attending a concert that was just a quick walk away. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can’t wait to book again!

A relaxing place to either get away or get work done!

This is a great place to stay if you want to be right near all the downtown Ann Arbor stuff. I was in for the film festival and walking to the Michigan Theater in less than 10 minutes. Plus the treadmill and bike are a good workout option if you have a login for Peleton. Everything was clean, and the instructions provided make it really easy to find and access the apartment. All places have imperfections, and here they're just minor things that didn't particularly impact my stay: the kitchen sink has some sort of sensor that we didn't really understand, there isn't directly power access on the nightstand, and the TVs are old (so not well accessible to streaming; Netflix and Amazon Prime are possible though). However, I'm just noting these things in case they matter a lot more for other guest; not a big deal for me. The location and workout equipment made it a fantastic choice for my trip.

Nice central location with easy street parking. A quick walk to DIA; we drove everywhere else. Space was bigger than we expected from the photos. Great kitchen!

I loved my time here. Jason was a fantastic host that responded quickly to my questions and offered great information on how to make my trip the best it could be. His knowledge of the town was stellar and he was extremely accommodating in every way. He was kind and his place was pristine! My stay was magical and comfortable.
