Great place to stay while exploring Adair county. Beautiful isolated farmhouse with breaktaking views.

The house is cozy and the beds comfy. I'd definitely stay again.

The six of us were in Kirksville both to celebrate Christmas as a family in the AirBnB but also to meetup with extended family in the region. We couldn't have asked for a better location, just a hop away from the 63 bypass, and yet also only a skip away from Walmart, HyVee, and Kirksville destinations. Two bathrooms and three bedrooms at this price and location could not be beat. Bring your own amenities (we brought our own blankets, TP, dishwasher detergent, facial tissues, kitchen dish towel, hot water kettle, tea and coffee, etc.). The game area was fun, the table is large enough to sit around, parking was never a problem, neighbors were quiet (and we never detected any smoking in the entryway), and there is a pleasant view out back looking across the country. Living and dining areas are nice and spacious. The hosts were responsive. We will hope to stay here again on our next visit!

The location was nice and scenic of the Des Moines River.

Erica was a wonderful host. Our stay was short as our family was needing a place to stay in Bloomfield for an event. The accommodations were as described. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Nice personal touches to make it a great stay. Fresh flowers and homemade granola. Our family had a great stay.

I booked this cabin because I needed some quiet time and solitude. From the moment I entered the cabin, I felt at peace. The living room/kitchen are combined and is so cozy yet plenty of space. There’s lots of natural light. It was cold outside, but the fireplace kept the room toasty. The bathroom and bedroom are the other 2 rooms, and they’re perfectly sized for 1-2 people. Best of all, though, is the deck and the view of the river! Sommer is a gracious, friendly, helpful host, and I’m thankful for my little getaway!

Awesome place. Will stay there again when in the area.
