Fiona's house is really beautiful, we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The large hall was brilliant for all our walking gear and coats and jackets as there was lots of snow during our stay as was the pulley and clothes horse. The kitchen was really well equipped and given the very cold temperatures the house was really cosy and warm, the fire in the lounge was great. She has even arranged to have the path cleared of snow for us arriving. We had a great stay and was perfect for our group.

We had a fantastic stay here for my mum's 60th birthday. Heather and Colin were very helpful, responsive hosts and couldn't have been more lovely throughout the booking process and during our stay! The house is exactly as described/pictured and has lots of activities fit for all the family. Would highly recommend staying here and hope to return again in the future. Thank you! ☺️

We had a winderful time..it was so peaceful...and in walking distance of the beach and a wee co-op just a few doors down from the house..if we are ever back in that area i wouldnt hesitate to book again..totally fabulous

Beautiful quiet setting and base to explore the area. We loved exploring by kayak and being greeted by seals every morning. Simon’s place was super comfortable, clean and well equipped. We’d love to return.

Stunning home but the views are the main attraction! Brenda helped me have the most stunning small family wedding and the photos I have are gorgeous. My family loved each of their rooms they are really modern and the beds nice and firm. Thank you Brenda!

Wow!!!! What a house!! The location right on the beach is simply beautiful. The house was immaculate and the smell on arrival was gorgeous! Everything was perfect for us to celebrate a special birthday and Tracey checked in with us to ensure we had all we needed. Took us about 15 mins to walk into Amble where there are lots of places to eat. We absolutely loved this place and can’t wait to return!! Thank you so much!!!

Carol’s place is fantastic. It had everything we needed, it was very clean too. Location by the beach is stunning, was lovely to catch sunrise in the mornings! We were a short drive away from both our work location and family we were visiting in Ellon. Would highly recommend.

We couldn't recommend this place highly enough. It is absolutely stunning. Amazing views from every room in the house.Some wonderful walks on the Estate and time spent drinking in the constantly changing light on the Loch. Where else could you watch an otter catching his dinner whilst drinking a glass of wine in your living room! We had the most restorative time in this gem of a place and didn't want to leave.

What can I say about this cottage? Outstanding, absolutely beautiful it has everything you would ever need. The cottage is very clean and well laid out. Lynda is the best host so responsive at all times and sometimes proactive. We had a power cut after the recent storm, Lynda offered to move me to a hotel or another cottage. I decided to stay and put up with the power outage which was really cosy with candles burning and the log fire lit. The real lovely surprise is when you turn off the road down the track to the cottage and you see the Loch which you cross a causeway to get the cottage, amazing. It’s a place I definitely want to return to return to for a holiday. So thank you for letting me use your amazing place Lynda I hope to stay again 👍

Lovely cottage & ideal location. Only downside is the parking which is a tad tricky but not helped by us having a defender + bike racks!

No 3 is a magic location with spectacular views, that change with the tide. The foot bridge below the house means easy access to the sandy bay; coming back at full tide was a fun challenge.

This was the perfect place for us whilst we were out of our own house for renovation. Mary Lou / Adrian were extremely accomodating and responded promptly to all our queries and requests. Less than 5 min walk in to heart of town or to beach and would be a perfect location for a family group. House had everything we needed for our stay. Thanks Mary Lou /Adrian👍

Yasmin’s place is lovely. She and her family are wonderful hosts, making you feel totally at home, providing local knowledge, baking, tea and biscuits and showing a keen interest in you and ensuring you have a lovely holiday. Lovely lodge, beautiful surroundings. Our children (age 4 and 7) really enjoyed the hot tub. Going out on the boat was beautiful - request buoyancy vests in advance. House clean and comfortable. Well equipped for cooking.

We had a lovely stay at the cottage! The interior is very cosy and clean, and the view is exactly as pictured! We had a relaxing weekend, having coffee on the patio and enjoying the ducks and swans that roam free by the lake. The jacuzzi is very big and works perfectly and with the fireplace inside its just the perfect place to relax! We look forward to coming back soon.👏☺️

A wonderful place to stay had everything we needed and more excellent peaceful location but with local amenities within a short drive just what we needed to shut off for a few days will definitely recommend to friends and family and hope to return again ourselves

From booking to checking out, we were left fully satisfied. clean, accessible and in a lovely location with access to a private row boat to explore the lake. We booked Innes lodge as a treat for our wedding anniversary and it was wonderful from start to finish. Ardlui Retreat is like a luxury hotel with the benefits of family friendly lodge accommodation in a perfect, peaceful setting at the north of Loch Lomond. Staff are attentive without being intrusive and the lodge itself was just perfect. We used the Swedish BBQ one night and had such good fun. The hot tub was private and our children loved it. The location is great for children, water sports and sight seeing. Even the wet bank holiday weather couldn’t dampen our spirits. A lovely long weekend and hopefully the first of many visits!

We had a wonderful stay at Amy’s place. The property is beautiful and we felt right at home. It was nice to use the kitchen to cook a meal and stay in for a night. The views are beautiful. We definitely plan to be back.
