Absolutely stunning position. Felt very much at home . Jenny very helpful . Very friendly and there if you need her. Most peaceful of positions. Beach 2 minutes walk. Lovely cove round the bay about 10 minutes walk. Very dog friendly. Tongue about 10 minutes drive nice walk to castle . Burrs a must to visit. Coffee shop. Home made pies and cakes and petrol. Accommodation. Lovely. All you need in a cosy wee house. And parking with sheep just strolling by.

An excellent place with amazing views to stay if you're in Skye or want a base to explore! Cabin was warm, clean and comfortable and the instructions to find it were excellent. Donald and Eileen were great hosts, especially with the short notice booking! I would 100% recommend their place and will look to stay here again in the future!

The Shepards hut was set in a beautiful, idyllic area of Northumbria. The hut itself was spotless and well decorated and it had a real cozy feel to it. The radiators did a great job of warming the place up when necessary and the owners were responsive, informative and friendly. Our only complaint was there were very strong winds on the second night of our stay and the whistles coming through the cracks in the structure were very noisy! But, can’t really be helped and it wouldn’t stop us from retuning again.

Wonderful, peaceful stay close to family who live nearby. Homemade cake awaiting our arrival was an added bonus. Our dog loved the enclosed garden. Would recommend packing a torch if you need to find your way to the loo in the night! Thank you for a relaxing weekend.

We rarely go to the same Airbnb twice, but Hilltop Cottage is so special, that we were keen to return. The peaceful setting, the beautiful views, the easy access to great walks and the comfort of the cottage all drew us back. The cottage is well equipped, cosy and clean. The bed is really comfy and the shower is powerful. Mary is a responsive host and the cottage has lots of maps, guides and helpful information to make the most of your visit. We enjoyed one day walking up to the Three Brethren Cairns and on the other day we visited Abbotsford House and did a walk near there. We were lucky to have great sunny weather which helped! We can highly recommend this cottage.

The wee love nest was so cosy and beautifully decorated. The attention to detail is like nothing I've seen before! Just such a beautiful place to be and nice little walks in the surrounding area. The hot tub was absolutely wonderful and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and easy to chat to! 100% will be back in the future!

This is our second time at Bancran School, the first time we stayed in the shack and this time in the pod, both offer a different experience, equally as great, the comunal area is so nice to meet other people staying and self serving drinks, I personally loved the wood fire bath that the pod has to offer the most out of the two but the shack is a great living area, either way I genuinely think it’s the best place up north for a nice getaway with your partner!

I booked this for my mam and step dad. Julie was lovely from start to finish and she was so responsive. They had a wonderful time and when they shared the photos my sister said she had stayed here a few years ago and had also loved it! Thank you!

A perfect get away if you are looking for a beautiful and quiet stay off the beaten path. The grounds are gorgeous and the inside is immaculate. A nice reprieve from the city energy of Dublin. Absolutely recommend!

We had an excellent stay at Forbes’ property whilst attending a wedding at nearby Achnagairn Castle (5 mins walk from the property….perfect location!) Forbes met us on arrival to welcome us and show us around the property, which was immaculate! Such a comfortable and cosy place, very well equipped, spotlessly clean and with added touches of luxury in the amenities and thoughtful home comforts provided. I would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to book it again.

Lovely and peaceful night away. Easy to find with clear instructions, no hassle at all. Beautiful place and hot tub was already warm and heated up automatically. The pod itself is modern with all updated tech features. Outstanding views with a beautiful little horse in the field next to the pods that came to say Hi 😊 We drove from Glasgow, which took just under a hour. Great escape without driving too far away.

Had a wonderful time here, not a single negative point at all. Brilliant place to stay, far better than some more expensive holiday lodge type places we’ve tried before. Highly recommend. Was perfect for our dog too

Amazing cabin with everything you want plus extras. Brilliant view of snowy cairngorms with perfect seating area outside. Close to all the places we wanted to go and could even walk to some from cabin. Super friendly host. Will definitely be back with our dog again. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Words cannot accurately articulate just how EXTRAordinary Sandra's Airbnb is. Photos do not do adequate justice. This Gem in the Isle of Sky is absolutely the very best experience we have ever had with Airbnb and we Airbnb A LOT! From the start of our journey, Sandra's advice and council on getting to the Airbnb, along with her insights on our desired journey were not only incredibly helpful but selflessly thorough and compassionate in nature. Her clear and informative direction on getting to her Airbnb, along with parking safely and enjoying all aspects of the Airbnb were out of this world and her hospitality is unparalleled. Not to mention, all of the extra sweet touches in the home are like nothing we've ever experienced... hot coco AND marshmallows! Coffee, honey, grains, a variety of spices and everything and more than you would need to enjoy a home cooked meal and settle into a beautiful night. Unbelievable! The local whiskey was a huge favorite of mine along with my wife! A+++++

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und hatte eine ruhige schöne Lage. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Unterkünften hatte man einen Meerblick und eine schöne Übersicht. Allgemein war alles sehr sauber, aufgeräumt und schön eingerichtet. Wir können das Pod nur weiterempfehlen. Victoria war eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin die mit Tipps zur Seite stand, wenn benötigt, aber einem auch Raum und Ruhe gelassen hat.

Cosy place, lots of space for dog to roam, and really attentive host!

The Atlantics pods was a lovely cozy set up and despite the elements was always warm. Plenty of utensils and a convenient space to prepare food / cook meals. The views from the front door were stunning. With it being out of season, there wasn’t a lot open in the area- just the local Spar for groceries but the walks in the area were all really peaceful and the scenery unmatched. This was certainly the ideal place for fresh air, scenic walks with peace and tranquility. I would happily stay again in the future and will hopefully be back up there soon with my dad to show him around the area!

Een geweldige plek midden in de natuur. Erg comfortabel en met zorg ingericht. We waren er met mooi weer, dus ook kunnen zwemmen in het aangrenzende meer. Kortom een top verblijf

Had a great stay, lovely cosy little hut, perfect for 2 people. Bed is very comfortable. Location is great too, right next to the river with the sound of the water and birds. Near a main road, but you don't hear any traffic. Within walking distance to the Loch, literally 30 seconds walk and you're there. Nice fire pit and hot tub. Hot tub takes a while to hear, but once its hot, it stays hot for a long time, even with the cover off. Couldn't have asked for much more. Would definitely recommend.

The Antler Cabin was the coziest and cutest BnB we‘ve ever stayed in. The pictures can‘t do justice to the actuall beauty of this place. All the small and well thought details make you feel like coming home. We loved every second of our stay and are already planning on coming back. No need to say how beautiful the highlands are. Caroline was a lovely Host and we can‘t recommend to stay at the antler cabin enough! Bonus point that Archie the cat payed us a visit when we arrived late one evening.

Soooo adorable! Absolutely loved our stay here. Close to some epic spots on Skye and not far from Portree with great food options. Can’t wait to come back and stay longer.
