The location was so beautiful and quiet! The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of seating inside and outside. The one amenity that we missed was a dryer but the portable washer worked well. The host was very communicative and we felt like we get got a great bargain. Even though I came from the west coast, I got up at sunrise each morning and it was memorable!

Everything was exactly as described and the tiny home immaculate. The sunsets were amazing. Such a cosy and peaceful get away!

Beautiful location, great beach for rock collecting with low tide. Socal table restaurant was very close and delicious. Not far from Lobster Pound which we enjoyed. Cottage is rustic, initially not sure about the outdoor shower as the weather was cool but it was worth the experience. We kept the wood stove going as it was cool the first night. Not your typical Airbnb stay, but worth it!

This cottage did not disappoint! Great views and the cottage felt cozy and comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house. The property is absolutely stunning—immaculately landscaped, with a spacious lawn leading right to the lake and a lovely sandy beach. The grounds were ideal for families, with lots of room for the kids to run, play, and even ride their bikes on the hard surface areas. In the evenings, the adults enjoyed gathering around the fire pit—it was the perfect spot to unwind. Inside, the home was just right for our large family gathering. We had four couples and five little ones, and the space worked beautifully—comfortable, open, and thoughtfully laid out for both togetherness and relaxation. Caitlin was a fantastic host—so easy to communicate with, warm, and responsive. The whole experience felt more like being welcomed into someone’s home than staying in a typical rental. It was charming, cozy, and truly special. We’re already looking forward to the chance to return!

This location is perfect for exploring the area! Heather gave clear driving directions due to road closures. The house was cozy, we loved the wood fireplace. The dart board was a lot of fun! We had everything we needed.

We loved the property. Lots of room for relaxing, playing games and the hot tub was great. The kitchen had everything you needed with special appliances. We were there on a rainy November weekend so didn't get to enjoy the beach but the property looked like everything you needed was there. We loved the fireplace, the view and spending family time together. Thanks we had a great weekend!!

We had an awesome time staying at the cottage. It’s a beautiful spot - just off the lake, surrounded by nature, very private and peaceful. Great hot tub, hammock, etc. The inside is quite nice and decked out with everything you’d need. We were pleasantly surprised to find that there were upgrades not yet shown in the listing like a propane BBQ (vs. charcoal) and a regular toilet (vs. compostable). Would definitely stay there again

I have stayed at many Airbnbs.. This surpassed all of them ! what an amazing experience. Extremely great hosts and we look forward to coming back !

Great location, walking distance to beach access, and close to town. Very comfortable king size bed and all the amenities needed for a relaxing week. Brought our bikes and visited the unesco site, beaches and vineyard for wine tasting and charcuterie board. Highly recommend this piece of paradise.

The view from the home was absolutely stunning! We had a wonderful few days here. Karen was very helpful, even suggesting things we could do in the area. We went to The Launch Party and it was worth it!

We had an amazing time. To be able to stay in a house so old it really is a privilege. We love that your place has so much character and history.

The cottage was very warm and inviting.. there were only two of us so we only used the main level. Couldn’t locate the garbage bins so we brought our garbage home. I’m sure I just wasn’t looking in the right spot. The tv has many viewing options which was great for the weekend of pjs and tv.
