Beautiful, clean, and spacious home ! The living room and kitchen areas were much bigger than the photos really show. Guests should know the home is right on a highway with some traffic noise and occasional trains that run along the river road, but the trains are usually short (with occasional horns). Very convenient location near I-80 access and cute shops just down the street in LeClaire. Cody Road Coffee is a must!

Great place to stay! Nice house and good location.

I’ve stayed at multiple BnBs in the quad cities area. Nicks place was my favorite, the kids really enjoyed it, they said it was their favorite as well. Clean, fun and easy instructions.

I’ll start off by saying our group and I couldn’t have found a better place than this! We all drove about 5 1/2 hours to Colona for a dart tournament. It was absolutely perfect for us! It was clean, cozy, spacious and everything in between. The jetted tub in the bathroom was super relaxing after a long day. The back patio with a table and chairs was also a nice touch to sit out there and soak the sun up. We all had a great time and will be booking again in the future. Thank you so much to the hosts for sharing this lovely home.

Grown kids and grandchildren were in town for a family funeral. This was a great place to decompress. Hot tub was a bonus. The host replied immediately when I had a question. LeClaire is a super cute town. Great place, great stay.

We rented this place for a little getaway from the city. We loved it and would definitely recommend it. Thanks again for hosting us.

It was so comfy and cozy! The bed was very comfy and the neighborhood was very nice and quiet! Will definitely stay again !

I stayed here while in town for work and house was great! I brought my two dogs with me and we loved the backyard. Super easy check in and check out process.

Jasmine's hospitality is evident in the nice quality of linens and furnishings. She has cookware and many extra essentials that were very helpful. Having 2 parking spaces clearly defined was convenient. Love staying here which we have done often!

Second time staying here and would still highly recommend it. The king sized bed is a nice upgrade from the queen bed last time. Kimberly’s place is always squeaky clean and quiet. We appreciate the snacks that were left out for us. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Excellent condo! The layout is beautiful in person and it has everything you need. The beds are high quality and you will have a great night’s rest! There are many great restaurants within walking distance. Sally was an excellent host and made sure we were comfortable. We would definitely visit again!

Everything was as described and easy to get to. Not a ton of parking, but it was a great space for us.

Had a good experience overall. Kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. Stayed for ~4 months and Cody was easy to reach whenever we needed anything.

I had the pleasure of staying with Dale and Teresa for a month while on a clinical rotation. My stay was wonderful from day 1. Dale helped me carry all of my luggage in and gave me a tour. The area was very spacious and clean, and had a large desk that was perfect for working/studying. There is a big TV with every cable channel imaginable and a washer/dryer. Dale regularly checked in with me to make sure I was enjoying my stay, and even brought me homemade blueberry muffins made by Teresa at one point. The location is quiet and I felt very safe throughout my whole stay. Dale and Teresa are wonderful hosts and I would recommend this location to anyone.

Appreciated all the little touches Nicole put into her stay— toiletries and hangers, iron and ironing board, and tea in the kitchen, blankets rolled up and put by if we needed them. The place and bed were Comfortable and exactly what I needed for my my person stay.
