Kathleen and Steve were great host. The place was very clean and worked out great for us to gather. The fire pit and s’mores were great! Our family really enjoyed this place.

We loved this place. We were so tired from our travels but when we arrived it was such a welcome relief to be able to completely relax in such a welcoming place.

Ivan's home was able to comfortably accommodate our party of 4 adults and 4 children when we decided on a 3 day stay in Garden City, KS. It was a pleasant surprise when we saw shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap and even travel toothbrushes in the bathroom. The house was clean and had a lot of nice updates with a large smart TV on each floor. We really appreciated that it felt like a "home" away from home and made our trip much more memorable than a hotel. There were plenty of fresh linens upon arrival and a washer and dryer in case laundry needed to be done. I was slightly concerned when I saw the listing said there was no heat, but that wasn't the case at all. In addition, there was an electric fireplace built into the TV stand upstairs. The basement ran a little colder, but we stayed warm with the bedding. Overall it's a great place to stay should you find yourself in Garden City, KS.

Fantastic place to stay!

2nd stay at this location, very impressed, 1000 times better than a motel. The kitchen is fantastic and it is nice to be able to cook your own meals. Everything was as described or better. Will stay at one of her properties next time I'm in the area.

Abby's place was exactly as described! We had plenty of space for our group, and having two bathrooms was amazing! The instructions for checking in and checking out were clear, and the surrounding neighbor felt safe and peaceful. We wanted to bake cookies, and everything in the kitchen was great!

Nice, clean home. Had a lot of thoughtful extras that we loved. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others!

first of all.... This place had everything needed for a weekend, a night, or a month of Sundays...lol.. very well stocked kitchen with just about everything you would need to feed a family.. Well.. except food.. one little thing it was missing was aluminum foil.. its the only thing needed for cooking a meal that I couldn't find.. Very spacious little house.. Other than a look. 1 bedroom had bunkbeds.. the other is a queen..while there there was only 2 things I needed... My wife and our dogs.. If ever I have to head back to Scott County Kansas, I'll give them a call to see if it's available...

The place was so nicely clean! Santiago responded very quickly when we reached out to him! Small place but very cozy
