We came for a tennis tournament and this place has the perfect location. Moreover, the tennis court is next door to the apartment. Will save the information for future use!

Stayed here for over a month for work as a single female not from the area. Overall, a great experience. The unit is up-to-date, clean, and in a great location. All of my questions and concerns were promptly and efficiently answered. Tracy is a great host, and I’m sad to leave!

Rosie’s place was beautiful, clean, spacious, and as photographed. We travel with two young children and the room with two beds was wonderful for them. Location was central to a lot of Scottsdale sights. Would definitely stay again!

Such a nice place! The kitchen had all the things I needed, and most importantly, coffee! She had. Keurig and regular pot, with coffee and filters! excellent place, location, and host!

Everything was excellent.... I'm not sure what the neighbors below us were complaining about, I do not feel we did anything to cause for a complaint. I think maybe they don't like the idea of you using the place as an Air BNB, and used this as excuse to complain, but I don't really know. We were not causing any issues to cause complaints I am confident of that. Otherwise I had no complaints with everything, all was very nice....

Nice 1 bedroom condo with great shower and comfy bed. Nice large screen TV in LR and another in BR. The kitchen was nice and clean and had plenty of good coffee and utensils, pots and pans etc. Enjoyed being able to walk to several restaurants nearby and the Greenway was 1 block walk which is beautiful. We walked to downtown Old Town Scottsdale one day rather than hike in the desert. Enjoyed the pool which was nice size and even a deep end 8ft. Would recommend to family and friends and would stay again. Host was very responsive

everything was wonderful, at first we had problems with getting the tv started but Kevin called and helped us through that. the pool was relaxing, and close to shops and restaurants. we will be back again.

This was a great place to stay. It was easy to find and access, and seemed to be centrally located. The pool and fitness center were great too.

Jim was a great host and we loved the location - great proximity to Oldtown Scottsdale and many other points of interest. His place is comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated his willingness to accommodate a scheduling issue our family had.

Felt right at home & he made us feel very welcomed & helped and got us a brand new tv because the tv stopped working in the living room. He really made sure our stay was perfect thank you Kyle will definitely recommend & stay with him again when I return thank you

We loved our stay, and this was the perfect location! Dining, entertainment, and shopping are within walking distance, and several hiking hotspots are just a short drive away!

We had a great stay in Scottsdale - this location was super easy to get around to so many activities for our family. Adam provided some suggestions before we arrived which helped us pick some additional things to do besides what we already had on our list as well as some restaurants which were all wonderful. The setup was perfect for our family of 4 - our youngest slept on the twin bed in our room and our older son got his own room. Two bathrooms are always a must with our family as well. It was just the right amount of space to chill and prep for the day ahead. We walked to the pool just at the end of the street every day to cool off from the sun and while it wasn’t a private pool, everyone we saw there couldn’t hav been nicer to us and our kids. The kids loved the bags set and the outdoor patio area as well. It was a very easy check in - one we were grateful for landing later in the day. Thanks again to Adam for a wonderful stay in Scottsdale!

Our family of four loved the home. We had two 16 year old boys who enjoyed the outdoors. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the house had absolutely everything we needed. Was a great location taking 25 mins to get to downtown Phoenix and 13 mins to old told Scottsdale. Would stay here again for sure.

Paula's house was great with plenty of space for 5 adults and 9 year old. The pool was so much fun. The kitchen was well stocked with a huge variety of spices, pots and pans and a great grill outside. The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard very private.

Great place to gather with friends for a weekend. Nice and close to Old Town. Comfy clean beds. Herbs a great host, will definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our time in this beautiful home. Nestled in a quite cul-de-sac, yet very Convenient location in Scottsdale. Layout of the bedrooms were spot on, with everyone having their own space and bathrooms. Host had very good communication during the whole duration of our stay from the moment we booked until checkout and addressed all our needs immediately and were very helpful, detailed and professional. Beautiful interior features/decor with nice amenities such as the putting green, Arcade games, ping pong, pool/spa with water slide were all great and put to good use. They thought of everything from the stocked coffee to the extra towels to life jackets, ect. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely gorgeous backyard space. The pool is awesome. My wife and I visited in March so the weather was a little cooler. So we waited until 3p to get in the pool and generally stayed in it until sunset. After sunset ever night we built a fire in the pit and enjoyed the desert air. Then usually around 10p we turned on the gas fire pit and enjoyed the outdoor tv space. That too was great. And not to forget the sauna. Who has a personal sauna! Very cool. We also used the grill for some jalapeños. The inside of this tiny house is well laid out with a very good ac unit. The house is in an area undergoing gentrification, so it looked a little sketchy but my wife and I did not ever feel uncomfortable. We didn’t have any plans with our trip except to enjoy the desert, the pool, and some good food. We scored on all fronts. Except for going out to dinner one night we didn’t leave the backyard and LOVED IT! If I lived in Phoenix I would staycation here regularly. This a truly unique place

One of the cleanest AirBnB's I've ever encountered, and a great value. We visited in winter, and really enjoyed having windows on 2 sides of the unit -- letting in "just enough" cheerful sunshine -- we didn't feel like we were living in a cave. All the windows had good shades/curtains, for those who prefer to keep the rooms dark. HVAC worked well, and my allergies tell me that the air filter was fresh. Host is awesome, extremely responsive and personable. Condo complex is not gated, but was quiet anyway. Big plus for us: unlike many condos, this complex has a RECYCLING BIN! Thank you Paul - we hope to return one day.

Wonderful home with an amazing backyard! The location couldn't have been better. Definitely felt right at home the moment we opened the front door. Wished we had more time to enjoy everything! Would absolutely book again. Thank you, Joseph, for such a terrified stay!!
