Incredible hosts, always responded quickly and always came in person to help us with anything we needed when asked, but always made an effort to not intrude. The lodge itself is spacious yet cozy, and also clean. There were loads of dvds and board games to keep us occupied. The outside area was lovely, and well sheltered to accommodate for all weather. The pizza oven was a great bonus and easy to use. Clear instructions for everything around the lodge. Lots of local amenities as listed by the hosts.

Stef communicated well through out the stay and checking was flexible with the Lockbox. Great location with shops takeaway and bars near by this was a great spot for a business trip. I would recommend other guests to stay.

Jill’s listing was a stunning place to stay. A real home away from home. It was even better than described with the most gorgeous surroundings. Nicely kitted out place with everything you’d need from films to bathrobes. Definitely recommend

We just had a lovely few days away. The cottage was in a perfect location, close to the beach. Local pub 5 mins walk away where we had a nice meal. The cottage itself was very clean and tidy. The hot tub was perfect . We did have a little issue with the hot water/heating but Victoria and Lawrence were very responsive and the problem was sorted first thing the following morning. Lawrence bought electric heaters for us to use that evening. They kept in touch to make sure everything was ok. Thank you for a great stay would highly recommend x

We stayed here for 4 nights with 5 adults. The house was plenty big for us all. Very modern kitchen and bathroom - all appliances worked really well and the kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet. Steve and Maureen were such wonderful hosts. Steve showed us around when we arrived and was available for questions but also gave us privacy during our stay. We enjoyed the garden and hot tub. Highly recommend!

5 stars We had a fantastic weekend away at this Airbnb! The property was incredibly spacious, making it perfect for our group of friends to catch up and relax. With two sitting rooms, a great kitchen, and a lovely big dining table, there was plenty of room for everyone to gather comfortably. The bedrooms are all really big and well-appointed, ensuring a restfu nights sleep for all of us. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus—perfect for unwinding after a day at the seaside! The log burner in the main sitting room, complete with a supply of logs, made it feel extra cosy in the evenings. While we didn’t meet the hosts in person, they were very responsive and helpful whenever we messaged them, which made our stay even smoother. The location was private and secluded, offering a peaceful retreat while still being convenient for exploring the area. Overall, it was the perfect place for a weekend getaway.

Our host reached out to check in on our arrival, making sure we were settled and knew how to use the amenities, including the hot tub. There were five of us, and the space was perfect for both cooking and relaxing. We were also given great recommendations for the local beach and a good chippy, plus the beach itself was lovely and sandy. The property is about a 30-40 minute drive from the city center but is surrounded by smaller towns, perfect for supporting local business at the Christmas markets or seal watching. I'd definitely return—it's in a great location with a lovely host.

We booked a family break here for mum's 80th birthday and it didn't disappoint. Beautiful, spacious accomodation in the countryside - very peaceful and lovely surroundings. We were there during storm Bert and stayed cosy warm indoors with a roaring fire and the wood fired hot tub also got used by all three generations - lovely memories celebrating mum's 80th. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

What a lovely, cosy cottage. It was beautifully presented with fresh flowers, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The welcome cake, Prosecco and milk were really thoughtful touches and gratefully received. Communication from our hosts was fantastic and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dog Cottage and can’t wait to visit again.

We cannot recommend this place highly enough. Beautifully decorated with everything you need and more. Melissa and Chris were exceptionally warm in their welcome. Recommend the local dairy for raw milk, etc.

As soon as we booked the cottage we got a lovely, helpful message from Jacqueline with lots of useful information. The cottage itself was lovely, exactly as expected, beautifully clean and very comfortable. A great base for our short stay in the area.

I could get quite poetic about this pretty little cottage next to the church in the doomed village of Happisburgh. Firstly, the owners (Liz and Robert) have invested time and effort into making this a delightful place to be. Nicely decorated, filled with curios in every room, walls packed with photos and pictures, HUGE amounts of local information. But it's the little touches that have impressed us - scones and jam when we arrived, kitchen with all the equipment you'll need (including sharp knives that actually cut), milk in the fridge, soap shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom - you could spend a weekend just looking around this cottage. Outside, the church is worth a visit and the village itself pretty as you could wish. The local pub is great - great food, great beer, much of which is brewed on site, and lovely patrons. Everyone wants to chat and stroke the dog. All of this comes with the bittersweet knowledge that the coastline here is eroding fast and cannot or will not be save

Just wow! The cosiest, most beautiful cottage, close by to shops and beach we didn’t need to use the car. Went on the Norfolk light express which was magical, then back to put the fire on, feeling very festive. Thankyou Fiona we will be back!

Michelle’s apartment was amazing, we had such a lovely stay and a Great Hoilday and this was really helped by the way the Apartment was. It was like a home from home with all you needed and very clean. It was also a lovely touch with the Christmas Decorations! We are already looking to book again Thank you Michelle !

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cottage is quirky and comfortable. Sun room is a delight, and parking in the street outside was very helpful.We hope to return.

The house was fabulous. Plenty of space for our families to spend time together but not be in each others faces. The entire place was perfect for us! Only downside (if you can even call it that!) was that the tv in the main lounge was not a smart TV and we only had access to free view! However there was a range of DVDs available, some of which didn’t work very well though! The hot tub was FANTASTIC!!! Well worth the price we paid for the visit.

Lovely few days away. Perfect break, close enough to everything we wanted but far enough away to be at peace in the hot tub with a drink & book. Very helpful, not that we needed them but were on hand if a problem had arisen. We will be back

Lovely caravan. Had a great holiday. Could not fault anything. The caravan had everything for our family. The only thing that was missing from the kitchen untensils was a frying pan, as I do a lot of cooking, but I got by without one. It also well worth the money and the hosts gave me all the information i needed.

We had a lovely stay in The Ardborough, perfect size for my wife, mum, 2 year old and I. Lovely cosy space with everything you need, the barn complex also has a big (and warm!) indoor pool which was great. Our hosts communicated everything we needed to know and left us completely to ourselves, which I loved. We didn’t need anything from them throughout our stay, mainly down to the fact that everything we could have needed including extensive visitor info was already in the cottage! Very very close to Cromer, very walkable and only a couple of mins in the car. Overall great stay, great place, sorry we forgot to sign the visitor book on the way out, but will definitely stay again when we are next in the area. Thank you!

This property was excellent for seven guests. One guest was wheelchair reliant and with a few accessible aids of our own it was suitable for such guest.The Lodge was well equipped kitchen wise with plenty of pots and cutlery.washing machine and dishwasher within which made it feel like home.Only downside was the road access around the site which was just pebbled and Impossible to push a wheelchair or pushchair.Having said...we had a thoroughly enjoyable week in a first class accommodation.

What a super place! A stones throw from a beautiful sandy beach. We had just missed the summer holidays so it was so lovely and quiet. Plenty to do locally and we loved travelling further up the beach to see the seals. Our dog had a great time as he was welcome everywhere :) Our Chalet was a home from home & had everything we needed. Dont worry too much about the electricity meter as it was topped up with £10 by the host for our 4 night stay and we didn’t need to top up at all! We were offered an early Check-in which was helpful as it’s difficult to time a long journey. I was slightly worried about our sandy dog causing a mess but the chalet is made for it and so easy to keep sand free (with everything supplied to help you!) Can’t fault the chalet or location. Thank you, we will be back! :)

We had a lovely stay at the house. Once settled in it felt very homely and had everything we needed. The surroundings are very quiet at nighttime and we enjoyed getting woken up by the goats next door. The garden area is huge and it was secure enough to let our dog have a potter around. there's also a nice track nearby for dog walking. Would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay at Susan's. It was spotless cosy and comfy. We had everything we needed and the welcome gifts were much appreciated. Thank you for letting us stay !
