The house is situated across a small road from the beach so it’s a short track through a vacant lot. The track is definitely worth it…the beach is spectacular!! The house was comfortable and cozy. Mr. Miller is the caretaker and was wonderful ❤️. Cindy is very responsive and helpful. My only suggestion is nicer cookware and cooking utensil would have been appreciated since there not a lot of restaurants near and you end up cooking most meals. All the pots, pans are pealing off the Teflon, stainless steal would have been a better choice. There is bottles water at the house and that was so thoughtful. The pool is not heated wasn’t used as much. The pool was cleaned eveyother day, that was very nice. The view from house is a partial of the ocean, blocked by new house being built in front. Despite all that I would highly recommend this lovely beach home. One note the bugs are bad at dusk and dawn, the house had bug spray which helped tremendously. Tropic of Cancer beach is amazing!!

Thank you Beth for sharing your beautiful home! We had an absolute blast. Our group decided against renting a car at the last minute, taxi’s were affordable and got us to where we were going on time, always bake in some time if using a taxi, our drivers were always busy, but certainly made time for us. We boated with fun stops and lunch, enjoyed some downtime at the house for kayaking and exploring, and did another boat day for lobster and some snapper….it was amazing and everyone was very welcoming. Thank you Beth! The house is perfect. We’ll be back for sure!

Our stay at Robin’s place was amazing! I felt lucky to wake up, watch the sunrise, and drink coffee in such a beautiful place. After a day exploring the island, it was the perfect place to relax, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Robin was kind and helpful. She made herself available, but also respected your privacy. Thank you!

Tricia is a wonderful host and offers a classy and well appointed home for her guests. Our family of four were very comfortable and enjoyed the inside and the lovely outside deck. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, floaties, a travel cooler for beach gear as well as ample fluffy towels! Hideaways is within view and an easy walk across the street which is a convenient place with beach chairs, umbrellas, restaurant, outside showers and friendly staff. Jolly Hall, a local beach and one of our favorites was an easy walk over. Tricia is kind, responsive and easy to communicate with and she was awesome at giving recommendations in the area :) we highly recommend her space and being taken care of by her and her helpers! As a host myself at BeachyBu Cottage in Michigan, I was happy to be on the receiving end of a quality experience. 5 stars all around!

**Moon House, Exuma, Bahamas - A Perfect Getaway!** We absolutely loved our stay at the Moon House in Exuma, Bahamas! The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the serene south side waters, which made for a peaceful and picturesque getaway. The house itself was equipped with everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we were well-rested for our daily adventures. A special shoutout goes to Seron, the property manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. His responsiveness was faster than room service, and the communication was seamless from start to finish. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would definitely stay at the Moon House again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Exuma!

We traveled with a large group of family (adults and children) and this home was in the perfect location and just large enough for us all. Una is the most wonderful host- she felt like family by the time we left! If you're looking for a stay in Georgetown, this is perfect for a big group. As an added benefit, we were able to also rent their Tahoe, and Dingy, which was SO hopeful for trips to the market, as well as cruising and exploring the islands. The hosts were SO responsive, answering any question or responding to any need within minutes. We felt safe in the home, and often walked all around town. Georgetown is a wonderful spot on the island, one we will return to again. The oceans nearby are out of a movie, the bluest and clearest water I have ever seen. Our trip was a fairytale, and we could not have done it without Una and this home!

Great stay!!! The accommodations are simple and comfortable. Co host Kendrick was helpful and welcoming. The views from the private upstairs balcony are amazing and the landscaping is beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.
