This apartment is wonderful. Quite big and well decorated. The most important thing is the view and the easy way to go everywhere in the city from there. A TRAM station is in front of the building for the ones that do not like walking too much. The port is also in front of the building making it easier to go to the Asian part of the city. Will be back for sure. Istanbul is very safe and food spectacular.

Ahmet was a great host. I set this up for my husband to stay. He was very helpful, when my husband had trouble connecting with a taxi driver. Ahmet was so kind to help. Ahmet recommended getting food delivered and was able to help out. I would say he’s the most accommodating host. I would recommend anyone who passes through or wants to relax, to come and stay at his place.

Great location, a few issues but very easily sorted and very quickly. Very comfortable and it was a great base while in Istanbul.

Our family of five stayed here on a long overnight layover at Istanbul airport. The apartment was perfect for us. Beds were comfortable, place was clean and the kids loved the Play Station 5. Location was good with groceries and restaurants within 2 mins walk. Host was a good communicator and it was all very easy. Thank you!

Serkan's apartment is quite unique. The location is excellent: a vibrant neighborhood with excellent bars and restaurants, but also great places for kids such as a part, a basketball court and access to a Bosphorus walk. Still, the house is a bit protected and does not get any of the noise of these places. the apartment is quite special, very well structured, lots of space and 3 bedrooms, which is very rare in Istanbul! If you are travelling with kids/family, this is the perfect place for you!

Haftasonunu geçirmek için tercih etmiştin, bu ev sayesinde geçirdiğim en iyi haftasonlarından biriydi. Ev inanılmaz huzurlu, her ayrıntısı inanılmaz güzel. Son derece temizdi. Balkonda deniz manzarasına karşı oturmak inanılmaz keyifli. Burcu hanım da çok tatlıydı, baştan sona bizimle ilgilendi. Kedisi Luna da bir o kadar tatlıydı, haftasonumuza renk kattı. Her şey dahil şahane bir deneyimdi.

Kalabalık arkadaş grubuyla vakit geçirmek için harika bir yer. 4 katlı binada her şeyimiz mevcuttu, eksiksiz bir şekilde keyifle konakladık. Ferhat Bey son derece ilgiliydi ve yardımseverdi, bizimle çok güzel iletişim kurdu. Kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz. Havuzu kullanmak için yazın tekrar gelmek isteriz :)

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Terrasse ist wunderschön mit dem Blick auf das Schwarze Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Wir haben uns wie zur Familie zugehörig gefühlt, denn die Eltern von Feyza sind sehr lieb und hilfsbereit!

كانت تجربتنا في المنزل الأبيض الصغير تجربة مثالية حقًا وبدون مجاملات، ابتداءا من بدء الحجز الى نهاية تسليمه، المنزل اعجب فيه اسرتي ، كان مرتبا ومنظما بطريقة احترافية، كان نظيفا منسقا، متكامل الخدمات جدا، لو عدت الى اسطنبول سيكون هو خياري الأول، وسأنصح به أصدقائي بلا شك، شكر خالص للسيد المحترم Suha على اهتمامه و مرونته وشكر لفريقه الذي ينفذ تعليماته كما يجب.

Staying at Ahmet’s house was truly special. The location is perfect — peaceful and quiet, yet so close to everything you could want. It’s just a short, scenic walk down to the seaside, where you can catch a ferry to Bebek and soak in one of the city’s most charming neighborhoods. There’s a supermarket nearby for all your essentials, and the views from the house are absolutely breathtaking — especially at sunset. Don’t miss it; it’s pure magic. Conveniently, there’s also a bus stop right outside the gate that takes you directly to Üsküdar, from where you can easily catch a ferry or metro to Hagia Sophia and all the iconic landmarks. If you’re up for a more scenic and budget-friendly experience, I highly recommend taking the ferry from Küçüksu to Aşiyan, and then to Üsküdar. It’s a beautiful way to see the city from the water without spending much at all. Ahmet’s place offers calm, beauty, and easy access to everything —Highly recommended.

Apartament exact ca în fotografii,foarte aproape de Marele Bazar și stația de tramvai/metrou;magazine,restaurante și cafenele foarte aproape de locație. Ținând cont ca se afla la demisol, este puțin mai greu cu aerisirea camerelor dar usa de la unul dintre dormitoare este utila pentru asa ceva.Are tot ce îți trebuie pe perioada cazării la un preț rezonabil.

The apartment was great. It’s located in the perfect place. Taksim square is about a 15 min walk away and the old Istanbul is a 15 minute drive away. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend this stay to others. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will reach out to Adam.

We had an amazing stay at Andrea’s apartment in Kristal Sehir , Istanbul! 🌟 The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The security and privacy were excellent, which made us feel safe and at home. Andrea herself is a fantastic host—kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Her hospitality truly made our experience even better. If you’re looking for a perfect place to stay in Istanbul, we highly recommend Andrea’s apartment. We would definitely stay here again! 💙

Fethi's place is perfect! The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, a lot of shops are very close. The flat is spacious, clean and cosy, it is as described. I liked the huge bed a lot) There were everything we needed, including a great number of clean towels. The flat is well-equipped, with good kitchen and bathroom. Fithi is a great host, very helpful and relyable. He helped with transfer, provided a lot of tips, and even get a crib for our toddler without me asking! I recommend Fethi's place, and I would like to come back one day)

Habe für 7 Tage gebucht und wäre am liebsten länger geblieben. Leider sind wir die letzte Nacht auch raus da wir einen Erdbeben hatten und doch schon ganz schön Angst hatten im 13ten Stock ansonsten Mega schön und sehr sauber

Amazing place with great view everything is as listed and the host is amazing really responsive and great. Would recommend

10/10 Must stay location with a couple of notes to help non-Turkish guests to be better prepared. Mustafa is very quick to respond and good at accommodating any issues or problems you may have as an international traveler, if you're a local - you don't need to read further book right away! Bring your essentials, soap, shampoo, the groceries in the area have very limited products. Purchase water on day 1, buy lots of it - I didn't try the tap water (so this may be irrelevant). Be prepared to keep the keys on you at all times, the door uses keys from both sides (common in Istanbul everywhere you go) but this surprised me because you have to be prepared to leave whoever is staying home with the keys but take the fob with you. Mustafa provided me with a solution right away but still important to note. With all that being said, I had no issues speaking English and communicating with Mustafa, his Airbnb is an excellent place to say and really safe. 10/10
