We felt like we had the best spot on the bay! Being right on the water was amazing. It was so peaceful and we enjoyed watching the tides change. It was nice to finally stay in Bodega Bay and get to enjoy the beauty. The location made it very easy to get to everything. My kids loved taking baths downstairs while looking out at the water. The wrap around deck was a plus. We played outside on the deck until dusk one day. Lastly, sitting outside in the hot tub surrounded by the bay was the cherry on top. We hope to come back soon!

I was so sad to leave the River House! It was peaceful and private even with hosts on the same plot of land. The house is beautiful and full of thoughtful details, and we loved spending slow mornings reading and playing piano taking in the natural surroundings. We originally chose to stay here because the house itself looked amazing and like a lot of fun for our dogs to play in the River, then we fell in love with Ukiah too. We hope to come back and kayak when it’s warmer out. Thanks for having us

Words cannot describe the rugged beauty of this location. We were absolutely floored at the views from the house and the grounds. Better than the pictures! The info provided in the binder for the house was extremely informative and thoughtful. We absolutely loved this stay!

This house was amazing, from the layout, the comfy bed, the hot tub, the nice bathrooms, and especially THE VIEW. After a tumultuous few months, coming to Barbara’s house was the perfect antidote. Barbara was very communicative and responsive. I really can’t say enough about the house. And, to have one of the bedrooms in a semi-detached part of the house made it even better for our son! The fact that you can actually go out the back door, follow a path, cross the road and be at the beach was an added plus. Definitely would recommend this home to others!

The view. It's maily the view that no picture can really describe. But than again, the house itself is so nice, with great feeling of privecy but still near fine restaurants, wineries, short or long hiking trails, sea and forests. Perfect location

Great stay for a low-key gathering of friends which included a few young children. Spacious common area was great for everyone to be able to hangout together. Kitchen was well-equipped; we cooked a few meals. The neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful. Responsive and friendly host. Flexible checkout. Would stay again!

Aaron's place is a wonderful retreat right on the water. It is a beautiful house that is private and tucked off of the main road. Everything we needed was there. Full kitchen with great appliances, cozy living room & bedroom. All main rooms of the house have wonderful views of the water, bay and mountains beyond. Sitting on the deck is incredible with the water coming in below you at medium and high tide. The hot tub is excellent amenity! relaxing outdoors and seeing the moon & stars is an unforgettable experience! Aaron is a great host, very communicative and friendly. Highly recommend.

I almost hesitate to say how great this place was so that it stays a hidden gem that’s available to us for stay after stay. It has stunning views from every window, is more spacious than it appears in photos and exceeded all of our expectations. Particularly fabulous were all the stunning houseplants - including some two stories high - that were all healthy and happy. We could not believe this is a dog friendly place - there wasn’t any evidence that a dog had ever been inside. Immaculate. Ted was responsive and friendly. We hope to be back soon!!

Had a fantastic week in Sea Ranch at Matt’s place; felt like home for my family of 4. The views are stunning, the location was the best we’ve had since coming to sea ranch—a short lovely walk to Ohlson rec and kid-friendly walks to the beach. Also only 1 mile from Pebble beach. It was clean, well appointed, comfy king bed, the hot tub was both hot and clean, the lovely open layout made family time while cooking possible, my toddler loved hanging out in the loft. I could go on about what I loved. I hope to stay here again!

Anu’s house in the Sea Ranch was perfect for our group. So easy to walk to the bluff trail, well equipped kitchen and gorgeous views of the stars from the hot tub and decks at night. We also really enjoyed the ocean view from the master bedroom and sitting in the sun on the front deck.

It was a lovely place to stay. House was bright and spacious, easy access to the beach and nice walking distance to Gualala State Park as well. I liked furniture and home decor, nice kitchen equipment and it was very comfortable to stay!

Beautiful house, with amazing forest views out the large windows. I loved the wifi speakers that could play throughout the whole place, including one that was battery powered and could be moved around, and sounded great. Well-maintained hiking trails start right out your door through the forest, and can go all the way down to the beach. Very comfortable bed. Fast wifi. Lovely decor. Great selection of coffee equipment. Floor heaters in bathroom and kitchen are appreciated on cold mornings. Hot tub was great; plenty of space for 3 people to stretch out, more than that will get cozy. Very private location -- there is one close neighboring house but it was vacant during our 1 week stay. Doesn't get a ton of direct sunlight due to all the beautiful towering trees around. Some forest maintenance was happing on weekdays during the day which was mildly annoying noise but not the host's fault. Recommend checking out Gualala Point Regional Park, was a nice easy walk with fun views.

We stayed here for our 23rd anniversary, and this home exceeded our expectations. We normally stay bluff side, but I'm glad we didn't. Pauline has put so much thought into making this the perfect get away and the layout is ideal for a couple looking for a quiet and private retreat. We loved the hot tub, views, fireplace (which worked great ;-) and the wonderfully comfortable beds. Many whale spouts and great dinners at the Vue and Sea Ranch Lodge where we charged our car.

Great home for two families to share. The kids had their own area and the other two rooms have their own bathroom. Living room area upstairs had beautiful views and was a comfortable hang spot. Hot tub, big yard area and walkable to great trails.

Deldi is an excellent host. Great communication and always easy to contact. The home is in a great location. Two minutes to the bluff trail and you can sit on the balcony with a glass of wine looking at the sun setting over the ocean while deer graze in the front yard. Magical!

Our family had an amazing stay! We loved the location and being up in the trees with an ocean view!!! The kitchen was well equipped and all linens and towels were provided plus extra. We really felt right at home and the place was clean and gorgeous! We would love to come back again.

The Wild Iris Beach House was simply amazing! The views are breathtaking. The house was beautiful with huge windows to see the ocean views. The porch is large with seats to enjoy morning coffee and evening wine. The hot tub was warm and ready for us to use! Jon and Monique were great hosts. They had a sweet note and a bottle of wine at the house to greet us. The kitchen is well stocked. This was a great place to relax and make sweet family memories. We will 100% be returning to this beach house!

A huge thanks to Karla for our stay at her lovely home. The pristine location was easy to find with a phenomenal view of the ocean. I appreciated her proactiveness in making sure we knew to stock the kitchen for cooking and the easy instructions for entry given that cell service is not great in the area. We loved Karla's curated collection of art, music and good reads, something that I think should be better highlighted within the listing. For us, our "staycation" turned into a magical weekend full of love, laughs and good company and I'd like to thank Karla for helping us to orchestrate this. She was very responsive when we asked for local recommendations prior to our arrival and reached out intermittently to ensure we were enjoying our time. As a group, we decided this was a trip that could easily turn into an annual occurrence and I look forward to maybe maintaining a relationship with our lovely host!

We have been to this home four times now and each time is so wonderful. It's a bit of heaven on earth. Serene and peaceful and the most beautiful view! We will be back.

Excellent place to stay. The property is clean, modern, quiet and everything "works". The photos do not do accurate justice to this place; this is definitely a good place to stay.

Wow, what a special place. The rainy days couldn’t ruin the trip, even though they tried. Gazing out the huge windows in the living room was peaceful and more entertaining than we could have imagined. Seals resting on the beach between the estuary and ocean, plenty of birds and beautiful spring blooms. The property is exactly as pictured, if not even more impressive in person. Super clean, well equipped, comfortable furniture and the bathrooms were very luxurious. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen; which is well equipped and comfortable for preparing meals. One of the best AirBnBs we have stayed at and plan to return soon (if not annually).

The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cook ware. We enjoyed being such a short walk to the beach but we equally enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. Its a beautiful place and people were very friendly. The host gave very clear, easy to follow instructions. Instructions were so good that there was no need to contact her during our stay!

We were a group of four adults and two kids away for a weekend. The home worked well. Plenty of beds. The kitchen was small, but we did not cook at all so was not a big deal. Everything was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the big windows looking out at the ocean! The evening sunset was a highlight!

Charlie is a great host and very responsive. You have a great view of Dillon’s Beach and the ocean. The family loved staying there, just be aware that you have some stairs to go up to get to the house. For most people, that should not be a problem. My 3 year old grandson loved to go up and down them and hike to the beach(definitely with in walking distance). Beautiful location and we saw plenty of wild life in the area. Thank you for great experience.
