We loved our beautiful retreat on Bohicket Road! Candice’s home is gorgeous and peaceful, surrounded by nature, and it was a fun and stunning place to relax with our family and two dogs for an extended three week stay. (The pups loved it too!). It was an easy half hour drive into Charleston - with so many phenomenal restaurants and so much history to explore there. But we also thoroughly enjoyed John’s Island - the restaurants and bars closer to ‘home’ like Tattooed Moose, Lowtide Brewing, Wild Olive, Lost Isle and Royal Tern. Candice’s home and property were very much as described - with a breathtaking view of the channel and marsh, a long pier and deep water dock, a lovely pond and spacious deck and yard, with plenty of seabirds right out the back door. The decor is lovely but not too ‘fancy’ to feel comfortable and right at home with our dogs. Candice is friendly and responsive, a kind and gracious host who was welcoming and attentive to our needs from start to finish.

The house was perfect for us. We have 4 adult children and we all stayed and slept very comfortably. Beautiful home with everything you need. Very close to Sullivan Island, Shem Creek and downtown Charleston. I would definitely stay again. Thanks Natalia for sharing your home.

If you are looking for somewhere to get away and relax look no further. This place was amazing, Me and wife booked a couple days for her birthday and we loved it. The views were beautiful as described but even better in person. The location is great too as it is only about 20-30 minutes from downtown Charleston and Folly Beach. Amy was super accommodating, friendly, informative and a great eye for art. We will definitely stop in again when we are back in the area.

We stayed here for my sister's bachelorette, and it was great! The house looks exactly like the pictures, has a great vibe, and was clean. It is also spacious for people to spread out some. The host was responsive when needed. The hot tub was clean and easy to use. The location was as described, so a 15-20 minute drive into downtown. It was definitely a good house for a big group wanting a hot tub, and I can see how it could be good for a family wanting to spread out and be able to have some quiet time as well. Thanks so much!

Everything went so well with David as our host. He understood that our daughter had just flown into Charleston earlier and he let her come on and check in early! Thank you so much fo that! Our stay was short but we had a blast! Highly recommend.

My husband and I loved this place on Goose River Reservoir. I picked it because it was on the water. It was peaceful and relaxing on the enclosed back deck. It is close to great stores and eateries. About 20minutes to Charleston and Mt. Pleasant. There is plenty for kids to do at the house. The Master bed was comfy and warm. Shower was awesome. What I liked: The house felt warm and cozy. I liked being on the river and listening to the bugs, squirrels and birds. We loved being on the back deck relaxing and drinking our coffee. House rules were not overbearing, but to just clean up after yourself, no dirty dishes left in the sink, take out trash and bring the towels down to the washer. I tried to sweep, but I didn't find a broom. I spilt coffee grinds, but was able to clean it up. Communication with the owners was great and quick response! We really enjoyed our stay and would book again!

Paradise! Matthew was so friendly and accommodating. The the view from home was magnificently breath taking! If you're into fishing, the family upstairs caught plenty! I have found my home away from home!

Quiet, private, great layout, very cute. Loved how quiet and private it was yet in walking distance to King Street and the downtown tourist sites. Very clean and well-appointed, bathrooms larger than expected. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful romantic getaway in Hilton Head thanks to this place! Check-in was a breeze, and the host was very reachable but not overbearing. It was so great to have access to all of the amenities as well as many delicious local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Hilton Head!

We enjoyed our stay at Jame's. We appreciated how clean everything was. We liked his attention to detail. The community was beautiful. We loved seeing the deer. This place is amazing and Carlos is an excellent host! He is very responsive and attended all our needs. The place is very clean and all the amenities you could think of is there. We were a group of 8 girls and we felt very welcome and safe during our stay. The rooms are big and each room has their own bathroom. Every spot in the house is very comfortable and relaxing. The location is 10mins drive to Charleston which is perfect. Quiet neighborhood yet close to shopping areas and great restaurants. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would recommend this place!!! great home with lots of space and privacy. Quiet and lots of nice beaches and bike trails around. very clean and an interesting setting. Lots of fun games to play and the wifi and tv worked really well. It was a bit further than I expected but if you want peace and quiet this is the place for you. My only suggestion would be to provide some beach towels and maybe a few beach chairs. I loved the home and would book again if I am in the area.

This place is awesome! It had everything we were looking for. Peace, quiet, beautiful ambiance, nature, fishing, etc. I can honestly say that this one of the best places we've ever stayed at. Pam and Ollie are amazing! Very hospitable, helpful, and friendly. I have no complaints. When we're back down in this area, we're definitely going to check if LeCottage is available! Peaceful. Worth what I paid.

We stayed on Fripp Island for a wedding and loved this place. Very clean and has everything we needed. Beautiful surroundings and quiet. We walked, ride bikes and had the golf cart as well. Would definitely stay here again.
