Great place, great host. Franks concern for everything really shows in his unit. Even putting up some Christmas lights outside before our arrival. Great walkable area. And 4 places close by - Vern’s, Chubby Fish, Island Provisions and D'Allesandro's. Great food all at different levels. And 1 street over from King St so close enough to walk but far enough away that you don’t get the craziness. So - perfect spot. You’ll enjoy Franks place.

Very cute place with a comfortable king bed. The house was clean and we felt like it was in a safe part of town with really beautiful houses across the street. Road can be a little noisy early in the morning at the intersection, but not enough so to prevent us from staying again. We’d just bring an additional noise maker. Dogs loved the fenced in backyard and the driveway was big enough for our full sized truck and 16ft v-nose trailer. Only 8 min or so from park circle restaurants and about 15 min from the coliseum/convention center. Super convenient, cute, and comfortable. Hosts are friendly and helpful as well!

This place was perfect for a girls' trip. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and a short walk away from the beach.

This was the perfect space for my best friend’s bachelorette weekend! We were able to gather friends from across the country and Canada, enjoy the beautiful weather in the privacy of our own backyard and pool, and explore Charleston! The location allowed us to save money and have more room/time to enjoy the visit with everyone, and take advantage of some more local experiences. The house was so clean and well-stocked with toiletries and linens. Joseph was also very responsive, helpful, and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this property for any group trip!

Jayne’s home was fantastic. It was spacious, inviting, and had all of the amenities you could ask for. While we didn’t get a chance to use the pool because of the very cold weather, the pool looked absolutely incredible and would be perfect on a warmer day. The location of the home was also very close to the beach. I could not imagine a more relaxing environment in which to spend time in Kiawah. I hope to return in the future!

The home was incredibly beautiful, comfortable, neat and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and planty of pillows and blankets available. Master bedroom opens up to the deck and pool which was so beautiful especially in the early morning. The bathrooms were spacious, clean and updated especially the master bedroom bathroom, to die for. The kitchen had everything you could need. Love the open kitchen and dining area. The backyard was spacious, beautiful, with plenty of seating. Great for pictures as well. The pool was large and very clean amd inviting. The pool alsp has a small spa which was great. We reached out to the host several times and the responses were fast. The host addressed all our questions and requests. Pricing was very reasonable considering all other homes in that area were proced quite high. Cleaning fee was reasonable. The area is beautiful, the natural environment was amazing, even with deer passing by. Definitely returning and picking this host and home.

Michael’s place was absolutely perfect for our group!! We really enjoyed having the loft with a bunch of extra beds so we didn’t have to bring any air mattresses. It’s about a 7-10 minute easy walk to the beach. Had everything we needed for cooking. Hot tub was a nice addition! We did have a little trouble with keeping it warm but that was probably more user error on our end than anything and we didn’t try trouble shooting. Absolutely recommend this place for a larger group and would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was fantastic! The whole family was able to stay together and the grandkids enjoyed the pool. It was convenient to our family wedding in Charleston. The house was pristine and everyone was thrilled!

Beautiful condo with even more beautiful views in a peaceful side of Wild Dunes.

OMG!!! BEAUTIFUL!!! Everything and more is provided. This host and property is top notch! The home is very well appointed and very clean! My family and I enjoyed the comfy beds, complimentary snacks, amazing shower, proximity to everything we needed and more. Thank you again Annette!

Great location adjacent to a beach that was great for birdwatching and beachcombing. It was preseason for the outdoor pools but the indoor pool was open and fun to play in for my kids. The view of the azaleas from the sunporch was amazing. The host supplies a beach wagon and some beach chairs—these were such a nice touch. About 10 minute drive to lovely swimming beaches. The kitchen is updated and has nice cookware, plates, glasses and silverware. The most lovely aspect of the unit are the hosts. They were so communicative and welcoming and helpful, responding immediately to any requests.

We stayed for two weeks. This condo was perfect. Just a few minutes walk to the beach, tennis and pickleball courts and the shops by the boardwalk hotel. It has great walking/biking paths throughout Wild Dunes. We had access to the private lagoon villas pool. It was not heated so was cold for swimming at the beginning of March. I did see a few brave children swimming one of the days. The condo itself was well laid out with the bedrooms separated on opposite sides of the condo and had plenty of room for hanging out in the living space in the middle. The whole place was clean and had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Highly recommend. We would stay here again.

It's in a beautiful location. We loved being on the 3rd floor overlooking the ocean and so close to the private boardwalk to the beach. Parking right by the stairs leading to the condo was never an issue. We played all day and had a quiet, comfortable sleep each night. We had a wonderful time here!

Mark was very responsive and helpful. The unit was very close to the beach. We would stay here again!

Kaden was very accommodating to our family! The property is very secure and safe, we took our three children (14, 13, and 9) and felt very comfortable letting them walk up to the beach. The condo itself was very clean and right on the beach, we had six people in the condo altogether and everyone fit perfectly- perfect for spring break. 😊

I enjoyed my 5 day stay. It was clean and had everything I needed. The walk to beach and pool area was an easy walk not too far. I do think the mattress could use an update and be more comfortable. But overall, it was great place.
